Abstract
A BWP configuration information determination method and device, storage medium and terminal for MBMS service, the method includes: receiving incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP; determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information. The invention can realize BWP configuration for MBMS service with smaller signaling overhead, and UE in idle state and inactive state can receive related configuration information more conveniently.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for determining BWP configuration information for an MBMS service, a storage medium, and a terminal.
Background
The New Radio (NR) Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (MBMS) technology standard of the third Generation Partnership Project (3 GPP) has been listed as a discussion target of Release 17 (R17).
According to the existing protocol, the MBMS service needs to be sent by scanning beams, i.e. the actual MBMS resource can only be 1/N (N is the number of beams) in the time domain. In view of the great development of the MBMS service, it is expected that a Part of Bandwidth (BWP) provided for the MBMS service may be relatively wide in a frequency domain.
The prior art does not have a BWP configuration scheme suitable for the MBMS service, which results in that a User Equipment (UE) and a base station cannot use the MBMS service with a reasonable signaling overhead and a convenient manner.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem solved by the present invention is how to perform BWP configuration for MBMS services with as little signaling overhead as possible.
To solve the foregoing technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining BWP configuration information for an MBMS service, including: receiving incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP; determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
Optionally, the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of the configuration information of the initial BWP, and is obtained by: the incremental configuration information configures the unconfigured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP, and/or expands the configured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP.
Optionally, the expanding configured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP includes: determining a frequency domain increment, wherein the frequency domain increment is used for indicating a part of the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS service exceeding the frequency domain of the initial BWP.
Optionally, the frequency domain increment is proportional to a data amount of the MBMS service.
Optionally, the configuring the unconfigured parameter in the configuration information for the initial BWP includes: and determining time-frequency resources and search spaces of downlink control channels which need to be monitored and are associated with the MBMS.
Optionally, the determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information includes: and splicing the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information to obtain the BWP configuration information for the MBMS.
Optionally, the increment configuration information includes a frequency domain increment, and a time-frequency resource and a search space of a downlink control channel to be monitored, which are associated with the MBMS service; the splicing the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information to obtain the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service includes: extending the coverage of the frequency domain according to the frequency domain increment by taking the frequency domain of the initial BWP as a reference to obtain the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS; acquiring time-frequency resources and a search space of the downlink control channel to be monitored, which are configured in the configuration information of the initial BWP; and acquiring time-frequency resources and search spaces of downlink control channels which need to be monitored and are associated with the MBMS service and configured in the incremental configuration information.
Optionally, the method further includes: switching to the BWP for the MBMS service according to the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service; monitoring a downlink control channel on the BWP for the MBMS, wherein a time-frequency resource for monitoring the downlink control channel is determined based on configuration information of an initial BWP; and receiving the data of the MBMS on the BWP for the MBMS.
To solve the foregoing technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for determining BWP configuration information for an MBMS service, including: a receiving module, configured to receive incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP; a determining module, configured to determine the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
To solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program executes the steps of the above method when being executed by a processor.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, including a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program capable of running on the processor, and the processor executes the steps of the method when running the computer program.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining BWP configuration information of an MBMS service, which comprises the following steps: receiving incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP; determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the BWP configuration for the MBMS can be realized by smaller signaling overhead, and the UE in an idle state and an inactive state can receive the relevant configuration information more conveniently. Specifically, the BWP for the MBMS service is configured in an incremental manner based on the initial BWP, and accordingly, the UE implementing the solution of the present embodiment may combine the configuration information of the initial BWP to obtain the complete BWP configuration information for the MBMS service after receiving the incremental configuration information. Thereby, BWP configuration for MBMS services can be achieved with less signaling overhead. Further, on the BWP for the MBMS service obtained based on the initial BWP incremental configuration, the UE can normally perform the service in the idle state or the inactive state. For example, paging or system messages may be received on BWP for MBMS services.

Detailed Description
As background art shows, the prior art has not discussed the BWP configuration for MBMS services.
On the other hand, IDLE (IDLE) and INACTIVE (INACTIVE) UEs may listen to a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on an initial (initial) BWP to receive paging or System Information (SI).
