Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and with reference to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information processing method, including:
s11, if the target home device does not determine the control intention of the user, the server receives the voice information of the user transmitted from the target home device.
And S12, the server determines the target control instruction and establishes the incidence relation between the target control instruction and the voice information of the user.
And S13, the server side sends the association relation to the target household appliance device, so that the target household appliance device stores the association relation.
In the scheme, the target household appliance can be a target appliance which is controlled by the intention of the user and can receive the voice command sent by the user. Here, the target home device may be a home device configured or associated with a voice collecting apparatus. Such as air conditioners, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. Specifically, whether the target home device determines the control intention of the user may be determined in various ways, and in one example, it may be detected whether a control instruction corresponding to the voice information of the user is stored in a database of the target home device, and when the control instruction corresponding to the voice information of the user is not stored in the database, it indicates that the target home device does not determine the control intention of the user. In another example, after the user inputs the preset duration of the voice message, when the target home device does not answer or execute the corresponding control instruction, it may indicate that the target home device does not determine the control intention of the user. Here, the preset time period may be set to 2s to 5 s. Further, the target home device may forward the voice information input by the user to a server associated with the target home device when it is determined that the target home device does not determine the control intention of the user. Here, the server may be a cloud server, and may also be configured to other home appliances in the house where the target home appliance is located. In this way, the server side can effectively acquire accurate voice information of the user.
In the scheme, after the server side obtains the voice information of the user, the target control instruction matched with the voice information can be determined, so that the server side determines the control requirement of the user. Specifically, the target control instruction matching the voice information may be determined in various ways. In one example, key value information input by a user can be collected in a collection period; and determining the control instruction corresponding to the key value information as a target control instruction. In another example, historical usage information of other home appliances can be obtained; and determining a target control instruction according to the historical use information. In an optimized scheme, under the condition that voice information sent by other users is received within a preset time period, a control instruction corresponding to the voice information sent by the other users is determined, and the control instruction is determined as a target control instruction. With the scheme, the target control instruction matched with the voice information can be determined in various ways. Further, after the target control instruction is determined, the incidence relation between the target control instruction and the voice information of the user can be established. In this way, when the user inputs the same voice information again, the server can accurately determine the target control instruction matched with the voice information through the incidence relation, and the recognition speed of the voice information of the server is effectively improved.
In this scheme, the server may send the association relationship to the target home appliance device, so that the target home appliance device stores the association relationship. By adopting the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that the target household appliance does not determine the control intention of the user, the voice information of the user sent by the target household appliance is received, the control instruction matched with the voice information is determined, and then the incidence relation between the control instruction and the voice information is established and sent to the target household appliance. By the scheme, the target household appliance device can effectively receive and store the incidence relation between the target control instruction and the voice information of the user, so that the target household appliance device can accurately combine the voice information of the user, the control requirement of the user can be accurately identified, the situation that the target household appliance device cannot determine the control intention of the user is reduced, and the control accuracy of the user on the target household appliance device is further improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a method for determining a target control instruction according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and in combination with fig. 2, optionally, S12, where the determining, by the server, a target control instruction includes:
and S21, the server collects the key value information input by the user in the collection time period.
And S22, the server determines the control instruction corresponding to the key value information as a target control instruction.
It can be understood that, when the target home device cannot determine the control intention of the voice information of the user, the user may make up for the defect that the target home device cannot be controlled by the voice control method through other methods. Therefore, after the user inputs the voice information, the manual operation process of the user on the target household appliance can be identified, and the target control instruction matched with the voice information of the user can be more accurately determined. In the scheme, the server can acquire key value information input by a user in the acquisition time period after the acquisition time period is determined. Here, the acquisition period may be set in advance. Specifically, the key value information input by the user may be key value information input by the user to the control panel of the target home appliance device. Here, the control panel may be provided on a front panel of the target home appliance. The key value information input by the user can also be key value information input by the user to the remote control equipment associated with the target household appliance; here, the remote control device may be a remote controller. The key value information input by the user can also be key value information input by the user to the mobile device associated with the target household appliance. The mobile device may include, for example, a cell phone, a smart home device, a wearable device, a smart mobile device, a virtual reality device, or the like, or any combination thereof, wherein the wearable device includes, for example: smart watches, smart bracelets, pedometers, and the like.
Further, after the key value information input by the user is obtained at the server, the control instruction corresponding to the key value information can be determined as the target control instruction. For example, if the user presses a power-on key on the control panel of the target home appliance, the power-on instruction corresponding to the power-on key is determined as the target control instruction. And if the user presses a power-off key on a remote controller associated with the target household appliance, determining a power-off instruction corresponding to the power-off key as a target control instruction. And if the user presses a mode change key on the APP associated with the target household appliance of the mobile phone, determining a mode change instruction corresponding to the mode change key as a target control instruction. In this way, the target control instruction matched with the user voice information is determined more accurately by combining the manual operation process of the user, the control requirement of the user can be conveniently determined by the server side, and an accurate data basis is provided for establishing the incidence relation.
