The working principle is as follows: when smoke dust removal is needed, the booster pump 2 and the exhaust fan 3 are started simultaneously, smoke is sucked into the dust removal box 1 through the air inlet pipe 4 by the operation of the exhaust fan 3, the smoke is pressurized by the operation of the booster pump 2 while the smoke is continuously sucked, then water at the bottom of the dust removal box 1 is sprayed to the smoke through the spraying head 23 for dust removal, the dust mixed with the smoke is filtered out through the filter screen 18 after the dust is sprayed to the smoke, the dust carried by the sprayed water is introduced into the funnel-shaped plate 17 after the dust is removed from the smoke, the gathered flow flowing onto the rotating wheel 10 through the funnel-shaped plate 17 drives the rotating wheel 10 to rotate, the rotating wheel 10 drives the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 simultaneously drives the cam 12 and the first connecting rod 13 to rotate, the sliding plate 37 is continuously flapped by the rotation of the cam 12, the sliding plate 37 is driven to slide, the ejector rod 39 is driven by the sliding of the sliding plate 37 to slide, the filter screen 18 is continuously pushed to slide by the sliding of the push rod 39, the filter screen 18 vibrates under the action force of the push rod 39 and the first spring 19, so that dust adhered on the filter screen 18 flows onto the funnel-shaped plate 17 along with water flow, the funnel-shaped plate 17 flows onto the filter plate 8 for water seepage, the dust is left on the filter plate 8 under the filtration of the filter plate 8, the water in the dust stays on the filter plate 8, the water flows into the bottom of the dust removal box 1 for recycling, the rotation of the first connecting rod 13 drives the sliding rod 15 to slide up and down through the second connecting rod 14 while the filter screen 18 vibrates, the up-and-down movement of the sliding rod 15 drives the rack plate 31 to move up and down, the up-and-down movement of the rack plate 31 drives the back-and-forth rotation of the gear 32, the back-and-forth rotation of the gear 32 drives the rotating rod 21 to swing back-and-forth the hollow plate 22, the back-and-forth swing of the hollow plate 22 drives the sprinkler head 23 to swing back-and forth, the back and forth swing of the sprinkler head 23 enables water to be sprayed more uniformly, so that dust can be settled more thoroughly, the filtered and dusted flue gas is discharged through the smoke discharge pipe 26, in the process of passing through the smoke discharge pipe 26, the activated carbon ring 27 adsorbs dust remained in the flue gas, after dust is absorbed, the flue gas is discharged through the top of the smoke discharge pipe 26, the discharged flue gas blows the rotation of an impeller on the small wind driven generator 25, so as to generate electricity, the photovoltaic panel 28 also absorbs solar energy to generate electricity while the small wind driven generator 25 generates electricity, the electric energy generated by the small wind driven generator 25 and the photovoltaic panel 28 is stored in the storage battery 30 and is supplied to the booster pump 2 and the exhaust fan 3 for use, after the dust removal of the flue gas is finished, the work of the booster pump 2 and the exhaust fan 3 is closed, the sealing plate 33 slides upwards to open the sealing of the convection outlet 34, the dust slurry on the filter plate 8 flows into the collection box 9 through the outlet 34 to be collected, after the dust slurry on the filter plate 8 flows out, the outflow port 34 is sealed by the sealing plate 33, and after the sealing is finished, the dust slurry in the collecting box 9 is taken away for treatment.
