An embodiment of the present application provides an elevator control system, see fig. 1, the system includes: sound pickup apparatus 10, processor 20, and controller 30. The processor 20 is electrically connected to the sound pickup apparatus 10 and the controller 30, respectively.
The sound pickup device 10 is used to acquire a voice signal of an elevator-taking subject, which is a subject to take an elevator. The image acquisition equipment 40 is used for acquiring the face information of each elevator taking object; the processor 20 is further configured to obtain first floor information of the elevator-taking object based on the face information; or cancel at least one of the first boarding response and the second boarding response by the controller 30.
In one implementation, the image collecting device 40 is configured to, after the processor 20 recognizes first floor information of a first floor from the voice signal, collect face information of each elevator riding object, and send the face information to the processor 20; the processor 20 is configured to store the face information and the first floor information in an associated manner, so as to obtain a first corresponding relationship between the face information and the first floor information. The image collecting device 40 is used for collecting the face information of each elevator taking object before the controller 30 controls the elevator to make the second elevator taking response, and sending the face information to the processor 20, and the processor 20 is used for acquiring the first floor information of the elevator taking object from the first corresponding relation based on the face information.
In another implementation, the image collecting device 40 is configured to collect face information of each elevator taking object, and send the face information to the processor 20; the processor 20 is configured to obtain a first elevator taking response of each elevator taking object, and obtain at least one first elevator taking response; and for each first elevator taking response, correlating and storing the first elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object to obtain a second corresponding relation. The image acquisition equipment 40 is used for acquiring the face information of each second elevator taking object which continues to wait for the elevator after any elevator taking object leaves the elevator waiting area; the processor 20 is configured to determine whether a first target elevator taking object is included in the waiting area based on the face information of each second elevator taking object and the second corresponding relationship, where the first target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same first elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object; and if the first target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator waiting area, controlling the elevator to cancel a first elevator taking response and a second elevator taking response which are made to the first elevator taking object.
In another implementation, the image collecting device 40 is configured to collect face information of each elevator taking object, and send the face information to the processor 20; the processor 20 is configured to obtain a second elevator taking response of each elevator taking object, and obtain at least one second elevator taking response; and for each second elevator taking response, the second elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object are stored in an associated mode to obtain a third corresponding relation. The image acquisition equipment 40 is used for acquiring the face information of each third elevator taking object after the elevator leaves the elevator before reaching the first floor; determining whether a second target elevator taking object is included in the elevator or not based on the face information of each third elevator taking object and the third corresponding relation, wherein the second target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same second elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object; and if the second target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator, controlling the elevator to cancel a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object.
Note that the image pickup device 40 includes a first image pickup device 401 and a second image pickup device 402. The first image capturing device 401 is installed at an entrance of an elevator, and is used to capture face information of an elevator-taking object in an elevator waiting area of the elevator. The second image pickup device 402 is installed inside the elevator for picking up the face information of the riding object entering the elevator. In this way, the two image capturing devices 40 capture the face information of the waiting area and the elevator riding object entering the elevator, respectively, and the processor 20 can then control the elevator to make or cancel a first elevator riding response of the elevator riding object in the waiting area and control the elevator to make or cancel a second elevator riding response of the elevator riding object in the elevator based on the captured face information. Optionally, the first image capturing device 401 and the second image capturing device 402 are both cameras.
The embodiment of the application provides an elevator control system, which can control an elevator to make an ascending or descending response to an elevator taking object and a response from a current floor to a going-to floor according to the current floor of the elevator taking object and the going-to floor after identifying the going-to floor of the elevator taking object from a voice signal of the elevator taking object through a sound pick-up device 10; therefore, the system realizes the elevator taking operation of the elevator taking object through one voice interaction of the elevator taking object to the elevator, so that the elevator taking is simpler and more convenient, and the elevator taking efficiency is further improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides an elevator control method, and referring to fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step 201: the electronic equipment acquires the voice signal of the elevator taking object through the sound pickup equipment.
Wherein, the elevator taking object is an object to take an elevator; the elevator taking object is an object entering an elevator waiting area.
In one implementation, the sound pickup apparatus collects voice signals continuously and periodically.
In another implementation mode, the sound pickup equipment is electrically connected with the infrared detection equipment; when the infrared detection equipment detects that the elevator waiting area enters an elevator taking object, the sound pickup equipment starts to collect voice signals; therefore, resource waste caused by constantly collecting voice signals is avoided.
In another implementation mode, the pickup equipment is provided with a voice awakening mode, and when a specific awakening word is sent by an elevator-taking object and the pickup equipment detects the specific awakening word, the pickup equipment starts to acquire a voice signal; therefore, resource waste caused by constantly collecting voice signals is avoided.
Step 202: the electronic device recognizes first floor information of the first floor from the voice signal.
Wherein, the first floor is a floor to which the elevator taking object is going.
The voice signal is a voice signal including floor information. For example, if the voice signal output from the elevator-taking subject is "i want to go to the 5 th floor", the electronic device recognizes the floor information of "5 th floor" from the voice signal.
