The integrated rolling brush for a cleaning device of the embodiment of the invention cleans the garbage on the ground, such as dust, hair, etc., by rotating. Referring to fig. 1, the roll brush includes a main brush body 100, a main shaft 210 and an end cover 220, a plurality of blades 110 for cleaning are integrally formed on the outer surface of the main brush body 100, the blades 110 are arranged around the axis of the main brush body 100, a plurality of bristles 111 and/or a plurality of protrusions 112 are integrally formed on the surface of the blades 110, and a through hole 115 penetrating along the axial direction of the main brush body 100 is formed inside the blade 110; the main shaft 210 is inserted into the through hole 115; the caps 220 are detachably mounted to both ends of the main shaft 210.
In the actual use process, the rolling brush rotates, the blades 110 on the rolling brush are in contact with garbage and sweep the garbage, wherein in the process of sweeping the garbage, the bristles 111 are in direct contact with the garbage on the ground, the garbage is swept by the blades 110 while the main brush body 100 rotates, finally the garbage is sucked away by the sweeping robot, or the bristles 111 generate static electricity through friction between the bristles 111 and the ground, the bristles 111 generating the static electricity can adsorb the garbage with light weight, such as short hair and the like, but with a certain length, the short hair is adhered among the bristles 111, and finally the short hair is sucked away by the sweeping robot. The protruding points 112 are used for cleaning the slender garbage such as hair, and the arrangement of the protruding points 112 can lead the slender garbage such as hair to generate a guiding effect in the process of moving along the surfaces of the blades 110 in the cleaning process, specifically, the main brush body 100 rotates to drive the plurality of blades 110 to alternately contact with the ground and sweep up the garbage, and when the slender garbage such as hair is swept, the garbage can contact with the protruding points 112 in the moving process and block the garbage, so that the garbage is prevented from falling out of the blades 110 and falling onto the ground again.
In the embodiment, the main brush body 100 and the blades 110 are integrally formed, so that a plurality of different molds are not required to be involved in the production process for producing a plurality of parts, the cost is saved, the assembly is not required after the production, and the overall production efficiency is greatly improved.
Furthermore, in some embodiments, the protrusions 112 are formed on all of the blades 110, in other embodiments, the bristles 111 are formed on all of the blades 110, in still other embodiments, the protrusions 112 are formed on a part of the blades 110, and the bristles 111 are formed on a part of the blades 110, and in addition, the protrusions 112 and the bristles 111 can be formed on the same blade 110.
It should be noted that the detachable mounting of the main shaft 210 and the end cap 220 greatly reduces the time required for machining during the production and assembly processes, and greatly improves the overall production efficiency.
In addition, the whole sweeping robot is correspondingly provided with a driving mechanism for driving rotation, the driving mechanism is directly connected with the end cover 220, so that the end cover 220 drives the whole main shaft 210 to rotate, the rolling brush is driven to rotate and the garbage on the ground is swept, in daily use, if the structural fault of a connecting structure between the driving mechanism and the rolling brush occurs, the rolling brush is directly detached from the sweeping robot, the end covers 220 arranged at the two ends of the main shaft 210 are detached and replaced, and the rolling brush can be installed on the sweeping robot again to perform normal work.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned driving mechanism is generally driven by a motor, and the rest of the driving mechanisms for providing driving force should also be regarded as the driving mechanisms mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention.
The main brush body 100 produced integrally, the main shaft 210 and the end cover 220 which are detachably assembled can greatly reduce the time consumption of the whole rolling brush in the production process, thereby greatly improving the overall production efficiency.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the blades 110 extend spirally from one end of the main brush body 100 to the other end of the main brush body 100. During the cleaning process, the garbage contacts the blades 110 first, and is carried by the blades 110 to rotate, and during the rotation of the main brush body 100, the spiral blades 110 can guide the garbage to slide along the blades 110 to the two ends of the main brush body 100, specifically, to the two ends of the blades 110, so that the rolling brush can guide the slender garbage such as hair to the two ends of the main brush body 100 for collection and treatment.
