Abstract
The application discloses a plate cutting system which comprises a conveying platform, a cutting knife, a vertical limiting device and a horizontal limiting device; the conveying platform is used for conveying plates; the cutting knife is installed on the conveying platform, the vertical limiting device is arranged above the cutting knife, the plate passes through the space between the cutting knife and the vertical limiting device, and the vertical limiting device is propped against the plate from top to bottom; and the horizontal limiting device limits the plate along the direction perpendicular to the plate moving direction. The plate cutting system can effectively improve the cutting precision of the plates and improve the qualification rate of the plates.

Technical Field
The application relates to but is not limited to the field of plate production and processing, in particular to a plate cutting system.
Background
In the production and processing process of the plate, the plate needs to be grooved or cut, split and the like, but the groove or the edge of the processed plate is not flat by the conventional cutting device, the product yield is low, and the production cost of the plate is increased.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the application provides a plate cutting system, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plate cutting system comprises a conveying platform 1, a cutting knife 2, a vertical limiting device 3 and a horizontal limiting device 4; the conveying platform 1 is used for conveying plates; the cutting knife 2 is installed on the conveying platform 1, the vertical limiting device 3 is arranged above the cutting knife 2, a plate passes through the space between the cutting knife 2 and the vertical limiting device 3, and the vertical limiting device 3 supports against the plate from top to bottom; the horizontal limiting device 4 limits the plate along the direction perpendicular to the plate moving direction.
The panel cutting system that this application embodiment provided can cut (cut a panel into two or more panels along width direction) panel to panel, still can slot on panel, and cutting knife 2 can select to use the slotting tool to carry out the fluting operation promptly. The embodiment of the present application is described by taking a slotting operation as an example.

In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the vertical stopper 3 includes a pressing platform 31 disposed right above the cutting blade 2, and a plurality of pressing rollers 32 disposed at front and rear sides of the pressing platform 31.
The pressing platform 31 is matched with the plurality of pressing rollers 32, so that the limiting effect on the plate in the vertical direction can be guaranteed. When most of the plates are grooved (namely most of the plates pass through the position of the cutting knife 2), and only the tails of the plates are grooved at the cutting knife 2, the front ends of the plates are pressed down by the pressing roller 32, so that the front ends of the plates are prevented from tilting, and the grooving depth of the tails of the plates is ensured to be consistent with that of other parts of the plates.
In actual use, the compacting platform 31 may be replaced with two (or more) press rolls as needed.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a pressing plate 311 is disposed at the lower end of the pressing platform 31, and the pressing platform 31 is pressed against the plate by the pressing plate 311.
The pressing plate 311 is arranged at the lower end of the pressing platform 31, so that the pressing area of the vertical limiting device 3 to the plate can be increased, a pit or the plate is prevented from being pressed out of the plate, and the adjustment of the pressing force is facilitated.
In an exemplary embodiment, the length of the pressing platform 31 and the pressing roller 32 (the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the plate material is the length direction of the pressing platform 31 and the pressing roller 32) is greater than the width of the plate material (the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the plate material is the width direction of the plate material).
The length of the pressing platform 31 and the pressing roller 32 is set to be larger than the width of the plate, so that the plate can be completely pressed, and the left side and the right side of the plate in width are prevented from tilting to influence the grooving effect.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the horizontal position-limiting device 4 comprises two guiding rules 41 arranged along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the plate, and the guiding rules 41 are pressed against the side edge of the plate. One of the guiding rules 41 is fixed in position, and the other guiding rule 41 can move along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the plate so as to adjust the distance between the two guiding rules 41.
For different batches of plates, the widths of the plates may be different, and the other guiding rule 41 can move in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the plates so as to adjust the distance between the two guiding rules 41, thereby adapting to the plates with different widths and improving the application range of the plate cutting system. The guiding rule 41 can be adjusted in position through an adjusting device of the guiding rule 41, the adjusting device of the guiding rule 41 can be arranged on one side of the conveying platform 1, and the position of the guiding rule 41 can be changed through transmission modes such as a transmission rod.
It should be understood that in actual use, it is also possible to arrange for both guiding rules 41 to be movable.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plate cutting system further comprises a dust collecting device 5, the dust collecting device 5 being disposed below the cutting knife 2 and opening towards the cutting knife 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plate cutting system further comprises a mounting bracket 6, the mounting bracket 6 is disposed above the cutting knife 2, and the vertical limiting device 3 is mounted on the mounting bracket 6.
The vertical limiting device 3 is arranged on the mounting frame 6, so that the pressing force of the vertical limiting device 3 on the plate can be conveniently adjusted.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the transport platform 1 comprises transport rollers.
The conveying platform 1 can convey the plate by adopting a conveying roller mode so as to bear the downward pressure of the vertical limiting device 3. Of course, other conveying methods can be adopted for the conveying platform 181.
In an exemplary embodiment, the sheet material is a mineral wool sheet.
A sheet cutting system may be used to perform the grooving operation. Of course, the panel cutting system can also be used for grooving or cutting operations on other panels than mineral wool panels, for example: a gypsum board.
The slotting cutter can be of a cylindrical structure, cutter teeth are arranged on the circumferential surface of the cylinder, and the cutter teeth are arranged along the length of the cylinder, so that a plurality of grooves can be conveniently formed in the plate simultaneously.
When the plate cutting system provided by the embodiment of the application is used, the right side of a conveying platform 1 in a plate (such as a mineral wool plate) figure 1 reaches the cutting knife 2, and then the guiding rule 41 is adjusted by using the guiding rule 41 adjusting device according to the size and the thickness of the mineral wool plate, so that the guiding rule 41 clamps the mineral wool plate but does not influence the normal movement of the mineral wool plate along the length direction; then adjust and compress tightly platform 31 and compression roller 32, make and compress tightly platform 31 and compression roller 32 holding down plate 311 material, guarantee that the mineral wool board is at the fluting in-process, horizontal direction (mineral wool board width direction) and vertical direction do not have relative displacement, guarantee that the straightness accuracy and the stripe shape of the mineral wool board after the fluting are more accurate, and every board can both keep unanimous, the gap problem can not appear when each board splices each other, has improved the product percent of pass.
With cutting knife 2 (planer tool) setting in the panel below, panel passes through the conveying roller and sends to cutting knife 2 department, has compression platform 31 and compression roller 32 above, and the cutting process keeps relatively stable, and cutting effect is good.

