When the rotary pressing rod mechanism 3 is in an initial state, the pressing rod 32 is positioned at the top of the pressing rod up-down moving mechanism 32 and is perpendicular to the clamping seam of the moving supporting plate mechanism 2, after the cloth turning mechanism 1 turns the cloth, the rotary pressing rod mechanism 3 starts to rotate until the pressing rod 32 is parallel to the clamping seam of the moving supporting plate mechanism 2, and then the pressing rod 32 moves downwards to press all the cloth to the clamping seam and then moves upwards, so that the whole mechanism is reset.
As shown in fig. 5, the wrapping film supply mechanism 4 includes a wrapping film accommodating module 41 and a wrapping film guide roller 42. The wrapping film accommodating module 41 includes a case 4101 and a support roller 4102, and is provided with a positioning ring 4103 for restricting an axial position space of the wrapping film in order to prevent the wrapping film roll from jumping at the time of unwinding. The packaging film guide roller 42 is arranged on the frame, the packaging film is guided by the packaging film guide roller, passes through a seam between the cloth turning mechanism 1 and the upper part of the movable supporting plate mechanism 2, namely passes through a seam between the turning shaft 12 in the cloth turning mechanism 1 and the horizontal supporting plate 21 of the movable supporting plate mechanism 2, is paved on the horizontal supporting plate 21, and is heat-sealed by the plastic sealing mechanism 5 after the cloth is folded and pressed down.
As shown in fig. 6, the plastic packaging mechanism 5 includes a plastic packaging module 51, a plastic packaging guiding module 52, and a plastic packaging moving module 53. The plastic sealing module 51 is two sets of opposite settings, including plastic sealing knife 5101 and blade holder 5102, wherein plastic sealing knife 5101 can accomplish the heat-seal and cut off of the top and the both sides of packaging film, and blade holder 5102 installs between horizontal layer board 21 and vertical folded plate 22 of removal layer board mechanism 2, separates heat sealing knife and cloth and packaging film and prevents the influence of heat. The plastic package guiding module 52 is connected with the tool apron 5102, and the stress and movement condition of the plastic package module 51 are improved in the movement process. The plastic package motion module 53 is composed of a tensioning driven wheel 5301, a motion wheel 5302, a steel wire rope 5303, a driving wheel 5304 and a motion motor 5305, the motion motor 5305 is installed on the frame 16, the front end of the motion motor is connected with the driving wheel 5304, the motion wheel 5302 and the tensioning driven wheel 5301 are sequentially installed on the frame 16 far away from the driving wheel 5304, three wheels are arranged on one side of the plastic package module and are wound by the steel wire rope 5303 in a surrounding mode, the steel wire rope 5303 is respectively connected with the plastic package modules 51 on two sides up and down, the motion motor 5305 drives the driving wheel 5304 to rotate, so that the two groups of plastic package modules 51 move under the traction effect of the steel wire rope 5303, when the motion motor 5305 rotates in one direction, the plastic package modules 51 relatively move to complete plastic package, and when the motion returns in the reverse rotation.
As shown in fig. 7, the conveying mechanism 6 includes a first conveying belt 61 and a second conveying belt 62. The first conveyor belt 61 is located under the moving pallet mechanism 2, the pressing rod 32 presses down the cloth, and after the plastic packaging mechanism 5 completes plastic packaging, the cloth falls on the first conveyor belt 61 and is sent to the second conveyor belt 62. The first conveyor belt 61 is associated with the first conveyor belt and the cloth roll is fed up to be lifted in the other direction to the wrapping machine.
The bundling machine 7 comprises, but is not limited to, a bundling machine 7 capable of completing the bundling function of cloth, which is shown in the embodiment of the invention, and the cloth is lifted and conveyed to a working plane of the bundling machine, and then the cloth is realized at different positions, so that the cloth is convenient to carry.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the cloth folding and packaging machine is placed in parallel with a cloth plaiting machine of a textile mill, packaging films are pulled out of a packaging film accommodating module 41 of a packaging film supply mechanism 4 by an operator in the initial stage, bypass a packaging film guide roller 42, are paved above a horizontal supporting plate 21 of a movable supporting plate mechanism 2, and are oppositely stretched to a thermoplastic position on two sides, and are subjected to first joint of manual thermoplastic.