In one implementation, the electronic device identifies first floor information for the first floor directly from the voice signal. In another implementation manner, the electronic device recognizes the first floor information of the first floor from the voice signal through the voice recognition device, and the voice recognition device is electrically connected with the sound pickup device.
In this application embodiment, acquire voice signal through pickup equipment, the first floor information of the first floor in the discernment voice signal has considered the inconvenience of special crowd when using the button elevator, and through voice control elevator, has improved the safe convenience when taking advantage of the object of taking advantage of the ladder and taking advantage of the ladder.
Step 203: the electronic device determines second floor information of a second floor based on the device information of the sound pickup device.
Wherein the second floor is a floor where the elevator taking object is currently located.
The pickup device is installed at the entrance of the elevator on each floor, the device information of the pickup device includes second floor information of the second floor on which the pickup device is located, and the second floor information of the second floor on which the elevator-riding object is currently located can be directly acquired from the device information of the pickup device.
In the embodiment of the application, the second floor information is determined through the equipment information of the pickup equipment, and the pickup equipment is installed on each floor, so that after the pickup equipment on any floor collects the voice signal of the elevator taking object, the floor where the elevator taking object is located currently can be determined through the second floor information of the pickup equipment collecting the voice signal, the operation is convenient and fast, and the efficiency of obtaining the second floor information of the second floor where the elevator taking object is located currently is improved.
Step 204: the electronic equipment controls the elevator to make a first elevator taking response based on the first floor information and the second floor information.
Wherein the first elevator riding response is used for the elevator to reach the second floor for ascending or descending.
In this step, the electronic device determines that the elevator-taking object is going to go up or down based on the difference between the first floor information and the second floor information to control the elevator to make a first elevator-taking response to reach the second floor for going up or down. For example, if the first floor information corresponds to 10 th floor and the second floor information corresponds to 1 st floor, it is determined that the elevator-taking object is going upward, and the elevator is controlled to make a first elevator-taking response that the elevator goes upward after arriving at the next 1 st floor.
It should be noted that, when the elevator arrives at the second floor, the electronic device further plays first prompt information, and the first prompt information is used for prompting whether the elevator to be taken is going upward or downward. In this way, it is possible to avoid the elevator taking objects to be ascending into the descending elevator and the elevator taking objects to be descending into the ascending elevator.
In one implementation, in the case that an elevator subject going upward enters a descending elevator, the electronic device controls the elevator to make a second elevator riding response after the elevator finishes descending based on the first floor information of the elevator subject. It should be noted that, when the elevator taking object going upwards enters the elevator going downwards, the electronic device plays a second prompt message, and the second prompt message is used for prompting that the elevator taking object has entered the wrong elevator; for example, the second prompt message is "detect that you are going up, the elevator is going down, please confirm whether you go into the wrong elevator". If the elevator taking object does not leave, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes descending on the basis of the first floor information of the elevator taking object.
In another implementation mode, in the case that the elevator taking object going downwards enters the elevator going upwards, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes going upwards on the basis of the first floor information of the elevator taking object. It should be noted that, when an elevator taking object going downwards enters an elevator going upwards, the electronic device plays third prompt information, and the third prompt information is used for prompting that the elevator taking object has entered the wrong elevator; for example, the third prompt message is "detect that you are going down, the elevator is going up, please confirm whether you go into the wrong elevator". If the elevator taking object does not leave, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes ascending on the basis of the first floor information of the elevator taking object.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment can directly determine that the elevator taking object is going upwards or downwards through the first floor information and the second floor information, and controls the elevator to make an ascending or descending elevator taking response, so that the operation of controlling the elevator by pressing keys by using the elevator taking object is convenient and efficient, and the virus infection generated by a user contacting a control panel is avoided.
Step 205: and the electronic equipment controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response based on the first floor information.
Wherein the second elevator riding response is for the elevator to reach the first floor from the second floor.
It should be noted that, before this step, the electronic device further obtains the first floor information by: the electronic equipment acquires the face information of the elevator taking object through the image acquisition equipment, and acquires the first floor information of the elevator taking object from the first corresponding relation based on the face information of the elevator taking object.
The first corresponding relation is established after the electronic equipment identifies the first floor information from the voice signal. After the electronic equipment identifies the first floor information from the voice signal, the face information of the elevator taking object is obtained through the image acquisition equipment, the face information and the first floor information are stored in an associated mode, and a first corresponding relation between the face information and the first floor information is obtained.
In the embodiment of the application, the face information and the first floor information are stored in the correlated manner, so that after the elevator taking object enters the elevator, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to directly select the first floor information corresponding to the face information of the elevator taking object, and controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response from the current floor to the first floor based on the first floor information, so that the situation that the elevator taking object and the elevator select floors in an interactive manner again is avoided, and the elevator taking is more convenient and efficient.
