Abstract
The invention discloses a sealing rubber strip and a pneumatic sealing structure for narrow-space connection. The rubber strip comprises a rubber strip main body (11), wherein the outer side and the inner side of the rubber strip main body (11) are respectively provided with a connecting surface I (12) and a connecting surface II (6); one side of the connecting surface I (12) is open, and the other side of the connecting surface I is connected with the pneumatic fitting surface (13) after protruding towards the outer side of the rubber strip main body (11); one side of the connecting surface II (6) is open, the other side of the connecting surface II is connected with one side of an anti-abrasion boss (7) protruding towards the inner side of the rubber strip main body (11), the other side of the anti-abrasion boss (7) is connected with one side of a transition surface (14) gradually sinking towards the outer side of the rubber strip main body (11), and the other side of the transition surface (14) is connected with the tongue opening area (9). The pneumatic sealing device has the advantages of difficult deformation, good fitting and easy installation, and is suitable for pneumatic sealing of the edge of a part with narrow space and large curvature.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of large airplane sealing, and particularly relates to a sealing rubber strip and a pneumatic sealing structure for narrow space connection.
Background
In a vertical tail wingtip fairing of a T-type tail large airplane, a fairing skin positioned between a lower wing surface of a horizontal tail and a vertical box section needs to coordinate up-and-down deformation from a horizontal stabilizing surface, a P-type rubber sealing strip is generally designed at the upper part of the fairing skin, and the lower part of the fairing skin can be designed into a sealing structure and L-shaped section connection or disconnection connection according to the loading condition of the airplane. For small aircraft, releasing the connection has little effect on aerodynamic performance because of the lower load. If the lower part of the fairing skin of the large airplane is released, airflow is easy to enter through a gap, and the fairing skin can be separated from the main structure under the action of the atmospheric pressure and even cause flight accidents, so the lower part of the fairing skin of the large airplane needs to be designed into a sealing structure.
In addition, the radome fairing overall dimension is big, contains the big curvature appearance, and traditional word section bar or P section bar rubber spare make the rubber sealing strip warp easily, take place fold or the theoretical appearance that bulges too much, can not laminate with perpendicular box section face well, hardly reach good sealed effect, and easy the appearance warp in assembly and the use leads to sealed not tight. The traditional L-shaped section connection has the defects of narrow space and insufficient connection space of the connection area of the fairing skin and the main structural member, so that the internal connecting piece and the main structural member are in contact and friction to damage the main structural member.

The pneumatic sealing structure provided with the sealing rubber strip is characterized in that the connecting surface I is connected with a fairing skin; connecting the connecting surface II with the pressing strip; the tongue mouth region is pressed against the plane vertical box section face.
In the pneumatic sealing structure, the fairing skin and the pressing strip are respectively fixed on the connecting surface I and the connecting surface II through the double-sided countersunk rivets.
In the pneumatic sealing structure, the compression between the tongue opening area and the plane vertical box section is 2-3 mm.
In the pneumatic sealing structure, the minimum distance from the anti-abrasion boss to the plane vertical box section surface is not more than 1 mm.
In the pneumatic sealing structure, the rubber strip main body is made of silicon rubber G044, and the outer fabric is D1000.
In the pneumatic sealing structure, the pressing strip adopts 2024-O-delta 1.27, and the double-sided countersunk head rivet is of a CSR90433-5E series
The invention has the advantages that: the pneumatic sealing structure of the invention uses the rubber sealing strip with the tongue mouth and the local boss-shaped section, and realizes the deformation coordination and the pneumatic sealing of the fairing skin in the lateral load direction through the compression deformation of the tongue mouth; the structure can realize good matching for the pneumatic sealing environment of the edge of the narrow space and large curvature part of the large aircraft fairing.
The boss is arranged in the vertical box surface of the airplane and is firstly contacted and rubbed with the vertical box surface of the airplane so as to avoid the friction and the damage of the layering and the vertical box surface of the airplane, prolong the service life of the large airplane and reduce the maintenance cost of the large airplane.
According to the invention, through the design of the pneumatic fitting surface, the matching of the rubber sealing strip and the theoretical appearance of the fairing is realized, and further, the good pneumatic performance of the fairing is realized.
The invention makes the compression between the tongue mouth area and the plane vertical box section area 2-3 mm; this structure, on the one hand can avoid the too big circumstances that leads to whole pneumatic seal structure to warp and finally destroy theoretical aerodynamic configuration that leads to of compressive capacity, and on the other hand this compressive capacity can avoid the load that comes from the perpendicular box section face direction of perpendicular to aircraft to cause the tongue mouth district to break away from the perpendicular box section face of aircraft and finally lead to the sealed condition of failing, and its reliability is stronger.
In conclusion, the pneumatic sealing device has the advantages of difficult deformation, good lamination and easy installation, and is suitable for pneumatic sealing of the edge of a part with narrow space and large curvature.

