As can be seen from the test results, compared with the prior art, the tests of examples 1 to 5 have specific gravity obviously lower than that of the real stone paint, very good chemical resistance which can reach 168 hours, weather resistance which can reach 1500 hours, much lower coating rate than that of the real stone paint, and surface contact angle which exceeds 90 degrees, thereby ensuring good surface contamination resistance. The colorful stone real stone paint has the characteristics of excellent water resistance, weather resistance, low specific gravity, high coating rate, excellent stain resistance and the like, and is widely applied to the surfaces of various buildings.

Claims (6)

1. A preparation method of a hemp color stone paint is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
preparing a component A: mixing deionized water, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent and a defoaming agent together, and stirring for 2 minutes at the rotating speed of 400-600 rpm; adding titanium dioxide, kaolin and cellulose while stirring, and stirring at the rotating speed of 600-800 rpm for 20-30 minutes until the diameters of particles in the solution are less than 50 microns; adding a neutralizer, a preservative and propylene glycol while stirring, and continuously stirring for 5 minutes; adding the first acrylic emulsion and the film-forming auxiliary agent while stirring, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes; adding 8 percent magnesium lithium silicate solution while stirring, and stirring for 5-10 minutes at the rotating speed of 400-; adding 90-mesh sandstone while stirring, and stirring at the rotating speed of 400 plus 500 rpm for 10-20 minutes;
preparing a component B: uniformly mixing a first anti-settling agent solution with the concentration of 2% and a magnesium lithium silicate solution with the concentration of 8%;
preparing a component C: stirring the second acrylic emulsion at the rotating speed of 300-400 rpm, adding a second anti-settling agent solution with the concentration of 5%, a preservative, a cosolvent, a film-forming aid and deionized water in the stirring process, and continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes; adding compound thickener and neutralizer while stirring, and stirring at the rotation speed of 400-600 rpm for 5 minutes; adding 70-mesh sandstone while stirring, stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 600 plus 800 rpm, adding a defoaming agent during stirring, and continuously stirring for 5 minutes;
and sequentially adding the prepared component B and the prepared component C into the component A to finish the preparation of the hemp color stone paint.

The method for preparing a paint of hemp color stone as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the proportion of each substance in the component A is as follows: 17.2-20.9% of deionized water, 0.1-0.2% of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.4% of wetting agent, 0.2-0.4% of defoaming agent, 1-2% of titanium dioxide, 0.2-1% of kaolin, 1-2% of cellulose, 0.1-0.3% of neutralizing agent, 0.2-0.5% of preservative, 0.5-1% of propylene glycol and a first acrylic emulsion: 20-30%, film-forming additive 0.5-1%, magnesium lithium silicate 1-1.5%, 90 mesh sandstone 30-40%.
3. The method for preparing a paint of hemp color stone as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the proportion of each substance in the component B is as follows: 0.1-0.35% of first anti-settling agent, 6.6-7.6% of magnesium lithium silicate and 90.4-92.7% of deionized water.

The method for preparing a paint of hemp color stone as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the ratio of each substance in the component C is as follows: 0.8-1.0% of second anti-settling agent, 0.8-1.2% of preservative, 2-3% of cosolvent, 1-1.5% of film-forming assistant and second acrylic emulsion: 30-38 percent of deionized water, 13.9-27.4 percent of deionized water, 0.3-0.6 percent of compound thickener, 0.2-0.4 percent of neutralizer, 30-40 percent of 70-mesh sandstone and 1-1.5 percent of defoamer.
5. The method for preparing a paint of hemp color stone as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the proportion of the component A, the component B and the component C is 55:25: 20.
6. The method for preparing a paint of hemp color stone as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: and spraying the prepared colorful stone paint on a calcium board sample plate or a cement sample plate.