However, as can be seen from the above description, the provision of the protruding points 112 on the blades 110 can generate a guiding effect in the process of allowing long and thin garbage such as hair to run along the surface of the blades 110, thereby improving the garbage collecting and cleaning effect.
In order to further enhance the effect of cleaning the slender garbage such as hair, referring to fig. 3, it can be understood that a plurality of protrusions 112 are provided on the surface of the blade 110, and the plurality of protrusions 112 on the same side surface are aligned in the extending direction of the blade 110.
The bristles 111 rub against the ground to generate static electricity, and the static electricity generating bristles 111 can adsorb light garbage with certain length such as short hair, so that the short hair is adhered among the bristles 111 and finally sucked away by the sweeping robot. The protrusions 112 are used for cleaning long and thin garbage such as hair.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the bristles 111 and the protruding points 112 for improving the cleaning effect are already included in the whole main brush body 100 which is integrally formed, and are formed by one-step processing through injection molding or other processes in the production process through one mold.
It is to be noted that, referring to fig. 4, the blade 110 includes a first blade 110A and a second blade 110B, the first blade 110A is provided with bristles 111, and the second blade 110B is provided with bumps 112. The main brush body 100 is provided with a plurality of blades 110, each blade 110 cleans different types of garbage, and the cleaning effect can be improved, for this reason, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first blade 110A cleans short hairs during the cleaning process, and the second blade 110B is matched with the spiral blade 110 to better clean common garbage and long and thin type garbage.
Further, clearance grooves 116 are provided between both ends of the main brush body 100 and the main shaft 210, and specifically, the clearance grooves 116 are provided at both ends of the main brush body 100. Referring to fig. 1, when long and thin garbage such as hair is moved to both ends of the main brush body 100 along the blades 110 of the main brush body 100, a part of the garbage is sucked away, the rest of the garbage is stored in the empty-keeping groove 116, after the cleaning is completed, a user can pour out the garbage in the empty-keeping groove 116 and perform centralized processing, the garbage which is not cleaned in time is stored by arranging the empty-keeping groove 116, the garbage is prevented from falling onto the ground again, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the main shaft 210 is sleeved with a sleeve 117, the main brush body 100 is sleeved outside the sleeve 117, and an axial length of the sleeve 117 is shorter than an axial length of the main brush body 100, so as to construct the clearance groove 116 at two ends of the main brush body 100.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned embodiment, referring to fig. 4, in the cross section of the main brush body 100, the length of the first blade 110A is smaller than that of the second blade 110B, and the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B are arranged at intervals. The first blade 110A and the second blade 110B have different lengths, so that the contact degree between the first blade 110A and the ground is different from the contact degree between the second blade 110B and the ground during the rotation of the main brush body 100, thereby reducing the noise generated during the use of the whole main brush body 100 and improving the use feeling of a user.
Specifically, while long and thin garbage such as hair is in contact with the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B and is rotated by the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B, the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B have a length difference during the rotation of the main brush body 100, so that the contact amplitude between the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B and the ground is not uniform, and the noise generated by the ground contact is not uniform, and specifically, the noise generated by the contact between the first blade 110A and the ground is small, and the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B having different lengths are provided on the surface of the main brush body 100, so that the noise generated when the roller brush cleans the ground is reduced, and the feeling of use of the user is improved.
In addition, the main brush 100 also vibrates the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B during the rotation, and the noise caused by the vibration of the shorter first blade 110A is smaller than that of the longer second blade 110B.
In contrast, the second blade 110B has a better cleaning effect than the first blade 110A, and if the shorter blade 110 is used to reduce noise, the cleaning effect is sacrificed, so that the rolling brush according to the embodiment of the present invention can reduce noise caused by the rolling brush during rotation while ensuring the cleaning effect on the ground by the two types of blades 110 having different lengths on the surface of the main brush body 100.
Further, the adjacent first blade 110A and second blade 110B are equidistant. The first blades 110A and the second blades 110B are arranged at intervals, the arrangement distance is equal, the arrangement mode with equal distance enables the whole rolling brush to tend to be stable in the rotating process, the whole sweeping robot works smoothly, and the sweeping effect is improved.
In addition, the stable working state can reduce the running vibration of the whole sweeping robot to the minimum, thereby effectively reducing the noise generated by the sweeping robot in the actual work.
In the above embodiment, in order to improve the cleaning ability of the first blade 110A having a short length, the brush bristles 111 are disposed on one surface of the first blade 110A, and the cleaning ability of the first blade 110A on the ground is improved by the contact between the brush bristles 111 and the ground, but the first blade 110A has a short length and a weak structural strength, so that the reinforcing rib 113 is disposed on the other surface of the first blade 110A, and referring to fig. 2, the reinforcing rib 113 is disposed between the first blade 110A and the main brush body 100, thereby providing a supporting effect to the first blade 110A, enhancing the strength of the first blade 110A, and preventing the first blade 110A from being damaged during long-term use.
In addition, as can be seen from the above, the first blade 110A collides with the ground while rotating with the main brush body 100, and the first blade 110A has a shorter length and is more easily damaged than the second blade 110B in a long-term use, and therefore, the thickness of the first blade 110A is greater than that of the second blade 110B. The thickness of the first blade 110A is increased, so that the strength of the first blade 110A can be improved, and the first blade 110A is prevented from being damaged in practical use.
Specifically, the thickness of the first blade 110A may be 2 times the thickness of the second blade 110B. This embodiment is only one example of the roll brush of the present invention, and the remaining examples in which the first blade 110A has a thickness greater than that of the second blade 110B should be considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the blade 110 has a cleaning surface 114 for cleaning, the blade 110 is inclined toward a side away from the cleaning surface 114 in a cross section of the main brush body 100, and the bristles 111 and the protrusions 112 are disposed on the cleaning surface 114. Specifically, during the cleaning process, referring to fig. 4, the main brush body 100 rotates along direction B along with the rotation of the main brush body 100, wherein one surface of the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B directly contacts with the ground, and it can be understood that the surface directly contacting with the ground is a cleaning surface 114 for cleaning by the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B, wherein the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B are disposed obliquely toward a side away from the cleaning surface 114 in the cross section of the main brush body 100.
The rolling brush rotates in the opposite direction of the inclination direction of the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B, and the cleaning surface 114 directly contacts with the ground during the rotation and carries up the garbage on the ground, wherein fine garbage such as dust is sucked into the cleaning robot during the rolling process of the main brush body 100, and slender garbage such as hair has a part of the remaining garbage which is not sucked away, and the garbage can move along the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B to the two ends of the first blade 110A and the second blade 110B, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the garbage can move to the two ends of the rolling brush and be intensively treated.
It should be noted that the inclined blades 110 can better contact the cleaning surface 114 with the ground during the rotation of the main brush body 100, and can clean the dust, hair and other garbage, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a plurality of bristles 111 are arranged in the extending direction of the first blade 110A; the plurality of bumps 112 are arranged along the extending direction of the second blade 110B. The bristles 111 and the protruding points 112 are regularly arranged on the blade 110, so that each area of the blade 110 can effectively clean the ground, and the cleaning efficiency of the whole rolling brush can be effectively improved.
In a further modification of the above embodiment, a gap is provided between the end cap 220 and the end faces of both ends of the main brush body 100. A gap is left between the end cap 220 and the main brush body 100, which can provide a space for garbage to enter the clearance groove 116, specifically, when the garbage moves on the blades 110 to the two ends of the main brush body 100 along the extending direction of the blades 110, part of the garbage which is not sucked flows into the clearance groove 116 for storage through the gap under the action of suction force, which is convenient for centralized treatment of part of the garbage after cleaning.
Specifically, the gap means that the end cap 300 does not abut against the end of the main brush body 100 after the end cap 300 is assembled to the roll brush, but a certain distance exists between the end cap 300 and the end of the main brush body 100, and a space formed by the distance is the gap.
In the above embodiment, the gap between the end cap 220 and the main brush body 100 can also prevent the garbage stored in the empty avoiding groove 116 from falling to the ground again, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
It should be mentioned that, referring to fig. 7, the end cover 220 includes a cylinder 221 and a connecting shaft 222, the cylinder 221 is provided with an installation groove 2211, and referring to fig. 6, the main shaft 210 is inserted into the installation groove 2211; referring to fig. 7, the connecting shaft 222 is inserted into the cylinder 221 along the axial direction of the cylinder 221, one end of the connecting shaft 222 extends out of the cylinder 221, and the other end is located in the mounting groove 2211; referring to fig. 6, an insertion groove 211 is formed at an end of the main shaft 210, and the connection shaft 222 is inserted into the insertion groove 211.
The end cover 220 is directly sleeved on the main shaft 210 to realize installation with the main shaft 210, the installation groove 2211 of the end cover 220 is matched with the main shaft 210, positions of the end cover 220 and the main shaft 210 can be mutually restricted, relative positions of the end cover 220 and the main shaft 210 in the radial direction are not changed, after the two end covers 220 are respectively installed at two ends of the main shaft 210, the whole rolling brush is installed in the whole structure of the sweeping robot and is connected with a driving mechanism, so that torque is output through the driving mechanism, the main shaft 210 is driven to rotate, the main brush body 100 installed on the main shaft 210 is further driven to rotate, and garbage on the ground is cleaned through the main brush body 100.
In the installation process, the cylinder 221 of the end cover 220 is used for being installed and connected with the whole main shaft 210, one end of the connecting shaft 222 inserted into the cylinder 221 is connected to the main shaft 210, and the other end of the connecting shaft is connected to the driving mechanism of the sweeping robot. In the actual use process, the torque is output through the driving mechanism, and then the power is transmitted to the main shaft 210 through the connecting shaft 222, so as to drive the main brush body 100 installed on the main shaft 210 to rotate, and the garbage on the ground is cleaned through the main brush body 100.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the roll brush of the embodiment of the present invention, the outer surface of the end of the main shaft 210 is provided with a catching groove 212, the inner surface of the mounting groove 2211 is provided with a protrusion 2212, and the protrusion 2212 and the catching groove 212 cooperate to restrict the relative positions of the end cover 220 and the main shaft 210 in the radial direction. The joint groove 212 and the cooperation between the protrusion 2212 can ensure that the end cover 220 and the main shaft 210 can not rotate relatively, when power is transmitted to the main shaft 210 through the rotating shaft, the whole rolling brush can rotate without structural slipping, the smooth running of the whole rotating process is ensured, and the cleaning effect of the whole rolling brush on the ground is ensured.
In addition, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the clamping groove 212 extends from the end surface of the main shaft 210 to the center of the main shaft 210 and is disposed on the outer surface of the main shaft 210, so that the end cap 220 can be initially restrained and positioned during assembly, which facilitates the user to mount the main shaft 210 and the end cap 220, and improves the assembly efficiency.
Further, in order to make the assembled structure more stable and to improve the stability of the whole roll brush operation, referring to fig. 6, the catching groove 212 on the main shaft 210 is spirally extended on the outer surface of the end of the main shaft 210. Correspondingly, the protrusion 2212 can be in a shape matched with the clamping groove 212, or can be in a shape with an arc surface and capable of sliding in the clamping groove 212 to form a spiral clamping groove 212 with a certain radian, and after assembly, the stability of a clamping structure between the protrusion 2212 and the clamping groove 212 can be improved, so that the structural stability and the motion stability of the whole rolling brush are improved in a rotating process.
