Claims (10)

1. A gypsum waterproof modifier is characterized in that: comprises a waterproof agent and an exciting agent; the activator comprises paraffin-coated alkaline substance.

The waterproof gypsum modifier as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the alkaline substance at least comprises one or more of cement, ash calcium, carbide slag and potassium hydroxide; the ratio of paraffin to alkaline substance is 4 to 4; the waterproof agent is at least one of sodium methyl silicate, methyl hydrogen silicone oil and methyl silicone resin.
3. A production method of a gypsum waterproof modifier comprises the following steps:
mixing paraffin and alkaline substances, and wrapping the alkaline substances with the paraffin to form an excitant;
the excitant and the waterproof agent are mixed to form the gypsum waterproof modifier.
4. A moisture-proof gypsum product, characterized by: comprising the gypsum water-proofing modifier of claim 1.
5. A method of making a moisture resistant gypsum product comprising the steps of:
a: mixing paraffin and an alkaline substance, and coating the alkaline substance with the paraffin to form an excitant;
b: stirring gypsum and an excitant for 20-600 s to form premixed dry powder;
c: stirring a waterproofing agent and water to form a mixed solution;
d: mixing the dry powder with the solution, and stirring for 20-60 s to form slurry;
e: and pouring the slurry into a forming mold, and demolding to form the moisture-proof gypsum product after solidification and hardening.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the moisture resistant gypsum product comprises:
adding a reinforcing material in the step B and stirring the reinforcing material and the reinforcing material together;
and C, adding a retarder and stirring the mixture together.
7. The production formula of the moisture-proof gypsum product is characterized in that: the production formula comprises the following components: 95 to 100 portions of gypsum, 0.1 to 3.0 portions of waterproof agent, 0.5 to 5.0 portions of excitant and 35 to 80 portions of water; the activator comprises paraffin-coated alkaline substance.
8. The production formula of the moisture-proof gypsum product as claimed in claim 7, further comprising 0-1.0 part of retarder and 0.1-1 part of reinforcing material.
9. The formulation of claim 8, wherein the formulation is selected from the group consisting of: the gypsum is at least one of high-strength gypsum and building gypsum; the waterproof agent is at least one of sodium methyl silicate, methyl hydrogen silicone oil and methyl silicone resin; the retarder is at least one of carboxylic acid, carboxylate, phosphate, protein retarder and amino acid retarder; the reinforcing material is at least one of glass fiber, polypropylene fiber and basalt fiber.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the moisture resistant gypsum product comprises: the alkaline substance at least comprises one of cement, ash calcium, carbide slag and potassium hydroxide; the ratio of paraffin to alkaline substance is 4 to 4.