In another implementation mode, after the electronic device identifies the first floor information from the voice signal, the image acquisition device acquires the human characteristic information of the elevator-taking object, wherein the human characteristic information comprises at least one of body type information and gait information; and the electronic equipment stores the human body characteristic information and the first floor information in an associated manner to obtain a fourth corresponding relationship between the human body characteristic information and the first floor information. Like this, after taking advantage of the terraced object and getting into the elevator, electronic equipment can control the elevator and directly select the first floor information that the human characteristic information of taking advantage of terraced object corresponds, and the response of taking advantage of the terraced of second that arrives the first floor from the current floor is made to the elevator based on first floor information control, has avoided taking advantage of terraced object again and elevator interaction selection floor for it is more convenient and efficient to take advantage of the terraced.
In the embodiment of the application, the number of the elevator taking objects is at least one, and the electronic equipment controls the elevator to make the second elevator taking response to the elevator taking objects, wherein the implementation mode comprises at least one of the following implementation modes:
in one implementation, the electronic device controls the elevator to make a second elevator riding response to the elevator riding object based on the first floor information of the elevator riding object every time one elevator riding object enters the elevator.
In the implementation mode, every time when one elevator taking object enters the elevator, the second elevator taking response is made to the elevator taking object, the second elevator taking response is guaranteed to be made to each elevator taking object entering the elevator in time, the second elevator taking response to any elevator taking object is avoided from being omitted, and the accuracy of the second elevator taking response is improved.
In another implementation, the electronic device controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response to each elevator taking object based on the first floor information of each elevator taking object when each elevator taking object enters the elevator.
In the implementation mode, after all the elevator taking objects enter the elevator, the elevator is controlled to make the second elevator taking response for each elevator taking object, so that the second elevator taking response can be made for all the elevator taking objects at one time, and the elevator taking system is efficient and time-saving.
The embodiment of the application provides an elevator control method, which can control an elevator to make an ascending or descending response to an elevator taking object and a response from a current floor to a floor to be visited according to the floor where the elevator taking object is located and the floor to be visited after identifying the floor to be visited by the elevator taking object from a voice signal of the elevator taking object; therefore, the method realizes the elevator taking operation of the elevator taking object through one voice interaction of the elevator taking object to the elevator, so that the elevator taking is simpler and more convenient, and the elevator taking efficiency is further improved.
In the embodiment of the application, through the steps 201 and 205, the elevator taking operation of the elevator taking object is completed through one voice interaction of the elevator taking object; cancellation of the boarding response of the departing boarding object can also be achieved by the following step 206.
Step 206: the electronic device controls the elevator to cancel an elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object when determining that the elevator taking object leaves and marking the separated elevator taking object as the first elevator taking object.
The electronic equipment acquires the face image in the elevator waiting area or the elevator through the image acquisition equipment, and when the time length of the face information of the first elevator taking object which is not acquired reaches the preset time length is determined, the electronic equipment determines that the first elevator taking object leaves.
In one implementation, the electronic device periodically collects face images in the elevator waiting area or elevator, and the periodic interval time can be set and changed as required.
In another implementation mode, the electronic device detects the number of people waiting for the elevator area or taking the elevator in the elevator through the infrared detection device, and when the number of people taking the elevator is reduced, the image acquisition device acquires the face images in the elevator waiting area or the elevator, so that the resource waste caused by acquiring the face images at any time is avoided.
In the implementation mode, if the infrared detection device detects that no elevator taking object exists in the waiting area or the elevator, and all the elevator taking objects leave, the electronic device controls the elevator to directly cancel the first elevator taking response and the second elevator taking response which are made to all the elevator taking objects, and the human face image does not need to be acquired through the image acquisition device, so that the resource waste caused by acquiring the human face image is avoided.
In the step, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to cancel the elevator taking response to the departing elevator taking object, and the method comprises the following two realization conditions:
in the first case: the electronic device controls the elevator to cancel the first elevator taking response and the second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object if the first elevator taking object is determined to leave the elevator waiting area before entering the elevator.
In this case, the electronic device can avoid waste of elevator resources and improve the operation efficiency of the elevator by detecting the first elevator taking object which leaves the waiting area and controlling the elevator to cancel the first elevator taking response and the second elevator taking response which are made to the first elevator taking object which leaves.
It should be noted that the elevator waiting area includes at least one second elevator taking object for continuing waiting for the elevator; before the electronic equipment controls the elevator to cancel the elevator taking response made to the departing elevator taking object, the electronic equipment acquires the face information of each elevator taking object and acquires the first elevator taking response of each elevator taking object to obtain at least one first elevator taking response. And the electronic equipment associates and stores the first elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object for each first elevator taking response to obtain a second corresponding relation.
In the embodiment of the application, each first elevator taking response and the face information corresponding to the first elevator taking response are stored in an associated manner, so that the elevator taking objects with the same first elevator taking response can be obtained, and further, after the first elevator taking objects leave the elevator, whether the elevator taking objects with the same ascending or descending first elevator taking response as the left elevator taking objects exist in the elevator waiting area or not can be detected.
The first case can be realized by the following steps a 1-A3:
a1: and the electronic equipment acquires the face information of each second elevator taking object after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator waiting area.
In one implementation, the electronic device compares the face information of the currently acquired elevator waiting area with the face information in the first corresponding relationship, and determines a first elevator taking object that has left the elevator waiting area based on a difference between the face information in the first corresponding relationship and the face information of the currently acquired elevator waiting area.