When the idle UE needs to receive the MBMS service, it may be configured with a BWP with a larger bandwidth by the MBMS control message or the system message, and monitor the PDCCH on the BWP for the MBMS service to receive paging, system messages, or the MBMS service.
The prior art has not yet made clear the BWP configuration method for MBMS service, and the current mainstream solution includes:
1) when the MBMS service in which the UE is interested is not provided by the initial BWP, the UE switches to a connected state to acquire the MBMS service. The disadvantage of this solution is that the UE has to enter the connected state.
2) The initial BWP provides a portion of the MBMS service and another independent BWP for the MBMS service provides the rest of the MBMS service. The drawback of this solution is that the base station needs to repeatedly configure a control-resource set (CORESET) and a Search Space (SS for paging/system information/random access response) for paging, system messages or random access responses. If the BWP frequency domain for the MBMS service does not include the initial BWP or the Subcarrier Spacing (SCS) of the two BWPs is different, the BWP for the MBMS service needs to provide an additional set of control resources and a search space for paging, system messages, and random access response, and the base station needs to transmit paging or system messages on both BWPs.
It can be seen that the existing BWP configuration methods for MBMS service all have different defects, which results in that UE and base station cannot use MBMS service with more reasonable signaling overhead and more convenient method.
To solve the foregoing technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining BWP configuration information for an MBMS service, including: receiving incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP; determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the BWP configuration for the MBMS can be realized by smaller signaling overhead, and the UE in an idle state and an inactive state can receive the relevant configuration information more conveniently. Specifically, the BWP for the MBMS service is configured in an incremental manner based on the initial BWP, and accordingly, the UE implementing the solution of the present embodiment may combine the configuration information of the initial BWP to obtain the complete BWP configuration information for the MBMS service after receiving the incremental configuration information. Thereby, BWP configuration for MBMS services can be achieved with less signaling overhead. Further, on the BWP for the MBMS service obtained based on the initial BWP incremental configuration, the UE can normally perform the service in the idle state or the inactive state. For example, paging or system messages may be received on BWP for MBMS services.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a BWP configuration information determining method for an MBMS service according to an embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment may be performed by the user equipment side, such as by a UE on the user equipment side. Among them, the UE implementing the present embodiment may have a requirement for using the MBMS service, such as an interest in the MBMS service of a certain channel.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method for determining BWP configuration information for an MBMS service according to this embodiment may include the following steps:
step S101, receiving incremental configuration information based on MBMS control message or system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of initial BWP;
step S102, determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
In a specific implementation, in the step S101, the MBMS Control Channel (MBMS Control Channel, abbreviated as MCCH) may be received according to system message configuration to obtain the BWP provided by the cell for the MBMS service.
For example, the cell maintained by the base station may carry 20 MBMS service data numbered 1-20 on the BWP for the MBMS service. Each MBMS service may be understood as a channel, and each channel provides a different program.
In this embodiment, the UE may receive the MCCH without entering a connected state to acquire the incremental configuration information.
In one implementation, the incremental configuration information may be configured by the base station in advance on the basis of the configuration information of the initial BWP and sent to the UE.
In one implementation, the incremental configuration information configured on the basis of the configuration information of the initial BWP may refer to: the incremental configuration information is configured for the unconfigured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP.
That is, BWP for the MBMS service is configured in an incremental manner based on the initial BWP. Specifically, the base station no longer provides the information already provided by the initial BWP, but only needs to indicate the configuration that the initial BWP does not have to the UE by means of incremental configuration information.
For example, the incremental configuration information does not configure the control resource set and the search space for paging, system messages and random access responses, and accordingly, the UE listens along the control resource set configured in the initial BWP and the search space for paging, system messages and random access responses, so that the UE in the idle/inactive state can also listen to the PDCCH on the BWP for the MBMS service to collect paging or system messages.
For another example, the incremental configuration information does not additionally configure the SCS, and accordingly, the UE follows the SCS of the initial BWP. Therefore, the base station does not need to consume extra resources beyond the initial BWP for paging and system messages when configuring the BWP for the MBMS service, and the UE in the idle state or the inactive state can also monitor the PDCCH on the BWP for the MBMS service to collect paging or system messages.
