The threaded rod 614 is horizontal in axis, is disposed through the riser 613, and is rotatably connected thereto. The axis of the driven bevel gear 615 coincides with the axis of the threaded rod 614, the driven bevel gear 615 is fixed to the end of the threaded rod 614 near the axis of the housing 1, and the driven bevel gear 615 is engaged with the drive bevel gear 612. The motor 621 is fixed to the inner bottom wall of the case 1, the axis of the output shaft of the motor 621 coincides with the axis of the case 1, and the lower end of the central shaft 611 is fixed to the upper end of the output shaft of the motor 621. The axis of the driving gear 622 coincides with the axis of the central shaft 611, the height of the upper surface of the driving gear 622 is less than the height of the bottom surface of the filter plate 3, and the driving gear 622 is sleeved on the central shaft 611 and fixed with the central shaft 611. The connecting column 623 is of a cylindrical structure, the axis of the connecting column 623 is overlapped with the axis of the filter cartridge 4, and the upper end of the connecting column 623 is fixed with the bottom surface of the annular baffle 311. The axis of the driven gear 624 coincides with the axis of the connecting column 623, the upper surface of the driven gear 624 is fixed with the lower end of the connecting column 623, and the driven gear 624 is meshed with the driving gear 622.
Under the action of the adjustable fixing component 7, the driving bevel gear 612 and the central shaft 611 are fixed, when the filter cartridge 4 type dust removing device is used for a long time, a worker only needs to turn on the motor 621, the motor 621 drives the central shaft 611 and the filter cartridge 4 to rotate after working, so that the driving bevel gear 612 rotates, the driving bevel gear 612 drives the driven bevel gear 615 meshed with the driving bevel gear and the threaded rod 614 fixed with the driven bevel gear 615 to rotate, because the vertical part of the L-shaped plate 616 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 614, and the bottom surface of the vertical part of the L-shaped plate 616 is abutted against the upper surface of the filter plate 3, so that the L-shaped plate 616 can move towards one side close to the filter cartridge 4, the cleaning brush 617 moves synchronously with the L-shaped plate 616, until the bristles of the cleaning brush 617 are abutted against the outer wall of the filter cartridge 4, the worker needs to adjust the adjustable fixing component 7, so that the fixing action between the driving bevel gear 612 and the central shaft 611 disappears, when the central shaft 611 continues to rotate, the driving bevel gear 612, the driven bevel gear 615, the L-shaped plate body 616 and the cleaning brush 617 all remain stationary, and the filter cartridge 4 continues to rotate under the driving action of the motor 621, so that the bristles of the cleaning brush 617 brush the filter cartridge 4, and the air holes in the filter cartridge 4 are cleaned, which is beneficial to ensuring the normal filtering effect of the filter cartridge 4.
The use principle of the embodiment is as follows:
after the operation of the exhaust fan 55, the exhaust gas to be dedusted sequentially passes through the holes of the filter plate 3 and the air holes of the filter cylinder 4, so as to remove dust particles in the exhaust gas, the purified gas enters the annular tube 52 through the connecting tube 53 and is discharged from the air outlet of the exhaust fan 55 through the air pipe 56, the dust particles fall onto the filter plate 3 along the outer wall of the filter cylinder 4 under the action of gravity, and then the dust particles are discharged from the dust hopper 12 through the holes of the filter plate 3.
When the position of the cleaning brush 617 needs to be adjusted, a worker only needs to penetrate the screw 72 through the side wall of one side of the sleeve 71 and the upper end of the central shaft 611, and screw the screw 72 and the inner wall of the other side of the sleeve 71 to be in threaded connection, so that the sleeve 71 and the central shaft 611 are fixed, and thus the driving bevel gear 612 and the central shaft 611 are fixed, and the driving assembly 62 drives the central shaft 611 to rotate, so that the driving bevel gear 612 rotates, and the position of the cleaning brush 617 is adjusted. During the cleaning process of the filter cartridge 4, the position of the cleaning brush 617 needs to be kept, and the worker needs to unscrew the screw 72 to rotatably connect the sleeve 71 and the top cover 2, at this time, the sleeve 71 and the central shaft 611 rotate relatively, so that the position of the driving bevel gear 612 and the position of the cleaning brush 617 are kept unchanged, and the cleaning brush 617 cleans the sidewall of the filter cartridge 4.