In another implementation manner, the electronic device compares the face information of the currently acquired elevator waiting area with the face information in the second corresponding relationship, and determines the first elevator taking object which has left the elevator waiting area based on the difference between the face information in the second corresponding relationship and the face information of the currently acquired elevator waiting area.
And the electronic equipment acquires the face information of each second elevator taking object through the image acquisition equipment.
A2: the electronic equipment determines whether the first target elevator taking object is included in the elevator waiting area or not based on the face information of each second elevator taking object and the second corresponding relation.
Wherein the first target boarding object is a boarding object having the same first boarding response as the first boarding object.
In this step, the electronic device acquires the face information of the boarding object identical to the first boarding response of the first boarding object from the second correspondence relationship, compares the acquired face information of the second boarding object with the face information of the boarding object identical to the first boarding response of the first boarding object, and acquires the first target boarding object of which the face information is identical to the face information corresponding to the first boarding response from the second boarding object.
A3: if the first target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator waiting area, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to cancel a first elevator taking response and a second elevator taking response which are made to the first elevator taking object.
In addition, since the elevator taking response indicating that the first elevator taking object is ascending or descending and the second elevator taking response indicating that the first elevator taking object is arriving at the destination floor are both disabled after leaving the elevator waiting area, all the elevator taking responses, that is, the first elevator taking response and the second elevator taking response are both cancelled after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator waiting area.
In another implementation manner, if the first target elevator taking object is included in the elevator waiting area, the electronic device does not need to control the elevator to cancel the first elevator taking response made to the first elevator taking object, and only needs to cancel the second elevator taking response made to the first elevator taking object.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the elevator taking objects with the first ascending response or the first descending response which is the same as the already separated elevator taking objects exist in the elevator waiting area or not is detected, and the elevator taking responses are cancelled after the elevator taking objects without the same first elevator taking responses are confirmed, so that the inconvenience of elevator taking for the elevator taking objects with the same first elevator taking responses is avoided, and the pertinence and the accuracy of cancelling the first elevator taking responses are improved.
In the second case: and after the first elevator taking object enters the elevator, if the first elevator taking object is determined to leave the elevator before the elevator does not reach the first floor, controlling the elevator to cancel a second elevator taking response made to the first elevator taking object.
It should be noted that the first elevator taking object may cause the first elevator taking object to leave the elevator before reaching the first floor due to the elevator overtaking or due to other reasons; in this case, the elevator is controlled to cancel the second elevator riding response when the first elevator riding object which has left the elevator arrives at the first floor to go to, so that waste of elevator resources can be avoided and the operation efficiency of the elevator can be improved.
It should be noted that the elevator comprises at least one third elevator taking object for continuously taking the elevator; before the electronic equipment controls the elevator to cancel the elevator taking response made to the departing elevator taking object, the electronic equipment acquires the face information of each elevator taking object and acquires the second elevator taking response of each elevator taking object to obtain at least one second elevator taking response; and for each second elevator taking response, the second elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object are stored in an associated mode to obtain a third corresponding relation.
It should be noted that the elevator taking objects entering the elevator further include at least one fourth elevator taking object, and the fourth elevator taking object is an elevator taking object which does not send a voice signal to indicate a floor in the elevator waiting area and sends a voice signal to indicate the floor after entering the elevator. In one implementation mode, the electronic device acquires a voice signal of a fourth elevator taking object through a sound pickup device in the elevator, and controls the elevator to make a second elevator taking response to the fourth elevator taking object based on first floor information after the first floor information of the fourth elevator taking object is recognized from the voice signal. And the electronic equipment acquires the face information and the second elevator taking response of the fourth elevator taking object, and stores the second elevator taking response and the face information of the fourth elevator taking object in a third corresponding relation in an associated manner.
In the embodiment of the application, each second elevator taking response and the face information corresponding to the second elevator taking response are stored in an associated manner, so that the elevator taking objects with the same second elevator taking response can be obtained, and further, after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator, whether the elevator taking objects with the second elevator taking response reaching the same floor with the separated elevator taking objects exist in the elevator or not can be detected.
The second case can be realized by the following steps B1-B3:
b1: the electronic device acquires the face information of each third elevator taking object after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator before the elevator reaches the first floor.
In one implementation, the electronic device compares the currently acquired face information in the elevator with the face information in the first corresponding relationship, and determines a first elevator riding object that has left the elevator based on a difference between the face information in the first corresponding relationship and the currently acquired face information in the elevator.
In another implementation manner, the electronic device compares the currently acquired face information in the elevator with the face information in the third corresponding relationship, and determines the first elevator taking object which has left the elevator based on the difference between the face information in the third corresponding relationship and the currently acquired face information in the elevator.
And the electronic equipment acquires the face information of each third elevator riding object through the image acquisition equipment.
B2: the electronic device determines whether the second target elevator riding object is included in the elevator based on the face information of each third elevator riding object and the third corresponding relation.
Wherein the second target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same second elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object.
