Optionally, the first terminal may set the sending time and the sending priority of the target credential according to the urgency of the target credential, and preferentially send the target credential with higher urgency to the third terminal. The third terminal conducts auditing according to the sequence of the received target certificates, the order of auditing the target certificates is guaranteed, and the processing process of the target certificates with high emergency degree is accelerated.
Optionally, the first terminal may divide the target credential with the relevance into the same batch for sending and auditing, so as to ensure the relevance during auditing of the target credential and improve auditing efficiency of the target credential. Specifically, the first terminal may divide the target certificates with the same certificate generation unit into the same batch for sending, the first terminal may further divide the target certificates of the same certificate type into the same batch for sending, and the first terminal may further divide the target certificates of the same company enterprise into the same batch for sending. The specific division basis of the target certificate sending batch can be set according to actual situations, and is not limited in detail here.
Optionally, the first terminal may further set a target credential sending period (i.e., sending frequency), and send the target credential to the third terminal for auditing at regular time according to the sending period. Specifically, the user may set the first terminal to synchronously send the target credential to the third terminal in real time, send the target credential to the third terminal at a regular time every day, send the target credential to the third terminal at a regular time every month, or set a fixed date and time to send the target credential. Therefore, the target certificate is sent to the third terminal according to a certain sending period, so that the auditor of the third terminal can perform centralized audit on the target certificate in a time-sharing mode, the audit time can be reasonably distributed by the auditor, and the work efficiency of the auditor is improved.
Optionally, the first terminal may further send the target credentials according to the number of the generated target credentials, and when the target credentials that are not sent in the first terminal reach a certain number, the target credentials that are not sent are sent to the third terminal in a unified manner, so that the third terminal can perform centralized auditing on the target credentials, and auditing efficiency is improved.

It can be understood that, for target certificates containing different certificate generation units (i.e. second terminals), different company enterprises and different certificate types, different certificate sending times, certificate sending batches, certificate sending frequencies and certificate sending priorities can be configured respectively.
Optionally, the first terminal may set the sending time and the sending priority of the target credential according to the urgency of the target credential, preferentially send the target credential with a higher urgency to the third terminal, and the third terminal performs the audit according to the sequence of the received target credentials, so that the order of the audit of the target credential is ensured, and the processing process of the target credential with a higher urgency is accelerated.
Optionally, the first terminal may divide the target credential with the relevance into the same batch for sending and auditing, so as to ensure the relevance during auditing of the target credential and improve auditing efficiency of the target credential. Specifically, the first terminal may divide the target certificates with the same certificate generation unit into the same batch for sending, the first terminal may further divide the target certificates of the same certificate type into the same batch for sending, and the first terminal may further divide the target certificates of the same company enterprise into the same batch for sending. The specific division basis of the target certificate sending batch can be set according to actual situations, and is not limited in detail here.
Optionally, the first terminal may further set a target credential sending period (i.e., a credential sending frequency), and send the target credential to the third terminal for auditing at regular time according to the sending period. Specifically, the user may set the first terminal to synchronously send the target credential to the third terminal in real time, send the target credential to the third terminal at a regular time every day, send the target credential to the third terminal at a regular time every month, or set a fixed date and time to send the target credential. Therefore, the auditor of the third terminal can conduct centralized audit on the target certificate in a time-sharing mode, so that the auditor can reasonably distribute audit time, and work efficiency of the auditor is improved.
Optionally, the first terminal may further send the target credentials according to the number of the generated target credentials, and when the target credentials that are not sent in the first terminal reach a certain number, the target credentials that are not sent are sent to the third terminal in a unified manner, so that the third terminal can perform centralized auditing on the target credentials, and auditing efficiency is improved.

Examples of readable storage media include electronic circuits, semiconductor Memory devices, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), Compact Disc Read-Only memories (CD-ROMs), flash memories, erasable ROMs (eroms), magnetic tapes, floppy disks, optical disks, hard disks, optical fiber media, Radio Frequency (RF) links, optical data storage devices, and so forth. The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranet, etc.
Example 10:
an embodiment of a fourth aspect of the invention provides an electronic device. As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, there is provided an electronic apparatus 600 including: the automatic financial document generation device 500 of any of the above embodiments; and/or readable storage media as in the above embodiments.
The electronic device 600 provided in this embodiment includes the automatic financial document generating device 500 according to any of the above embodiments, and therefore, the electronic device has all the advantages of the automatic financial document generating device 500 according to any of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
Further, the electronic device 600 provided in this embodiment may further include the readable storage medium defined in the foregoing embodiments. Therefore, the electronic device 600 has all the advantages of the readable storage medium defined in the above embodiments, and will not be described herein again.

Claims (7)

1. An automatic financial certificate generation method is applicable to a first terminal, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a certificate generation request sent by a second terminal, and determining a certificate action corresponding to the second terminal according to the certificate generation request;
configuring a certificate template according to the certificate action as the second terminal, and determining a universal interface which is in butt joint with the second terminal;
receiving the service data sent by the second terminal through the universal interface, matching the service data with the certificate template, processing the service data according to the certificate template to generate a target certificate, and sending the target certificate to a third terminal;
the first terminal can receive the service data sent by a plurality of terminals through the universal interface to carry out merging processing;
after the target certificate is sent to the third terminal, the method for automatically generating the financial certificate further comprises the following steps:
monitoring the auditing state of the target certificate sent to the third terminal;
sending the auditing result of the target certificate to the second terminal according to the auditing state;
the certificate generation request comprises a new certificate establishment request, a certificate modification request and a certificate revocation request, and the certificate actions comprise certificate establishment, certificate modification and certificate revocation;
a plurality of the credential templates exist in the first terminal to respond to different credential generation requests sent by the second terminal;
the certificate template comprises certificate scheduling information, and the certificate scheduling information is used for indicating a sending rule for sending the target certificate to the third terminal;
different credential scheduling information may be configured for the credential template for different second terminals, different corporate enterprises, and different credential types.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to sending the target credential to the third terminal, the method further comprises:
previewing the target certificate and verifying the target certificate;
the sending the target credential to the third terminal specifically includes:
and sending the target certificate to the third terminal based on the target certificate without error.
3. A financial document automatic generation method as claimed in claim 1,
the sending rule includes: the certificate sending time, the certificate sending batch, the certificate sending frequency and the certificate sending priority;

the processing unit is further configured to match the service data with the credential template, and process the service data according to the credential template to generate a target credential;
a sending unit, configured to send the target credential to a third terminal;
the first terminal can receive the service data sent by a plurality of terminals through the universal interface to carry out merging processing;
the processing unit is further to:
monitoring the auditing state of the target certificate sent to the third terminal;
sending the auditing result of the target certificate to the second terminal according to the auditing state;
the certificate generation request comprises a new certificate establishment request, a certificate modification request and a certificate revocation request, and the certificate actions can be certificate establishment, certificate modification and certificate revocation;
a plurality of the credential templates exist in the first terminal to respond to different credential generation requests sent by the second terminal;
the certificate template comprises certificate scheduling information, and the certificate scheduling information is used for indicating a sending rule that the first terminal sends the generated target certificate to the third terminal for auditing;
different credential scheduling information may be configured for the credential template for different second terminals, different corporate enterprises, and different credential types.
5. The automatic financial document generation apparatus of claim 4, wherein the processing unit is further configured to:
