Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an inductor shell insulation protection device, which solves the problems that the existing inductor needs to be externally provided with a protective shell when being installed, the traditional protective shell is integrally buckled, and other auxiliary parts such as bolts and the like are needed to be installed during installation, so that the installation is laborious and inconvenient to operate, meanwhile, after the buckling, the inductor can shake due to a gap between the inductor and the conventional protective shell, so that the inductor is displaced to influence the use, and the inductors with different specifications need to be individually matched with protective shells with corresponding specifications, so that the compatibility is poor, the inductor can not be suitable for the installation operation of various environments, and the installation operation of the existing inductor is not facilitated.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the inductor is placed between the main buckling block 1 and the auxiliary buckling plate 2, when the main buckling block 1 and the auxiliary buckling plate 2 are extruded towards the middle position, the middle sleeve rod 23 horizontally penetrates through the inner hole of the inductor, then the stable insertion rod 28 is horizontally inserted into the current slot 24, and is correspondingly and horizontally inserted into the inner buckling channel 20 at the insertion frame 26, the inductor is moved towards the inductor under the extrusion effect, so that the abutting spring 31 abuts against the fixed buckling block 27 to be correspondingly clamped into the inner buckling slot 21 to be fixed, meanwhile, the clamping inclined block 29 is correspondingly clamped into the inner side edge of the inner clamping slot 25 to be fixed, the inductor can be fixedly arranged at the inner center position between the main buckling block 1 and the auxiliary buckling plate 2 in an extrusion mode, two leads of the inductor extrude a sealing opening 34 of the colloid plate 33 to extend to the outer side edge to facilitate welding and installation operation, the fixed main buckling block 1 and the auxiliary buckling plate 2 are placed at the top surface position of a main fixing plate 6 to be fixed, after the pressing block 5 is pressed, the extending clamping rod 11 penetrates through the through insertion hole 8 and extends into the bottom plate hole 9 until the bottom end of the extending clamping rod extends out of the bottom end opening position of the bottom plate hole 9, the supporting spring 17 is used for extruding the inner side overturning effect of the clamping inclined block 13 on the overturning channel 14, so that the clamping is stabilized in the corresponding clamping groove 10, then the extending clamping rod 11 which extends out in a redundant manner is pulled to break the position of the breaking groove 12, the situation that excessive materials block the installation is avoided, the inductor is more convenient and rapid to install and has better stability, when the inductor needs to be disassembled, the pipe body is horizontally inserted into the inner part from the top insertion hole 18, so that the clamping inclined block 29 at the outer side of the stabilizing insertion rod 28 is extruded and separated from the inner clamping groove 25, simultaneously run through side top inserting groove 19 at the lath and adopt the same mode to make fixed knot piece 27 keep away from inside callipers chute 21, let main lock joint piece 1 and supplementary knot piece 2 can separate each other and accomplish the dismantlement processing, and make steam carry out the squeezing action to the inside jam of colloid piece 22 gluey piece 35 under the principle of thermal expansion after the inductor produces the heat, make the hole that speed glued piece 35 central point put expand and discharge out steam to the external world, reach the effect of heat extraction, play sealed effect to the inside after blockking up gluey piece 35 reclosing.