In one implementation, the initial BWP may be sent to the UE in a broadcast manner, and one cell corresponds to one initial BWP.
In one implementation, the incremental configuration information configured on the basis of the configuration information of the initial BWP may refer to: the incremental configuration information extends the configured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP.
For example, some ranges are appropriately expanded as configuration parameters of BWP for MBMS service based on the values defined by the parameters already configured by the initial BWP.
In one embodiment, the expanding the configured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP may include the steps of: determining a frequency domain increment, wherein the frequency domain increment is used for indicating a part of the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS service exceeding the frequency domain of the initial BWP.
Specifically, a frequency bandwidth (frequency bandwidth) may be configured based on the initial BWP increment, and a physical resource number may be configured based on the initial BWP increment.
Further, the frequency domain increment may be positively correlated with the data amount of the MBMS service. For example, the base station may determine a specific value of the frequency domain increment according to the data amount of the MBMS service.
In one implementation, the MBMS service may be shared over an initial BWP and a BWP for the MBMS service, and the MBMS control message indicates specific information of the BWP for the MBMS service.
In one implementation, the configuring the unconfigured parameter in the configuration information for the initial BWP may include the steps of: and determining time-frequency resources and search spaces of downlink control channels which need to be monitored and are associated with the MBMS.
In particular, a control resource set and a search space (CORESET & SS for MBMS) for an MBMS service may be incrementally configured based on an initial BWP. The time-frequency resource of the PDCCH that the idle/inactive UE needs to monitor may follow the related configuration of the initial BWP.
In one implementation, BWP for MBMS service may be used to transmit MBMS service that is not under-run on the initial BWP.
In one implementation, the step S102 may include the steps of: and splicing the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information to obtain the BWP configuration information for the MBMS.
Specifically, the increment configuration information includes a frequency domain increment, and a time-frequency resource and a search space of a downlink control channel to be monitored, which are associated with the MBMS service. In response to receiving the incremental configuration information, the UE may combine the content in the incremental configuration information with the configuration information of the initial BWP to obtain the complete BWP configuration information for the MBMS service.
In a specific implementation, the frequency domain coverage of the BWP for the MBMS service may be extended according to frequency domain increments by using the frequency domain of the initial BWP as a reference to obtain the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS service. Wherein, the frequency domain may refer to a frequency domain range.
For example, the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS service may be increased by 20MHz upward based on the frequency domain of the initial BWP. If the SCS is not configured in the incremental configuration information, the UE continues to use the SCS of the initial BWP. The Physical Resource number is increased based on the initial BWP, such as the Physical Resource Block (PRB) number is increased from the maximum PRB number of the initial BWP.
Thereby, it can be ensured that the BWP for the MBMS service covers the initial BWP, so that the idle or inactive UEs perform cell measurement, receive paging and system messages.
Further, the time-frequency resource and the search space of the downlink control channel to be monitored, which are associated with the MBMS service and configured in the incremental configuration information, may be monitored and data may be received.
For example, the incremental configuration information may be configured with a control resource set and a search space for the MBMS service, and based on the configuration information, the time-frequency resource of the downlink control channel that needs to be monitored during blind search may be determined. The UE may receive Downlink Control Information (DCI for short) in the Control resource set and the search space configured in the incremental configuration Information to determine a time-frequency resource for carrying data of the MBMS service.
Further, the time-frequency resource of the downlink control channel monitored in the idle state in the configuration information of the initial BWP may be acquired.
For example, the configuration Information does not configure the control resource set and the search space for paging, System message Block 1 (SIB 1), System message, and random access response, and the UE directly follows the relevant configuration in the initial BWP to determine the time-frequency resource for monitoring the downlink control channel in the idle state.
In a specific implementation, the method according to this embodiment may further include the steps of: switching to the BWP for the MBMS service according to the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service; monitoring a downlink control channel on the BWP for the MBMS, wherein a time-frequency resource for monitoring the downlink control channel is determined based on configuration information of an initial BWP; and receiving the data of the MBMS on the BWP for the MBMS.
For example, at any time after performing steps S101 and S102 to determine the configuration information of the BWP for the MBMS service, it is assumed that the UE in the connected state, the idle state, or the inactive state is interested in the MBMS service number 10. The UE may switch to the BWP for the MBMS service based on the determined configuration information of the BWP for the MBMS service and monitor the PDCCH to collect paging, system messages, or data of the MBMS service according to scheduling.
