placing the stabilizing layer 4 between the outer cloth layer 2 and the inner cloth layer 3, placing the stabilizing layer 4 into a die for high-temperature hot pressing treatment, and then punching the stabilizing layer 4, wherein in the punching treatment process, the stabilizing layer 4 needs to be positioned, and then the whole cloth piece is punched, so that the planar bra main body 1 is finally obtained;
and 5, cup treatment is carried out on the shape of the plane bra main body 1, so that the three-dimensional bra main body 1 is obtained.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the embodiment can eliminate the fine processing and cutting steps of the outer cloth layer 2 and the inner cloth layer 3 at the beginning, only the large cloth and the small cloth of the bra main body 1 are needed to be cut out, and in the subsequent steps, the outer cloth layer 2 and the inner cloth layer 3 are directly cut out at one time by adopting the existing mature stamping technology, so that the method is quite convenient.

Claims (5)
1. The manufacturing process of the hot-press forming underwear comprises a bra main body, wherein the bra main body comprises an outer cloth layer, an inner cloth layer and a stabilizing layer, and the stabilizing layer is positioned between the outer cloth layer and the inner cloth layer, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, cutting an outer cloth layer and an inner cloth layer to a set plane shape;
step 2, hot melt adhesive films are applied to the upper end face and the lower end face of the stabilizing layer;
step 3, after the stable layer is subjected to stamping treatment, the outline shape of the bra main body is obtained, and filling grooves are also stamped in the outline shape of the bra main body;
placing the stabilizing layer between the outer cloth layer and the inner cloth layer, filling elastic pieces in the filling grooves, placing the stabilizing layer into a mold, and performing high-temperature hot pressing treatment to obtain a planar bra main body shape, wherein after hot pressing molding, the surface of the bra main body is formed into protruding pieces by the elastic pieces;
the filling grooves comprise lateral bone grooves, specific vertical grooves and specific horizontal grooves;
the protrusion piece comprises a lateral bone protrusion, a specific vertical protrusion and a specific horizontal protrusion;
and 5, cup treatment is carried out on the shape of the plane bra main body, so that the three-dimensional bra main body is obtained.
2. The process for manufacturing a hot press formed undergarment according to claim 1, wherein: step 1, cutting the outer cloth layer and the inner cloth layer to the plane shape of the bra main body.
3. The process for manufacturing a hot press formed undergarment according to claim 1, wherein: and 4, the elastic piece comprises a natural latex strip, a rubber strip or a plastic strip, and the stabilizing layer is a spandex layer.
4. The process for manufacturing a hot press formed undergarment according to claim 1, wherein: and 1, cutting the outer cloth layer and the inner cloth layer to the cloth of the size of the plane bra main body.
5. The process for manufacturing a hot press formed undergarment according to claim 4, wherein: and 4, placing the stabilizing layer between the outer cloth layer and the inner cloth layer, placing the stabilizing layer into a die, performing high-temperature hot pressing treatment, and then performing punching treatment on the stabilizing layer to obtain the plane shape of the bra main body.