After the original plaiting machine of the textile mill stacks and stacks the original cloth, an operator drags the cloth to the upper part of the plane of the cloth overturning mechanism 1 and the movable supporting plate mechanism 2 of the cloth folding and packaging machine. The left and right turnover mechanisms are driven by the turnover motor 11 to turn over the cloth layer by layer onto the movable supporting plate mechanism 2.
Then the rotary press bar mechanism 3 starts to work, the rotary motor 34 drives the rotary table 33 to rotate the press bar 32 from the state perpendicular to the clamping slit of the moving pallet mechanism 2 at the initial state to the state parallel to the clamping slit of the moving pallet mechanism 2, and then the press bar 32 is driven by the press bar up-down moving mechanism 31 to move downwards, so that the cloth and the sealed packaging film are pressed out from the clamping slit of the moving pallet mechanism 2 together. In the process of downwards pressing the cloth, the vertical folded plates 22 are pressed to two sides, the elastic self-adaptive modules 23 are stressed to move relatively to give up space, and the horizontal supporting plates 21 move to two sides on the supporting rollers 24.
After the cloth is pressed down, the pressing rod 32 moves upwards and completely exits from the horizontal supporting plate 21, the plastic packaging mechanism 5 starts to work, the movement motor 5305 drives the steel wire rope 5303 to rotate, the plastic packaging module 51 is pulled to move relatively, the packaging film is packaged in a plastic way, and after the plastic packaging is finished, the movement motor 5305 reverses to pull the plastic packaging module 51 to return to the initial position.
The packaged cloth is rolled on the first conveyor belt 61, the first conveyor motor 6101 starts to work to convey the cloth to the position of the second conveyor belt 62, and then the first conveyor motor 6101 drives the cloth to be lifted to the workbench surface of the bundling machine 7 to achieve bundling, so that an operator puts the bundled cloth into a truck to be conveyed away. The cloth conveying direction is shown by the arrow in fig. 7.
Thus, the initial working stage is completed, and the next work can be carried out continuously. Except that the first joint needs manual heat sealing when the packaging film is replaced every time, full automation can be realized under other states, and folding, packaging, conveying and binding integration are realized.

Claims (2)

1. The cloth folding and packaging machine is characterized by comprising a cloth overturning mechanism (1) for folding cloth, two movable supporting plate mechanisms (2) for clamping the folded cloth, two opposite rotary compression bar mechanisms (3) which are arranged to form clamping seams and are used for clamping the cloth and are used for pressing down the cloth to pass through the clamping seams, a packaging film feeding mechanism (4), a plastic packaging mechanism (5), a cloth conveying mechanism (6) and a binding device (7); the packaging film supply mechanism (4) is used for supplying packaging films, and the packaging films are arranged between the cloth overturning mechanism (1) and the movable supporting plate mechanism (2); the plastic packaging mechanism (5) is used for plastic packaging of the packaging film which is pressed down together with the cloth; the cloth conveying mechanism (6) is arranged below the movable supporting plate mechanism (2) and is used for conveying the completely packaged cloth to the bundling device (7);
the two groups of cloth turnover mechanisms (1) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame (16), and each group of cloth turnover mechanisms (1) comprises a turnover motor (11), a turnover shaft (12) and a turnover rod (13); the turnover motor (11) is connected with the turnover shaft (12) through a coupling, and a plurality of turnover rods (13) perpendicular to the turnover shaft (12) are arranged on the turnover shaft (12); the turnover rod (13) is connected with a telescopic rod (14) for adjusting the turnover length; in the process of turning over, the two groups of cloth turning mechanisms (1) are not interfered with each other, and the installation positions of turning over rods (13) on the left and right side turning over rotating shafts (12) are staggered with each other;