In this step, the electronic device acquires the face information of the elevator taking object identical to the second elevator taking response of the first elevator taking object from the third correspondence relationship, compares the acquired face information of the third elevator taking object with the face information of the elevator taking object identical to the second elevator taking response of the first elevator taking object, and acquires the second target elevator taking object identical to the face information corresponding to the second elevator taking response in face information from the third elevator taking object.
In another implementation manner, the electronic device obtains first floor information of each third elevator-taking object from the first corresponding relationship based on the face information of each third elevator-taking object; the electronic device obtains a first target elevator riding object which is the same as the first floor information of the first elevator riding object from the third elevator riding object.
B3: if the second target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator, the electronic equipment controls the elevator to cancel a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object.
In another implementation, if the second target boarding object is included in the waiting area, the electronic device does not need to control the elevator to cancel the second boarding response to the first boarding object.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the elevator has the elevator taking object with the second elevator taking response reaching the same floor with the already departing elevator object is detected, and the elevator taking response is cancelled after the elevator taking object without the same second elevator taking response is confirmed, so that the inconvenience of elevator taking caused by the elevator taking object with the same second elevator taking response is avoided, and the pertinence and the accuracy of cancelling the second elevator taking response are improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the elevator taking response to the departing elevator taking object is cancelled by detecting the departing elevator taking object and controlling the elevator; therefore, the waste of elevator resources can be avoided by timely canceling the invalid elevator riding response, so that the elevator can run more efficiently.
The embodiment of the present application further provides an elevator control device, see fig. 3, the device includes:
the first obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain, through the pickup device, a voice signal of a first elevator riding object, where the first elevator riding object is an object to be ridden by an elevator;
the identification module 302 is configured to identify first floor information of a first floor from the voice signal, where the first floor is a floor to which a first elevator riding object is to go;
a first determining module 303, configured to determine second floor information of a second floor based on the device information of the sound pickup device, where the second floor is a floor where the first elevator riding object is currently located;
the first control module 304 is used for controlling the elevator to make a first elevator taking response based on the first floor information and the second floor information, and the first elevator taking response is used for the elevator to arrive at the second floor for ascending or descending;
and a second control module 305, configured to control the elevator to make a second elevator taking response based on the first floor information, where the second elevator taking response is used for the elevator to reach the first floor from the second floor.
In a possible implementation, the number of objects taking the elevator is at least one, and the second control module 305 is configured to:
when one elevator taking object enters the elevator, controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response to the elevator taking object based on the first floor information of the elevator taking object;
and controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response to each elevator taking object based on the first floor information of each elevator taking object under the condition that each elevator taking object enters the elevator.
In a possible implementation manner, the second control module 305 is configured to, in a case where an elevator taking object going upwards enters a descending elevator, control the elevator to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes descending based on the first floor information of the elevator taking object; or,
when the elevator going downwards enters the elevator going upwards, the elevator is controlled to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes going upwards on the basis of the first floor information of the elevator taking object.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the face information of the elevator taking object, storing the face information and the first floor information in an associated manner and acquiring a first corresponding relation between the face information and the first floor information;

In a possible implementation manner, the elevator waiting area comprises at least one second elevator taking object for continuing elevator waiting, and the device further comprises a fourth obtaining module, which is used for obtaining the face information of each elevator taking object and obtaining the first elevator taking response of each elevator taking object to obtain at least one first elevator taking response; for each first elevator taking response, the first elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object are stored in an associated mode to obtain a second corresponding relation;
the first control unit is used for acquiring the face information of each second elevator taking object after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator waiting area; determining whether a first target elevator taking object is included in the elevator waiting area or not based on the face information of each second elevator taking object and the second corresponding relation, wherein the first target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same first elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object; and if the first target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator waiting area, controlling the elevator to cancel a first elevator taking response and a second elevator taking response which are made to the first elevator taking object.
In a possible implementation manner, the elevator comprises at least one third elevator taking object for continuously taking the elevator, and the device further comprises a fifth acquisition module for acquiring the face information of each elevator taking object and acquiring a second elevator taking response of each elevator taking object to obtain at least one second elevator taking response; for each second elevator taking response, the second elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object are stored in an associated mode to obtain a third corresponding relation;
the second control unit is used for acquiring the face information of each third elevator taking object after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator before the elevator reaches the first floor; determining whether a second target elevator taking object is included in the elevator or not based on the face information of each third elevator taking object and the third corresponding relation, wherein the second target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same second elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object; and if the second target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator, controlling the elevator to cancel a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of an electronic device 400 provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 400 may be a portable mobile electronic device such as: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 4), a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. Electronic device 400 may also be referred to by other names as user equipment, portable electronic device, laptop electronic device, desktop electronic device, and so on.
In general, the electronic device 400 includes: a processor 401 and a memory 402.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 400 may further optionally include: a peripheral interface 403 and at least one peripheral. The processor 401, memory 402 and peripheral interface 403 may be connected by bus or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface 403 via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Specifically, the peripheral device includes: at least one of a radio frequency circuit 404, a display screen 405, a camera assembly 406, an audio circuit 407, a positioning assembly 408, and a power supply 409.