Claims (10)
1. A plate cutting system is characterized by comprising a conveying platform, a cutting knife, a vertical limiting device and a horizontal limiting device;
the conveying platform is used for conveying plates; the cutting knife is arranged on the conveying platform; the vertical limiting device is arranged above the cutting knife and comprises a pressing platform or more than two pressing rollers arranged right above the cutting knife and a plurality of pressing rollers arranged on the front side and the rear side of the pressing platform or more than two pressing rollers; when the plate passes through the space between the cutting knife and the vertical limiting device, the pressing platform or more than two pressing rollers of the vertical limiting device and the plurality of pressing rollers on the front side and the rear side abut against the plate from top to bottom, the cutting knife slots the lower end face of the plate when the plate moves along the length direction of the cutting knife, and the horizontal limiting device limits the plate along the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the plate;
the board cutting system is a board cutting system for mineral wool boards or gypsum boards.
2. The sheet cutting system of claim 1, wherein the vertical stop further comprises a plurality of compression rollers disposed on a front side and a rear side of the hold-down platform.
3. The sheet cutting system of claim 2, wherein a pressure plate is disposed at a lower end of the pressing platform, and the pressing platform is pressed against the sheet by the pressure plate.
4. The sheet cutting system of claim 2, wherein the length of the hold down platform and the press rolls is greater than the width of the sheet.
5. The sheet cutting system of claim 1, wherein the horizontal stop means comprises two running rules positioned perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sheet, the running rules abutting against the sides of the sheet.
6. A sheet material cutting system according to claim 5, wherein one of said guides is fixed in position and the other guide is movable perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sheet material to adjust the distance between the guides.
7. A sheet cutting system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising dust collection means disposed below said cutting knives and opening towards said cutting knives.
8. The sheet cutting system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a mounting bracket disposed above the cutting knife, the vertical stop being mounted on the mounting bracket.
9. A panel cutting system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the conveyor platform comprises conveyor rollers.
10. A panel cutting system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cutting knives are slotting knives.
