The connection terminal of the consumable chip side may include a VCC terminal for receiving power supplied from the image forming apparatus when the consumable is mounted to the image forming apparatus, a GND terminal, and a communication terminal (IO port terminal); the GND terminal is for connecting with a GND pin on the image forming apparatus side when the consumable part is mounted on the image forming apparatus so as to be grounded; the communication terminal is used for being connected with a communication pin at the side of the image forming device when the consumable is installed on the image forming device, so that communication between the image forming device and the consumable chip is realized, and communication address information of a wireless communication module inside the chip MCU can be transmitted to the consumable chip in a single bus protocol mode before the image forming device communicates with the chip MCU.
As shown in fig. 5, the bluetooth/Zigbee module of the second consumable chip self-powered image forming apparatus and the MCU chip of the consumable chip adopt a line connection mode.
The battery is arranged on the substrate of the consumable chip and is used for providing power for the chip MCU of the consumable chip, and the consumable chip side can be only provided with a communication terminal and is used for being connected with a communication pin on the image forming device side when the consumable is installed on the image forming device, so that communication between the consumable chip and the image forming device is realized.
When the consumable is mounted on the image forming apparatus, the consumable chip is directly connected with the housing of the image forming apparatus, thereby realizing the grounding of the consumable chip.
As shown in fig. 6, the third image forming apparatus and the consumable chip are connected by two wires.
The consumable chip side is provided with a VCC terminal and a communication terminal, wherein the VCC terminal is used for receiving power supplied by the image forming device when the consumable is installed on the image forming device; the communication terminal is used for being connected with a communication pin on the side of the image forming device when the consumable part is installed on the image forming device, so that communication between the image forming device and the consumable part chip is realized.
When the consumable is mounted on the image forming apparatus, the consumable chip is directly connected with the housing of the image forming apparatus, thereby realizing the grounding of the consumable chip.
As shown in fig. 7, the fourth image forming apparatus is connected to the consumable chip by two wires, and the power supply of the consumable chip is stolen from the communication wire between the image forming apparatus and the consumable chip.
The consumable chip side is provided with a communication terminal and a GND terminal and a power supply circuit, wherein the power supply circuit comprises a diode and a capacitor and is used for acquiring stable direct-current voltage from the image forming device side when the consumable chip is mounted on the image forming device, so that power supply is provided for the consumable chip. The GND terminal is for connecting with a GND pin on the image forming apparatus side when the consumable part is mounted on the image forming apparatus so as to be grounded; the communication terminal is used for being connected with a communication pin on the side of the image forming device when the consumable is installed on the image forming device, so that communication between the image forming device and the consumable chip is realized; wherein the power supply circuit is specifically configured to extract electric power from an electric signal received from a communication terminal on the consumable chip side when the consumable is mounted on the image forming apparatus, thereby supplying power to the consumable chip.
This approach requires that the amount of continuous low level transmission between the bluetooth/Zigbee module of the image forming apparatus and the chip MCU of the consumable chip cannot exceed a certain limit, and that the time to maintain the high level is greater than a certain limit for a certain time, and the specific time requirement is determined by the capacitance on the control board of the chip MCU and the operating voltage range of the chip MCU.

In S102, after the consumable chip receives the preset address information sent by the image forming apparatus, the consumable chip sets the communication address information of the wireless communication module set in the consumable chip based on the received preset address information, where the communication address information may be the preset address information, or may be other address information determined according to the preset address information and different from the preset address information, and is not limited herein.

Through the communication method of this embodiment 1, the image forming apparatus and the consumable chip establish communication in a wired transmission manner, so that the consumable chip can be guaranteed to correctly receive the preset address information of the image forming apparatus mounted with the consumable chip, and the consumable chip and the image forming apparatus perform address matching fast and accurately, so that the consumable chip mounted on the image forming apparatus is in wireless communication connection with the image forming apparatus, and the image forming apparatus cannot erroneously detect a non-local consumable chip, thereby avoiding abnormality of data transmission.

based on the preset address information, the consumable chip sets communication address information of the wireless communication module;
based on the wireless communication module, the consumable chip sends multicast information comprising the communication address information;
based on the multicast information, the image forming device judges whether the communication address information accords with the expectation, and if so, wireless communication connection is established with the consumable chip based on the communication address information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the image forming apparatus establishes a wireless communication connection with the consumable chip, the image forming apparatus transmits a data read-write instruction to the consumable chip based on the wireless communication connection.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the consumable chip further includes, before receiving preset address information transmitted by the image forming apparatus, based on connection of the connection terminal of the consumable chip side and the connection pin of the image forming apparatus side: and generating the preset address information based on the preset random number according to a preset rule.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the establishing a wireless communication connection with the consumable chip based on the communication address information, further comprising:
based on the connection of the connection terminal on the consumable chip side and the connection pin on the image forming apparatus side, a timing handshake communication is performed between the image forming apparatus and the consumable chip.

The method according to claim 4, wherein when the wireless communication connection cannot be performed normally, the image forming apparatus judges whether the handshake communication is in a normal state, and if the handshake communication is in a normal state, determines that an abnormality has occurred in the wireless communication module and/or the wireless communication module on the image forming apparatus side, and controls the wireless communication module and/or the wireless communication module on the image forming apparatus side to restart;
If the handshake communication is in an abnormal state, determining that the consumable chip is abnormal, and prompting a user.

and the chip control unit is used for receiving preset address information sent by the image forming device when the connecting terminal is connected with the connecting pin, setting communication address information of the wireless communication module based on the preset address information, and sending multicast information containing the communication address information, wherein the communication address information is specifically used for judging whether to establish wireless communication connection with the consumable chip.
7. The consumable chip of claim 6, further comprising a power terminal and/or a ground terminal;
the power supply terminal for connecting to a power supply pin on the image forming apparatus side when the consumable is mounted to the image forming apparatus;
