A novel quick connector comprises a junction box, a connecting wire and a fixed connecting piece. The junction box comprises a wiring shell, a wire mounting hole and a knob switch. The connecting wire comprises a wire main body, a wiring copper pipe and a second mounting through hole. The wiring copper pipe comprises a wiring copper pipe body and a clamping groove. When the two novel quick connectors are connected with each other, one end of the wiring copper pipe in one novel quick connector is accommodated in the connecting socket of the wiring copper pipe in the other novel quick connector, so that the position between the two novel quick connectors is limited. This novel quick connector simple structure, simple to operate has shortened the wiring and has taken off the line the time, has improved the efficiency of wiring and taking off the line greatly, can fast wiring and take off the line, and is easy and simple to handle swift.

When the two novel quick connectors are connected with each other, one end socket of the wiring copper pipe in one novel quick connector is accommodated in the connection socket of the wiring copper pipe in the other novel quick connector, so that the two wiring copper pipes in the novel quick connectors are mutually buckled together to limit the position between the two novel quick connectors. Detailed Description
Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 to fig. 3 are schematic structural views of the novel quick connector provided by the present invention. The novel quick connector comprises a junction box 10, at least one connecting wire 20 arranged on the upper junction box 10, and at least one fixed connecting piece 30 inserted on the connecting wire 20 and the junction box 10. The novel quick connector also comprises other functional modules, such as assembly components and the like, which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The terminal box 10 includes a terminal housing 11, at least one wire mounting hole 12 formed in the terminal housing 11, and a rotary switch 13 rotatably connected to a side wall of the terminal housing 11.
The connection housing 11 includes a housing body 111, a connection socket 112 disposed at an end of the housing body 111, a locking recess 113 disposed on the housing body 111 and near an end of the connection socket 112, at least one first mounting hole 114 disposed on the housing body 111 and received in the connection socket 112, a connection unit 115 disposed in the housing body 111 and facing an end of the connection socket 112, at least one anti-slip protrusion 116 disposed in the housing body 111 and facing an end of the connection socket 112, and at least one mounting hole 117 disposed on a side wall of the housing body 111 facing away from the first mounting hole 114.
The connection socket 112 is used for accommodating the connection housing 11 of another new quick connector and the connection lead 20, so that two new quick connectors are connected together.
The locking recess 113 is used for accommodating the rotary switch 13, so the locking recess 113 will be described in detail with reference to the rotary switch 13.
The connection unit 115 includes at least one connection rod 1151 disposed in the housing main body 111, and a connection mounting hole 1152 disposed at one side of the connection rod 1151. When two novel quick connectors are connected together, the connecting rod 1151 of any one novel quick connector is inserted into the connecting mounting hole 1152 of the other novel quick connector, so that the connecting position between the two novel quick connectors is stable, the edges of the connecting rod 1151 and the connecting mounting hole 1152 are provided with chamfers, and the connecting rod 1151 is installed in the connecting mounting hole 1152.
The fitting hole 117 is used to install the fixing connector 30 to facilitate the connection between the connecting wire 20 and the terminal box 10.
The wire mounting hole 12 is used for accommodating the connecting wire 20, and the connecting socket 112 communicates with the wire mounting hole 12 so that an end of the wire 20 facing the connecting socket 112 communicates with the outside, thereby facilitating the interconnection between the wires 20. In addition, a partition plate 14 may be provided between the wire mounting holes 12 to partition the wire mounting holes 12 from each other to prevent the connecting wires 20 from being entangled with each other.
The knob switch 13 is connected to the wiring housing 11 through a screw, and the knob switch 13 can rotate around the screw, so that the knob switch is switched on and off in the rotating process. When the two novel quick connectors are connected with each other, the knob switch 13 in each novel quick connector is held in the locking groove 113 in the other novel quick connector by rotating the knob switch 13, so that the positions of two sides of the two novel quick connectors are limited.
The locking groove 113 and the rotary switch 13 are disposed on the side walls of both sides of one end of the terminal housing 11. The locking groove 113 is obliquely arranged, one end of the locking groove 113 is higher than the other end of the locking groove 113 along the extending direction perpendicular to the wiring housing 10, and when the rotary switch 13 is accommodated in the locking groove 113 and the rotary switch 13 is rotated, the rotary switch 13 can abut against the side wall of the locking groove 113, so that the position of the rotary switch 13 in the locking groove 113 is limited.
The connecting lead 20 includes a lead main body 21, a connecting copper tube 22 sleeved on one end of the lead main body 21, and at least one second mounting through hole 23 passing through the connecting copper tube 22 and the lead main body 21.
The lead body 21 refers to a material used as a wire and cable, which is a prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The connecting copper tube 22 includes a main body 221 of the connecting copper tube, and at least one engaging recess 222 disposed on a side of the connecting copper tube 221 facing the connecting socket 112. The connecting copper tube 22 is accommodated in one end of the housing body 11 close to the connecting socket 112, the edge positions of the connecting copper tube 22 are all provided with round chamfers, in addition, the clamping groove 222 is arranged on the connecting copper tube body 221, and it is conceivable that the side wall of one side of the connecting copper tube body 221 is concave-convex, so that the connecting copper tubes 22 are convenient to connect with each other. On the cross section along the central axis of the connecting wire 20, the outer contour of the clamping groove 222 is isosceles trapezoid, so that the two connecting copper tubes 22 are stably buckled.
The second mounting through hole 23 and the first mounting through hole 114 are used for mounting the fixing connector 30 to fix the position of the wire 20 in the terminal box 10.
The fixing connecting member 30 is inserted into the first mounting through hole 14 and the second mounting through hole 23, the connecting wire 20 is fixedly connected to the connecting box 10 by the fixing connecting member 30, and the fixing connecting member 30 is a rivet, which is a prior art and therefore will not be described herein again.
When two novel quick connectors are connected with each other, one end of the copper wiring tube 22 in one novel quick connector is received in the connecting socket 222 of the copper wiring tube 22 in the other novel quick connector, and it is conceivable that the copper wiring tube 22 in the two novel quick connectors are buckled with each other to limit the position between the two novel quick connectors.
Compared with the prior art, the novel quick connector provided by the invention has the advantages that the lead 20 is accommodated in the lead mounting hole 12 of the junction box 10. The knob switch 13 is disposed on the connection housing 11 in the connection box 10, a connection socket 112 is disposed at an end of one end of the connection housing 11, and the locking groove 113 is disposed on the housing main body 111 and at an end close to the connection socket 112. The connecting copper tube 22 is sleeved at one end of the main body 21 of the connecting lead 20, the clamping groove 222 is formed at one side of the connecting copper tube 22, and the connecting copper tube 22 is accommodated at one end of the main body 11 of the housing, which is close to the connecting socket 112. When the two novel quick connectors are connected with each other, one end of the copper wiring tube 22 in one of the novel quick connectors is received in the connecting socket 222 of the copper wiring tube 22 in the other of the novel quick connectors, so that the copper wiring tubes 22 in the two novel quick connectors are buckled with each other to limit the position between the two novel quick connectors. In addition, by rotating the knob switch 13, the knob switch 13 in each new quick connector is accommodated in the locking groove 113 in another new quick connector, so that positions of two sides of the new quick connector are limited, and the two new quick connectors are connected together.
