Abstract

Examples
Five batches of 44 items are selected in five years from 2014 to 2019, and two times of dynamic adjustment work are carried out, specifically, the following conditions are as follows:
by 2019, five batches of selection work of 44 items are completed in an accumulated mode, wherein the selection work comprises medical equipment such as a flat-panel DR (digital radiography), a full-automatic biochemical analyzer, color ultrasonography, magnetic resonance and CT (computed tomography); 379 enterprises take part in selection in total, and account for more than 80% of the number of production enterprises in related fields of China. There is a 2350 remainder product declaration, wherein 1400 remainder product is evaluated as excellent domestic medical equipment and enters into the selection catalog. The selection list of excellent domestic medical equipment is shown in table 2.

(1) First selection items (3): a flat-panel digital X-ray machine, a table-type color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and a full-automatic biochemical analyzer; the selection received a total of 218 products from 57 enterprises. 96 products in 32 enterprises reach the selection standard, and the overall passing rate is 44%.
(2) The second batch of selection selects 7 items and automatic dispensing machines in outpatient pharmacies, see table 3:

863 products which are declared by 138 enterprises are selected in total, 793 products which are qualified for declaration conditions and are provided for 91 enterprises are screened, 598 products which are provided for 74 enterprises and reach the selection standard, and the overall passing rate is 75%.
(5) The fifth selection item (14) is shown in table 6, and the second dynamic adjustment item (7) is shown in table 3.

In the first batch of excellent domestic medical equipment selection dynamic adjustment, technology lag products 37 are eliminated altogether, and products 287 are newly selected. The item adjustment is as follows:
1) digital X-ray machine: adjusting to flat panel DR and mobile DR;
2) color Doppler ultrasound: adding portable color Doppler ultrasound and palm color Doppler ultrasound;
3) full-automatic biochemical analyzer: increase 1600 full-automatic biochemical analysis appearance of speed.

In the second batch of excellent domestic medical equipment selection dynamic adjustment, 57 items of technology lag products are eliminated altogether, and 98 items of newly-selected products are selected. The item adjustment is as follows:
1) the five-classification hemocyte analyzer becomes a mainstream product for clinical application, and the three-classification hemocyte analyzer is not listed in the selection range of excellent domestic medical equipment any more;
2) the blood purification equipment is subdivided into a hemodialysis machine, a blood purification machine, a blood perfusion machine, a dialysis filter machine and a peritoneal dialysis machine so as to meet different clinical requirements.

As shown in table 14, sales increased with an average increase of 24.7% except for the automatic dispensing machines from 2015 to 2016.
As shown in fig. 2, the sales volume of flat DR products is affected from 2014 to 2016, and the sales volume of 5 manufacturers per year is increased, wherein the annual speed increase is 17.3% -25.3%, and the average speed increase is 23.0%.
For the product sales of the full-automatic biochemical analyzer from 2014 to 2016 as shown in fig. 3, the sales of 4 manufacturers are increased annually, the annual speed is increased by 8.2% -15.5%, and the average speed is increased by 10.9%.
In conclusion, the enterprise sales volume of the excellent product catalog is increased at a high speed year by year, and the selected items are beneficial to maintaining the rapid increase of the sales volume of the selected enterprise.
The selected items are scientifically divided according to the functions and technical performance of equipment and are used for the categories of different medical institutions so as to meet the diagnosis and treatment service requirements of all levels of medical institutions from the village and town health hospitals to the third hospitals.
