generating a compensation calculating unit of the target personnel based on the compensation composition field and the compensation calculating index;
calling a rule engine, configuring a business rule corresponding to the compensation calculation unit based on the rule engine, and executing the business rule based on a preset rule execution mode to obtain unit compensation data;
and processing the unit compensation data to generate target compensation data of the target personnel in the target compensation month.
2. The compensation calculation method of claim 1, wherein the determining a compensation calculation target for the target person comprises:
determining the assessment indexes of the target personnel in the target compensation month, acquiring target data corresponding to the assessment indexes, and performing data cleaning on the target data to obtain index data;
and processing the index data based on a preset data processing mode to generate the compensation calculation index of the target personnel.
3. The compensation calculation method of claim 1, wherein the generating the compensation calculation unit of the target person based on the compensation component field and the compensation calculation index comprises:
acquiring business data corresponding to the compensation calculation index, and classifying the business data to obtain classified data;
acquiring associated data corresponding to the classification data respectively, and generating the compensation calculating unit of the target personnel based on the classification data, the associated data and the compensation composition fields.
4. The compensation calculation method of claim 1, wherein executing the business rules based on a predetermined rule execution manner to obtain unit compensation data comprises:

if a dependency relationship exists between any two service conditions, determining the execution sequence of the service rules based on the dependency relationship;
if no dependency relationship exists between any two service conditions, determining a preset execution sequence corresponding to the service conditions;
and executing the business rules based on the execution sequence to obtain the unit compensation data.

acquiring target data corresponding to the business rule;
processing target data corresponding to the business rules based on the execution sequence to obtain a data processing result, and judging whether the target data meet a preset associated action execution condition; wherein the associated action comprises calling other interfaces and sending a message;

judging whether the compensation calculating units of the target personnel respectively correspond to the unit compensation data;
if at least one compensation calculation unit of the target personnel does not correspond to the compensation data, sending out alarm information;
and if the compensation calculating unit of the target personnel corresponds to the unit compensation data respectively, storing the unit compensation data, and processing the unit compensation data based on a preset data processing mode to generate target compensation data of the target personnel in the target compensation month.
7. The compensation calculation method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a company field in the compensation component field and determining a target company characterized by the company field;
determining the target personnel contained in the target company, and acquiring the target compensation data of the target personnel contained in the target company;
and processing the target compensation data to generate a compensation report of the target company in the target compensation month.
8. A compensation calculation apparatus, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining a salary composition field and a salary calculation index of a target person when calculating the salary of the target salary month;