Wherein the time-frequency resources to monitor the PDCCH for paging and system messages are determined based on the configuration information of the initial BWP, making it possible for the base station to consume no additional resources for paging and system messages that the initial BWP is unexpected. And the idle and inactive UEs can also listen to the PDCCH on the BWP for the MBMS service to collect paging and system messages.
Further, the time-frequency resource for monitoring the PDCCH to acquire the data of the MBMS service is determined based on the incremental configuration information. Since the BWP for the MBMS service is incrementally configured based on the initial BWP, it is possible to save signaling overhead.
Therefore, BWP configuration for the MBMS can be realized with smaller signaling overhead, and the UE in an idle state and an inactive state can receive the relevant configuration information more conveniently. Specifically, the BWP for the MBMS service is configured in an incremental manner based on the initial BWP, and accordingly, the UE implementing the solution of the present embodiment may combine the configuration information of the initial BWP to obtain the complete BWP configuration information for the MBMS service after receiving the incremental configuration information. Thereby, BWP configuration for MBMS services can be achieved with less signaling overhead.
Further, when the MBMS resource is insufficient, the UE performing the relevant transactions such as receiving paging, cell measurement, etc. will not be affected, and the system message does not need to repeatedly send relevant configurations such as paging, etc.
Further, on the BWP for the MBMS service obtained based on the initial BWP incremental configuration, the UE can normally perform the service in the idle state or the inactive state. For example, paging or system messages may be received on BWP for MBMS services.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a BWP configuration information determining apparatus for an MBMS service according to an embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art understand that the BWP configuration information determining apparatus 2 for MBMS service in this embodiment may be used to implement the technical solution of the method in the embodiment described in fig. 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the apparatus 2 for determining BWP configuration information for MBMS service according to this embodiment may include: a receiving module 21, configured to receive incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, where the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP; a determining module 22, configured to determine the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.

Further, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses a terminal, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program capable of running on the processor, and the processor executes the technical solution of the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 when running the computer program. Specifically, the terminal may be a UE, such as a 5G UE.

Claims (10)
1. A method for determining BWP configuration information for an MBMS service, comprising:
receiving incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP;
determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured based on configuration information of an initial BWP by: the incremental configuration information configures the unconfigured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP, and/or expands the configured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein said extending the configured parameters in the configuration information of the initial BWP comprises:
determining a frequency domain increment, wherein the frequency domain increment is used for indicating a part of the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS service exceeding the frequency domain of the initial BWP.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the configuring the unconfigured parameters in the configuration information for the initial BWP comprises:
and determining time-frequency resources and search spaces of downlink control channels which need to be monitored and are associated with the MBMS.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information comprises:
and splicing the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information to obtain the BWP configuration information for the MBMS.

The method of claim 5, wherein the incremental configuration information includes frequency domain increments and time-frequency resources and search spaces of a downlink control channel to be monitored, which are associated with the MBMS service; the splicing the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information to obtain the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service includes:
extending the coverage of the frequency domain according to the frequency domain increment by taking the frequency domain of the initial BWP as a reference to obtain the frequency domain of the BWP for the MBMS;
acquiring time-frequency resources and a search space of the downlink control channel to be monitored, which are configured in the configuration information of the initial BWP;
and acquiring time-frequency resources and search spaces of downlink control channels which need to be monitored and are associated with the MBMS service and configured in the incremental configuration information.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
switching to the BWP for the MBMS service according to the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service;
monitoring a downlink control channel on the BWP for the MBMS, wherein a time-frequency resource for monitoring the downlink control channel is determined based on configuration information of an initial BWP;
and receiving the data of the MBMS on the BWP for the MBMS.
8. A BWP configuration information determining apparatus for an MBMS service, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive incremental configuration information based on an MBMS control message or a system message, wherein the incremental configuration information is configured on the basis of configuration information of an initial BWP;
a determining module, configured to determine the BWP configuration information for the MBMS service based on the configuration information of the initial BWP and the incremental configuration information.
9. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, performing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
