Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment provides an anti-toppling tool for assembling a rib plate of a ship, which has a structure shown in fig. 1 and specifically comprises a bending plate 1, a steel pipe 2 and a bolt 3;
the bending plate 1 is a U-shaped plate and comprises a bending part, a first wall and a second wall, wherein the first wall and the second wall are respectively connected with two ends of the bending part and are oppositely arranged;
the steel pipe 2 is vertically arranged on the outer side surface of the first wall and extends in the direction far away from the first wall;
a threaded hole 101 is formed in the second wall, and the bolt 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 101. The bolt 3 has a certain length and can penetrate through and extend out of the threaded hole 101; the end of the bolt 3 is flat for abutting against other sheet materials.
When the tool is used, the tool is fixed on the T-shaped section 5 on the bottom plate 7 of the rib plate non-structural surface, specifically, the inner surface of the first wall of the bending plate 1 is attached to the upper surface of the T-shaped section 5, the bolt 3 penetrates through the threaded hole 101 in the second wall of the bending plate 1, and abuts against the lower surface of the T-shaped section 5 and is screwed, so that the steel pipe 2 is in a vertical state.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, at least two of the tools are fixed on the T-shaped material 5 of the bottom plate 7 of the rib plate non-structural surface at intervals, and the reinforcing material 8 of the rib plate 6 is preferably spaced from the tools by about 10 cm. When the rib plate 6 is toppled over, the tool can effectively prevent the rib plate 6 from toppling over towards a non-structural surface, and gives certain reaction time to construction operators, so that the personal safety of the construction operators can be guaranteed to a certain extent.
After the assembly of the ribbed slab is finished, the tool can be detached and stored for use in the next operation.
In order to ensure the supporting strength, the steel pipe 2 needs to have a certain rigidity. The length, the pipe diameter and the wall thickness of the steel pipe 2 have certain size requirements and can be adjusted according to the size and the weight of an actual rib plate. In this embodiment, the length of the steel pipe 2 is 450mm, the outer diameter is 45mm, and the thickness of the pipe wall is 4 mm.
In order to ensure the connection strength, the steel pipe 2 and the bending plate 1 are connected in a welding mode. In other embodiments, the steel pipe 2 and the bent plate 1 may be connected by a screw connection or a plug connection.
In other alternatives, the steel tube 2 can be replaced by other structures, such as a steel rod or other elongated structure, which can have a certain length and rigidity and can give a certain supporting force when the rib plate falls down.
The steel pipe 2 may be replaced with other materials and have sufficient rigidity. The steel material has the advantages of low price and convenient processing.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the connection strength between the tooling and the T-shaped profile 5, the contact area between the first wall of the bending plate 1 and the upper surface of the T-shaped profile 5 is increased as much as possible, so that the projection of the threaded hole 101 on the plane where the first wall is located on the first wall.
The bending plate 1 preferably adopts steel materials, so that the bending plate is conveniently and fixedly connected with the steel pipe 2 in a welding mode, and enough rigidity can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first wall of the bent plate 1 has a length of 130mm and a width of 100mm when viewed from above; the length and width of the second wall of the bent plate 1 are both 100 mm. The spacing between the inside surfaces of the first and second walls is 40 mm; the thickness of each part of the bending plate 1 is basically consistent, and can be set to be 10 mm. Due to the arrangement of the size, after the rib plate is toppled, and the weight is transmitted to the steel pipe 2, a sufficient contact surface and force transmission can be realized between the bent plate 1 and the T-shaped material 5, a certain supporting force is provided for the rib plate, and the rib plate is prevented from continuously toppling or the toppling speed is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, two threaded holes 101 may be arranged side by side, so that the connection between the tooling and the T-shaped bar 5 is firmer.
For convenient mounting and dismounting, the bolt 3 can adopt fisheye threads. When the bolt is mounted or dismounted, the wrench rod is inserted into the eyelet of the bolt 3, so that force can be applied to rotate the bolt, and the use is simple and convenient. After the wrench rod is in place, the wrench rod can be pulled out, and the occupied space is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixture is further provided with a reinforcing plate 4, the reinforcing plate 4 is vertically disposed, and the side edges of the reinforcing plate 4 are respectively fixedly connected to the steel pipe 1 and the outer side surface of the first wall of the bending plate 1.
In order to improve the connection strength, the reinforcing plate 4 is made of steel, and the reinforcing plate 4 and the steel pipe 1 and the reinforcing plate 4 and the bending plate 1 are connected in a welding mode.
The reinforcing plate 4 is of a triangular structure as a whole, and the thickness of the reinforcing plate is about 10 mm. The length of the side of the reinforcing plate 4 connected to the steel pipe 1 is about 100 mm.
In order to further improve the connection strength, the connection part of the reinforcing plate 4 and the outer side surface of the first wall of the bent plate 1 extends to the outer side surface of the bent part until the connection part extends to the outer side surface of the second wall of the bent plate 1. The reinforcing plate 4 is integrally coated with the bending plate 1, so that the bending resistance of the tool can be greatly improved.
Through an on-site rib plate dumping test, the tool can effectively prevent the rib plate from dumping to a non-structural surface, can provide reaction time for workers and protect the personal safety of the workers; by correctly using the tool, the safety risk caused by the toppling of the rib plate in shipbuilding operation can be greatly reduced; and the tool has the advantages of light structure, easy assembly and storage and convenient field use.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