The peripheral interface 403 may be used to connect at least one peripheral related to I/O (Input/Output) to the processor 401 and the memory 402. In some embodiments, processor 401, memory 402, and peripheral interface 403 are integrated on the same chip or circuit board; in some other embodiments, any one or two of the processor 401, the memory 402 and the peripheral interface 403 may be implemented on a separate chip or circuit board, which is not limited by this embodiment.
The Radio Frequency circuit 404 is used for receiving and transmitting RF (Radio Frequency) signals, also called electromagnetic signals. The radio frequency circuitry 404 communicates with communication networks and other communication devices via electromagnetic signals. The rf circuit 404 converts an electrical signal into an electromagnetic signal to transmit, or converts a received electromagnetic signal into an electrical signal. Optionally, the radio frequency circuit 404 includes: an antenna system, an RF transceiver, one or more amplifiers, a tuner, an oscillator, a digital signal processor, a codec chipset, a subscriber identity module card, and so forth. The radio frequency circuitry 404 may communicate with other electronic devices via at least one wireless communication protocol. The wireless communication protocols include, but are not limited to: the world wide web, metropolitan area networks, intranets, generations of mobile communication networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G), Wireless local area networks, and/or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) networks. In some embodiments, the rf circuit 404 may further include NFC (Near Field Communication) related circuits, which are not limited in this application.
The display screen 405 is used to display a UI (User Interface). The UI may include graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. When the display screen 405 is a touch display screen, the display screen 405 also has the ability to capture touch signals on or over the surface of the display screen 405. The touch signal may be input to the processor 401 as a control signal for processing. At this point, the display screen 405 may also be used to provide virtual buttons and/or a virtual keyboard, also referred to as soft buttons and/or a soft keyboard. In some embodiments, the display screen 405 may be one, disposed on the front panel of the electronic device 400; in other embodiments, the display screen 405 may be at least two, respectively disposed on different surfaces of the electronic device 400 or in a folded design; in other embodiments, the display screen 405 may be a flexible display screen disposed on a curved surface or a folded surface of the electronic device 400. Even further, the display screen 405 may be arranged in a non-rectangular irregular pattern, i.e. a shaped screen. The Display screen 405 may be made of LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), and other materials.
The camera assembly 406 is used to capture images or video. Optionally, camera assembly 406 includes a front camera and a rear camera. Generally, a front camera is disposed on a front panel of an electronic apparatus, and a rear camera is disposed on a rear surface of the electronic apparatus. In some embodiments, the number of the rear cameras is at least two, and each rear camera is any one of a main camera, a depth-of-field camera, a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera, so that the main camera and the depth-of-field camera are fused to realize a background blurring function, and the main camera and the wide-angle camera are fused to realize panoramic shooting and VR (Virtual Reality) shooting functions or other fusion shooting functions. In some embodiments, camera assembly 406 may also include a flash. The flash lamp can be a monochrome temperature flash lamp or a bicolor temperature flash lamp. The double-color-temperature flash lamp is a combination of a warm-light flash lamp and a cold-light flash lamp, and can be used for light compensation at different color temperatures.
The audio circuit 407 may include a microphone and a speaker. The microphone is used for collecting sound waves of a user and the environment, converting the sound waves into electric signals, and inputting the electric signals to the processor 401 for processing, or inputting the electric signals to the radio frequency circuit 404 for realizing voice communication. For stereo capture or noise reduction purposes, the microphones may be multiple and disposed at different locations of the electronic device 400. The microphone may also be an array microphone or an omni-directional pick-up microphone. The speaker is used to convert electrical signals from the processor 401 or the radio frequency circuit 404 into sound waves. The loudspeaker can be a traditional film loudspeaker or a piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker. When the speaker is a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, the speaker can be used for purposes such as converting an electric signal into a sound wave audible to a human being, or converting an electric signal into a sound wave inaudible to a human being to measure a distance. In some embodiments, audio circuitry 407 may also include a headphone jack.
The positioning component 408 is used to locate the current geographic Location of the electronic device 400 for navigation or LBS (Location Based Service). The Positioning component 408 can be a Positioning component based on the Global Positioning System (GPS) in the united states, the beidou System in china, or the galileo System in russia.
The power supply 409 is used to supply power to the various components in the electronic device 400. The power source 409 may be alternating current, direct current, disposable or rechargeable. When the power source 409 includes a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery may be a wired rechargeable battery or a wireless rechargeable battery. The wired rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wired line, and the wireless rechargeable battery is a battery charged through a wireless coil. The rechargeable battery may also be used to support fast charge technology.
In some embodiments, the electronic device 400 also includes one or more sensors 410. The one or more sensors 410 include, but are not limited to: acceleration sensor 411, gyro sensor 412, pressure sensor 413, fingerprint sensor 414, optical sensor 415, and proximity sensor 416.
The acceleration sensor 411 may detect the magnitude of acceleration in three coordinate axes of a coordinate system established with the electronic apparatus 400. For example, the acceleration sensor 411 may be used to detect components of the gravitational acceleration in three coordinate axes. The processor 401 may control the display screen 405 to display the user interface in a landscape view or a portrait view according to the gravitational acceleration signal collected by the acceleration sensor 411. The acceleration sensor 411 may also be used for acquisition of motion data of a game or a user.
