Description

Radial artery access hepatic artery perfusion chemotherapy external catheter collector
Technical Field
The invention relates to an extracorporeal catheter collector for perfusion and chemotherapy of hepatic artery of radial artery access, belonging to the technical field of medical instruments.
Background
Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy (HAIC) is an important method for treating middle and late stage liver cancer by placing a catheter in the blood supply artery of liver cancer through an interventional surgical procedure, then indwelling the catheter in the patient, and administering a continuous perfusion of chemotherapeutic drugs through the catheter exposed outside the patient. HAIC can enter the way through the radial artery or through the femoral artery, and compared with the femoral artery entering way which needs to be continuously bedridden for 24-46 hours, the radial artery entering way is increasingly selected by clinicians and patients due to the convenience brought by the free movement of the patients and the improvement of comfort. At present, the external part of a radial artery access HAIC indwelling catheter is fixed mainly by adopting a method of manually bending the catheter and then adhering a sterile operation film to the forearm of a patient. The method has the following hidden troubles: on one hand, if the catheter is twisted and bent in the process of chemotherapy drug infusion, the situation that the drug can not be smoothly fed occurs, and due to the viscosity between the operation film and the catheter, a clinician is difficult to completely peel the catheter out to adjust the position or the direction of the catheter, and particularly when a micro-catheter is applied in the operation, the peel is more difficult when the in-vitro indwelling part is extremely long; on the other hand, misoperation is easy to occur in the pasting process, so that the medicine cannot be smoothly fed when the catheter is bent and damaged. In addition, the patient may pull the catheter out due to improper arm force. Either of these situations can only be addressed by repositioning the HAIC catheter, resulting in excessive exposure of both the patient and the patient to X-rays and a significant increase in the cost of the patient's surgery. Therefore, there is a need in the art for an extracorporeal catheter collector that can collect, aseptically protect, immobilize the extracorporeal portion of a radial artery approach HAIC indwelling catheter, and at the same time, adjust the direction and position of the catheter as needed to facilitate the perfusion of chemotherapy drugs, and is easy to detach after the completion of perfusion therapy.
