Abstract
The invention provides a method for fixing a slipway bulk pipe reinforcing toggle plate on a section, which comprises the following steps: step one, manufacturing a toggle plate fixing tool; step two, before the sectional hoisting, determining a reinforcing toggle plate used for connecting each pipe with the section; step three, sleeving a first auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool on the pipe according to the diameter of the pipe, fixing the first auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool through a clamping bolt, inserting one end of a reinforcing toggle plate of the same model into a toggle plate fixing frame, attaching one side of the reinforcing toggle plate to the outer side wall of the annular hoop, clamping the toggle plate fixing frame of a second auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool at the upper end of the reinforcing toggle plate, and fixing the second auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool and the pipe through the clamping bolt. The invention adopts a physical mode to fix the toggle plate, avoids the process of spot welding and dismantling the reinforced toggle plate of the pipe, is beneficial to the surface quality of the pipe, is particularly suitable for the pipe with small pipe diameter and thin wall thickness, can adjust the distance according to the size of the toggle plate, and is suitable for toggle plates with various sizes and shapes.

Technical Field

Background
In the traditional operation method, the pipe and the sections are welded through the reinforced toggle plates, the slipway bulk toggle plates are fixed on the sections through welding, and the toggle plates are detached and installed at the designed positions after the sections are hoisted in place. The existing manufacturing process has the following defects: (1) The bulk toggle plates are fixed on the sections in a welding mode before the section hoisting operation starts, operators are not the proving welders, the welding quality is unstable, and the base metal can be affected if welding defects exist. In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for fixing a slipway bulk pipe and reinforcing toggle plates to a section, which physically connects the toggle plates to the hull structure, avoids the quality hazards caused by welding before lifting the section, and is as suitable for a variety of toggle plate sizes and forms as possible. It is also desirable to prevent the segments from falling off of the tool itself or the toggle plate during transport or turning over.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a method for fixing a bulk pipe and a reinforced toggle plate of a slipway on a segment, comprising the steps of firstly, manufacturing a toggle plate fixing tool, wherein the toggle plate fixing tool comprises an annular hoop and a toggle plate fixing frame, the annular hoop comprises a first half hoop and a second half hoop, one end of the first half hoop is connected with one end of the second half hoop through a hinge, the other end of the first half hoop is connected with the other end of the second half hoop through a clamping bolt, and the toggle plate fixing frame is installed on the first half hoop;
step two, before the sectional hoisting, determining a reinforcing toggle plate used for connecting each pipe with the section;
step three, sleeving a first auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool on the pipe according to the diameter of the pipe, fixing the first auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool through a clamping bolt, inserting one end of a reinforcing toggle plate of the same model into a toggle plate fixing frame, attaching one side of the reinforcing toggle plate to the outer side wall of the annular hoop, clamping the toggle plate fixing frame of a second auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool at the upper end of the reinforcing toggle plate, and fixing the second auxiliary toggle plate fixing tool and the pipe through the clamping bolt.
In the third step, for the reinforcing toggle plates of different types, a third toggle plate fixing tool is disposed above the second toggle plate fixing tool, and the reinforcing toggle plate of another type is disposed between the second toggle plate fixing tool and the third toggle plate fixing tool.

and fourthly, after the pipe is hoisted and moved to a designated position, the reinforcing toggle plate is removed, and the reinforcing toggle plate is welded between the pipe and the segment.

4. A method of securing a slipway bulk pipe and reinforcing toggle to a segment as claimed in claim 1 wherein in step one, the annular anchor ear is welded to the toggle securing frame.
5. A method of securing a slipway bulk pipe and reinforcing toggle as claimed in claim 1 wherein in step one, the annular anchor ear and toggle securing frame are formed of a metallic material.