Optionally, the voice information of the user includes the acquisition time of the voice field of the user, and the server determines the acquisition time period according to the acquisition time of the voice field and a preset acquisition duration.
In the scheme, the voice field acquisition time can be acquired through the voice acquisition device of the target household appliance. The acquisition duration can also be preset according to the accurate requirement of the voice recognition of the user. In one example, the preset acquisition time may be 1 minute. Further, the interval period from the acquisition time of the voice field to the end time of the acquisition duration may be determined as the acquisition period. For example, if the voice field has a collection time of 3:00 and a collection time period of 2 minutes, 3:00 to 3:02 is determined as the collection period. In this way, the acquisition time interval of the key value information is determined more accurately, and an accurate data basis is provided for determining the target control instruction.
Optionally, the server may determine, within the acquisition period, a target control device that receives the key value information first; and collecting key value information input by a user on the target control equipment.
In the scheme, the behavior information of the user can be acquired through the image acquisition device on the target control equipment, and the target equipment which receives the key value information firstly can be determined by combining the behavior information. In an optimization scheme, the target control device may be further determined according to an information source of the key value information after the target household appliance receives the key value information. According to the scheme, the key value information which is closest to the voice information acquisition time and is manually input by the user can be conveniently and accurately acquired, so that the target control instruction matched with the voice information of the user can be more accurately determined.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of another method for determining a target control instruction according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and in combination with fig. 3, optionally, S12, where the server determines the target control instruction, the method includes:
and S31, the server side acquires the historical use information of the target household appliance.
And S32, the server side determines a target control instruction according to the historical use information.
In the scheme, the stored historical use information of the user on the target household appliance can be determined. For example, the user controls the air conditioner to be turned on at three points in the afternoon or the user controls the television to be turned on at eight points in the morning. Further, after the server side obtains the historical use information of the target household appliance device, the target control instruction can be determined by combining the historical use information of the user on the target household appliance device. By the scheme, the target control instruction can be determined by combining the use habits of the household electrical appliance equipment of the user, the control requirement of the user can be conveniently determined by the server side, and an accurate data basis is provided for establishing the association relation.
Optionally, the historical usage information includes historical voice information and a control instruction executed by the target home device when the historical voice information is input, S32, the server determines the target control instruction according to the historical usage information, including:
the server extracts target historical voice information which is the same as the voice information of the user from the historical use information; and the server determines the control instruction executed by the target household appliance under the condition of inputting the target historical voice information as the target control instruction.
In this scheme, in order to determine a more accurate target control instruction, the server may extract, from the acquired historical usage information of the target home appliance, target historical voice information that is the same as the voice information of the user. Here, the target historical voice information identical to the voice information of the user may include the target historical voice field and/or the collection time of the target historical voice field. Further, the server may obtain a control instruction executed by the target home device in a case where the target historical voice information is input, and determine the control instruction as the target control instruction. According to the scheme, the target control instruction matched with the voice information of the user in the use history of the target household appliance can be determined by combining the historical use habit of the user on the target household appliance, so that the control requirement of the user can be determined more accurately.
Optionally, when voice information sent by another user is received within a preset time period, a control instruction corresponding to the voice information sent by the other user is determined, and the control instruction is determined as a target control instruction.
In the scheme, when the target household appliance device cannot recognize the voice information of the user, it can be understood that the same voice information which can be recognized by the target household appliance device or the server more standard can be sent to the target household appliance device by other users in the space where the user is located, so that the target household appliance device determines the control requirement of the user. Wherein the other users may be other family members than the current user who do not have an accent. Specifically, the preset time period may be set to three minutes after the collection time of the voice information. In this scheme, if the service end receives the voice information sent by another user within three minutes after receiving the voice information, the service end may match the control instruction corresponding to the voice information of the other user according to the correspondence between the voice information and the control instruction that have been prestored in the service end, and determine the control instruction as the target control instruction. In this way, under the actual application scene of the household appliance, the voice information which is input by other users is effectively combined, a more accurate target control instruction is determined, and the control requirement of the household appliance of the user is met.
Optionally, in a case that the frequency of receiving the same voice information sent by the user by the target home appliance device exceeds a preset frequency and the target home appliance device does not perform the instruction operation, the server determines that the target home appliance device does not determine the control intention of the user.
In the scheme, the frequency of receiving the same voice message by the target household appliance equipment can be obtained through the server, and if the frequency exceeds the target frequency and the target household appliance equipment does not execute corresponding instruction operation, the control intention of the user is not determined by the target household appliance equipment. The preset frequency may be three times. In this way, the reference condition that the target household appliance does not determine the control intention of the user is more accurately determined, and the user can conveniently realize accurate control of the target household appliance.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing device, which comprises a receiving module, an establishing module and a sending module.