The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Example 1. A pneumatic sealing structure for narrow space connection is shown in figures 2 and 3 and comprises a rubber sealing strip 2, a fairing skin 1, a pressing strip 3 and a double-faced countersunk rivet 4.
The structure of the sealing rubber strip 2 is shown in figure 1:
the tongue mouth area 9 of the sealing rubber strip 2 protrudes out of the vertical box section surface 5 of the main structure of the airplane by about 2mm, so that the sealing rubber strip 2 achieves the purposes of deformation coordination and pneumatic sealing through the deformation of the rubber strip.
The connecting surface I12 and the connecting surface II 6 of the sealing rubber strip 2 are respectively fixed by a fairing skin 1 and a pressing strip 3 and are connected by a double-sided countersunk rivet 4.
The minimum distance between the anti-abrasion boss 7 of the rubber sealing strip 2 and the vertical box section face 5 is not more than 1mm, so that the pneumatic appearance after installation is ensured while the aluminum pressing strip 3 is prevented from touching and rubbing the vertical box section face 5.
The outer fabric 10 of the rubber sealing strip 2 plays the roles of preventing abrasion and prolonging the service life of the rubber sealing strip 2.
In summary, the rubber sealing strip with the tongue mouth and the local boss-shaped cross section structure used in the invention avoids the direct contact between the connecting piece and the main structure surface by the inner boss, so as to achieve the purpose of protecting the main structure. An arc-shaped recess 8 is arranged between the other side of the transition surface 14 and the tongue mouth area 9.
The rubber strip body 11 is wrapped by the outer fabric 10.
The pneumatic sealing structure provided with the sealing rubber strip is formed by connecting a connecting surface I12 with a fairing skin 1 as shown in figures 2-3; connecting the connecting surface II 6 with the pressing strip 3; the tongue region 9 is pressed against the aircraft vertical box section face 5.
The fairing skin 1 and the hold-down strip 3 are respectively fixed on the connecting surfaces I and II through double-sided countersunk rivets 4.
The amount of compression between the lingual area 9 and the vertical box section 5 of the aircraft is 2-3 mm.
The minimum distance from the anti-wear boss 7 to the vertical box section face 5 of the airplane is not more than 1 mm.
The rubber strip body 11 is made of silicon rubber G044, and the outer-layer fabric 10 is made of D1000.
The batten 3 adopts 2024-O-delta 1.27, and the double-sided countersunk head rivet 4 is of a CSR90433-5E series.

3. Sealing rubber strip according to claim 1, characterized in that the rubber strip body (11) is wrapped by an outer fabric (10).

A pneumatic sealing structure equipped with a sealing rubber strip according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the connecting surface i (12) is connected to the cowling skin (1); connecting the connecting surface II (6) with the pressing strip (3); the tongue opening region (9) is pressed against the aircraft vertical box section face (5).
5. A pneumatic sealing structure according to claim 4, characterised in that the fairing skin (1) and the trim strip (3) are fixed to the joint faces I, II respectively by means of double-sided countersunk rivets (4).
6. Pneumatic sealing arrangement according to claim 4, characterised in that the compression between the tongue-and-groove area (9) and the vertical box section plane (5) of the aircraft is 2-3 mm.
7. Pneumatic sealing arrangement according to claim 4, characterised in that the minimum distance of the wear protection boss (7) to the aircraft vertical box section face (5) does not exceed 1 mm.
8. Pneumatic sealing structure according to claim 5, characterised in that the rubber strip body (11) is of silicon rubber G044 and the outer fabric (10) is of D1000.
9. Pneumatic sealing structure according to claim 5, characterised in that the bead (3) is 2024-O- δ 1.27 and the double-sided countersunk head rivet (4) is of the CSR90433-5E series.