The gyro sensor 412 may detect a body direction and a rotation angle of the electronic device 400, and the gyro sensor 412 may cooperate with the acceleration sensor 411 to acquire a 3D motion of the user on the electronic device 400. From the data collected by the gyro sensor 412, the processor 401 may implement the following functions: motion sensing (such as changing the UI according to a user's tilting operation), image stabilization at the time of photographing, game control, and inertial navigation.
The pressure sensor 413 may be disposed on a side bezel of the electronic device 400 and/or on a lower layer of the display screen 405. When the pressure sensor 413 is arranged on the side frame of the electronic device 400, a holding signal of the user to the electronic device 400 can be detected, and the processor 401 performs left-right hand identification or shortcut operation according to the holding signal collected by the pressure sensor 413. When the pressure sensor 413 is disposed at the lower layer of the display screen 405, the processor 401 controls the operability control on the UI interface according to the pressure operation of the user on the display screen 405. The operability control comprises at least one of a button control, a scroll bar control, an icon control and a menu control.
The fingerprint sensor 414 is used for collecting a fingerprint of the user, and the processor 401 identifies the identity of the user according to the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint sensor 414, or the fingerprint sensor 414 identifies the identity of the user according to the collected fingerprint. Upon recognizing that the user's identity is a trusted identity, processor 401 authorizes the user to perform relevant sensitive operations including unlocking the screen, viewing encrypted information, downloading software, paying, and changing settings, etc. The fingerprint sensor 414 may be disposed on the front, back, or side of the electronic device 400. When a physical button or vendor Logo is provided on the electronic device 400, the fingerprint sensor 414 may be integrated with the physical button or vendor Logo.
The optical sensor 415 is used to collect the ambient light intensity. In one embodiment, processor 401 may control the display brightness of display screen 405 based on the ambient light intensity collected by optical sensor 415. Specifically, when the ambient light intensity is high, the display brightness of the display screen 405 is increased; when the ambient light intensity is low, the display brightness of the display screen 405 is reduced. In another embodiment, the processor 401 may also dynamically adjust the shooting parameters of the camera assembly 406 according to the ambient light intensity collected by the optical sensor 415.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device 400, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or combine certain components, or employ a different arrangement of components.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein at least one instruction is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the at least one instruction is loaded and executed by a processor to realize the operation executed by the elevator control method in any implementation manner.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product or a computer program comprising computer program code, the computer program code being stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the electronic device reads the computer program code from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer program code, so that the electronic device performs the operations performed by the elevator control method described above.
In some embodiments, the computer program according to the embodiments of the present application may be deployed to be executed on one electronic device, or on a plurality of electronic devices located at one site, or on a plurality of electronic devices distributed at a plurality of sites and interconnected by a communication network, and the plurality of electronic devices distributed at the plurality of sites and interconnected by the communication network may constitute a block chain system.
The embodiment of the application provides an elevator control method, which can control an elevator to make an ascending or descending response to an elevator taking object and a response from a current floor to a floor to be visited according to the floor where the elevator taking object is located and the floor to be visited after identifying the floor to be visited by the elevator taking object from a voice signal of the elevator taking object; therefore, the method realizes the elevator taking operation of the elevator taking object through one voice interaction of the elevator taking object to the elevator, so that the elevator taking is simpler and more convenient, and the elevator taking efficiency is further improved.
The present application is intended to cover various modifications, alternatives, and equivalents, which may be included within the spirit and scope of the present application.