the movable supporting plate mechanism (2) comprises a horizontal supporting plate (21), a vertical folding plate (22), an elastic self-adapting module (23) and a supporting roller (24); the two groups of vertical folded plates (22) of the movable supporting plate mechanism (2) are oppositely arranged to form clamping gaps; the horizontal supporting plate (21) is arranged below the cloth overturning mechanism (1) and is used for supporting a packaging film for packaging cloth and bearing the folded cloth on the packaging film; the rotating shaft of the supporting roller (24) is arranged on the frame (16), and the supporting roller (24) supports the horizontal supporting plate (21); the vertical folded plate (22) is arranged below the horizontal supporting plate (21), and a crack is formed between the vertical folded plate (22) and the horizontal supporting plate (21); the elastic self-adaptive module (23) comprises a mounting cap (2301), a spring (2302), a linear bearing (2303) and a bent shaft (2304), wherein two ends of the bent shaft (2304) are connected with a horizontal supporting plate (21) and a vertical folding plate (22) through the mounting cap (2301), the linear bearing (2303) is mounted on a frame (16), a horizontal section of the bent shaft (2304) passes through the linear bearing (2303) and is connected with the vertical folding plate (22), the spring (2302) is movably sleeved on the horizontal section of the bent shaft (2304), two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the mounting cap (2301) on the linear bearing (2303) and the vertical folding plate (22), tension generated by cloth clamped by the vertical folding plate (22) enables the spring (2302) to be compressed, and the bent shaft (2304) moves back and forth in the linear bearing (2303) to realize cloth clamping and mechanism resetting and limit a movement space of the plastic package module (51);
the rotary compression bar mechanism (3) comprises a compression bar up-and-down moving mechanism (31), a compression bar (32), a rotary table (33) and a rotary motor (34); the pressing rod up-and-down moving mechanism (31) is arranged on the rotary table (33), and the pressing rod (32) is driven to move up and down by the reciprocating motion of the pressing rod up-and-down moving mechanism (31); the turntable (33) is connected with a rotating motor (34), and is driven by the rotating motor (34) to rotate; when the cloth turnover mechanism (1) turns over the cloth, the rotary pressing rod mechanism (3) starts to rotate until the pressing rod (32) is parallel to the clamping slot of the movable supporting plate mechanism (2), and then the pressing rod (32) moves downwards to press all the cloth to the clamping slot and then moves upwards, so that the whole mechanism is reset;
the packaging film supply mechanism (4) comprises a packaging film accommodating module (41) and a packaging film guide roller (42); the packaging film accommodating module (41) comprises a box body (4101) and a supporting roller (4102), and is provided with a positioning ring for limiting the axial position space of the packaging film in order to prevent the packaging film roll from jumping when unwinding; the packaging film guide roller (42) is arranged on the frame (16) to guide the packaging film;
the plastic packaging mechanism (5) comprises a plastic packaging module (51), a plastic packaging guide module (52) and a plastic packaging movement module (53); the plastic packaging module (51) comprises a plastic packaging cutter (5101) and a cutter holder (5102), the plastic packaging cutter (5101) is used for heat sealing and cutting off the upper side and the two sides of the packaging film, and the cutter holder (5102) is arranged between a horizontal supporting plate (21) and a vertical folded plate (22) of the movable supporting plate mechanism (2); the plastic package guiding module (52) is connected with the tool apron (5102) and used for guiding the movement of the tool apron (5102); the plastic package motion module (53) comprises a tensioning driven wheel (5301), a motion wheel (5302), a steel wire rope (5303), a driving wheel (5304) and a motion motor (5305), wherein the motion motor (5305) is installed on a frame (16), the front end of the motion motor is connected with the driving wheel (5304), the motion wheel (5302) and the tensioning wheel driven wheel (5301) are sequentially installed on the frame (16) far away from the driving wheel (5304), three wheels are arranged on one side of the plastic package module and are sequentially bypassed by the steel wire rope (5303), the upper side and the lower side of the steel wire rope (5303) are respectively connected with plastic package modules (51) on two sides, the motion motor (5305) drives the driving wheel (5304) to rotate, so that the two groups of plastic package modules (51) move under the traction effect of the steel wire rope (5303), when the motion motor rotates in one direction, the plastic package modules (51) move relatively to complete plastic package, and the opposite rotation back moves to reset.