Claims (16)
1. An elevator control method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring a voice signal of an elevator taking object through pickup equipment, wherein the elevator taking object is an object to be taken by an elevator;
identifying first floor information of a first floor from the voice signal, wherein the first floor is a floor to which the elevator riding object goes;
determining second floor information of a second floor based on the equipment information of the pickup equipment, wherein the second floor is a floor where the elevator taking object is located currently;
controlling the elevator to make a first elevator taking response based on the first floor information and the second floor information, wherein the first elevator taking response is used for the elevator to reach the second floor for ascending or descending;
controlling the elevator to make a second elevator riding response based on the first floor information, wherein the second elevator riding response is used for the elevator to arrive at the first floor from the second floor.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the number of the elevator-taking objects is at least one, and wherein the controlling the elevator to make a second elevator-taking response based on the first floor information comprises at least one of:
controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response to an elevator taking object based on first floor information of the elevator taking object every time the elevator taking object enters the elevator;
and under the condition that each elevator taking object enters the elevator, controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response to each elevator taking object based on the first floor information of each elevator taking object.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the elevator to make a second ride response based on the first floor information comprises:
when an elevator object going upwards enters a descending elevator, controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes descending on the basis of the first floor information of the elevator object; or,
and controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response after the elevator finishes ascending on the basis of the first floor information of the elevator taking object when the elevator which is going to descend enters the ascending elevator.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after identifying the first floor information for the first floor from the speech signal, the method further comprises:
acquiring face information of the elevator taking object, and storing the face information and the first floor information in an associated manner to obtain a first corresponding relation between the face information and the first floor information;
before controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response based on the first floor information, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the face information of the elevator taking object, and acquiring the first floor information of the elevator taking object from the first corresponding relation based on the face information of the elevator taking object.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the elevator taking object is determined to leave, and the separated elevator taking object is marked as a first elevator taking object, controlling the elevator to cancel an elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the controlling the elevator to cancel a ride response to the first ride object comprises:
and controlling the elevator to cancel a first elevator taking response and a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object if the first elevator taking object is determined to leave the elevator waiting area before the first elevator taking object enters the elevator.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the controlling the elevator to cancel a ride response to the first ride object comprises:
after the first elevator taking object enters the elevator, if the first elevator taking object is determined to leave the elevator before the elevator does not reach the first floor, controlling the elevator to cancel a second elevator taking response made to the first elevator taking object.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and when the time length of the face information of the first elevator taking object is determined to reach the preset time length, determining that the first elevator taking object leaves.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the landing area includes at least one second landing object continuing to land, the method further comprising:
acquiring the face information of each elevator taking object, and acquiring a first elevator taking response of each elevator taking object to obtain at least one first elevator taking response;
for each first elevator taking response, the first elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object are stored in an associated mode to obtain a second corresponding relation;
the controlling the elevator to cancel a first elevator taking response and a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object includes:
after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator waiting area, acquiring the face information of each second elevator taking object;
determining whether a first target elevator taking object is included in the elevator waiting area or not based on the face information of each second elevator taking object and the second corresponding relation, wherein the first target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same first elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object;
and if the first target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator waiting area, controlling the elevator to cancel a first elevator taking response and a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the elevator includes at least one third ride object that continues to ride, the method further comprising:
acquiring the face information of each elevator taking object, and acquiring a second elevator taking response of each elevator taking object to obtain at least one second elevator taking response;
for each second elevator taking response, the second elevator taking response and the face information of the elevator taking object are stored in an associated mode to obtain a third corresponding relation;
the controlling the elevator to cancel a second boarding response to the first boarding object includes:
acquiring the face information of each third elevator taking object after the first elevator taking object leaves the elevator before the elevator reaches the first floor;
determining whether a second target elevator taking object is included in the elevator or not based on the face information of each third elevator taking object and the third corresponding relation, wherein the second target elevator taking object is an elevator taking object with the same second elevator taking response as the first elevator taking object;
and if the second target elevator taking object is not included in the elevator, controlling the elevator to cancel a second elevator taking response to the first elevator taking object.
11. An elevator control system, characterized in that the system comprises: a sound pickup device, a processor and a controller;
the processor is electrically connected with the pickup equipment and the controller respectively;
the pickup equipment is used for acquiring voice signals of an elevator taking object, and the elevator taking object is an object to be taken by an elevator;
the processor is used for identifying first floor information of a first floor from the voice signals, wherein the first floor is a floor to which the elevator riding object goes; determining second floor information of a second floor based on the equipment information of the pickup equipment, wherein the second floor is a floor where the elevator taking object is located currently; generating a first control instruction based on the first floor information and the second floor information; generating a second control instruction based on the first floor information;
the controller is used for controlling the elevator to make a first elevator taking response based on the first control instruction, and the first elevator taking response is used for the elevator to reach the second floor for ascending or descending; for controlling the elevator to make a second elevator riding response based on the second control instruction, the second elevator riding response being used for the elevator to arrive at the first floor from the second floor.
12. The system of claim 11, further comprising an image capture device electrically connected to the processor;
the image acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the face information of each elevator taking object;
the processor is further used for acquiring first floor information of the elevator taking object based on the face information; alternatively, at least one of the first boarding response and the second boarding response is cancelled by the controller.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the image capture device comprises a first image capture device and a second image capture device;
the first image capturing device is installed at an entrance of the elevator;
the second image acquisition device is mounted within the elevator.
14. An elevator control apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the elevator taking system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a voice processing module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring voice signals of an elevator taking object through pickup equipment, and the elevator taking object is an object to be taken by an elevator;
the identification module is used for identifying first floor information of a first floor from the voice signal, wherein the first floor is a floor to which the elevator riding object goes;
the first determining module is used for determining second floor information of a second floor based on the equipment information of the pickup equipment, wherein the second floor is a floor where the elevator taking object is located currently;
the first control module is used for controlling the elevator to make a first elevator riding response based on the first floor information and the second floor information, and the first elevator riding response is used for the elevator to reach the second floor for ascending or descending;
and the second control module is used for controlling the elevator to make a second elevator taking response based on the first floor information, and the second elevator taking response is used for the elevator to arrive at the first floor from the second floor.
15. An electronic device, comprising one or more processors and one or more memories having at least one instruction stored therein, the at least one instruction being loaded and executed by the one or more processors to implement operations performed by the elevator control method of any of claims 1-10.
16. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, which is loaded and executed by a processor to perform operations performed by the elevator control method of any of claims 1-10.
