Or, the image analysis model can be preloaded on the unmanned aerial vehicle to analyze the people flow monitoring result of the corresponding area, and then the monitoring result is directly fed back to the corresponding people flow monitoring terminal. The people stream monitoring terminal can be computer equipment at a monitoring management place arranged in a corresponding monitoring area, and can display people stream information of the corresponding area in real time, wherein the visualized data comprise people stream pictures, people stream changes and the like. Meanwhile, the people stream monitoring terminal can also realize the field control of each unmanned aerial vehicle, for example, the flight attitude, the flight position and the like of the unmanned aerial vehicle are controlled through control instructions input by a user.
In addition, each people stream monitoring terminal can respectively send corresponding people stream monitoring data to the cloud platform for data summarization, the cloud platform analyzes the people stream real-time data of each area through the artificial intelligent model according to the analysis result of the data summarization, and when a preset people stream dispersion condition is triggered according to the analysis result of the people stream data of any monitoring area (if the people stream congestion index corresponding to the people stream of a certain monitoring area reaches a set value), the people stream monitoring result of each monitoring area is input into the artificial intelligent model to obtain a people stream dispersion scheme meeting the current condition.
The people stream grooming scheme may be two or more people stream grooming schemes that are pre-designed and stored into the artificial intelligence model. When the people stream dispersion scheme is obtained, people stream dispersion indication information aiming at each unmanned aerial vehicle is determined according to the people stream dispersion scheme, and the people stream dispersion indication information is sent to each unmanned aerial vehicle so as to control each unmanned aerial vehicle to carry out people stream dispersion of a corresponding monitoring area according to the people stream dispersion indication information. For example, the people stream guiding indication information may include people stream guiding actions required to be executed by the unmanned aerial vehicle and specific people stream guiding policy content, for example, the people stream guiding actions may include voice broadcasting of the content or guiding people stream to a set direction for diversion by means of acousto-optic indication.
For example, the unmanned aerial vehicle may broadcast the corresponding people stream guiding information according to the indication in the people stream guiding indication information, and guide the corresponding personnel to split in the set direction. Or, the unmanned aerial vehicle may broadcast the corresponding people stream guiding information according to the indication in the people stream guiding indication information, and may display the corresponding people stream dividing path in a preset projection medium while broadcasting the people stream guiding information. It should be noted that, the traffic guiding indication information received by each unmanned aerial vehicle according to the traffic guiding scheme may be different or the same, for example, traffic guiding may not be required for some monitoring areas, and the traffic guiding indication information obtained by the corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle may be empty or remain the present state. If people flow dispersion is needed for some monitoring areas, the people flow dispersion indication information obtained by the corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle includes corresponding operations and contents needed to be executed by the unmanned aerial vehicle.
Further, in this embodiment, during a current traffic grooming process according to a current traffic grooming scheme, an unexpected situation may occur, for example, a traffic monitoring terminal in a certain monitoring area finds that a current grooming scheme conflicts with a current unexpected situation according to a current actual situation, and may timely propose a change request of the grooming scheme, and the cloud platform adjusts the corresponding grooming scheme according to the change request. Based on this, as shown in fig. 3, the people stream monitoring method based on city management provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps S31-S33, which is exemplarily described below.
Step S31, when a scheme update instruction for adjusting an ongoing first people stream dispersion scheme to a second people stream dispersion scheme fed back by a first people stream monitoring terminal in the plurality of people stream monitoring terminals is received, determining a dispersion strategy of an alternative second people stream dispersion scheme.
Any ongoing people stream grooming scheme may be considered the first people stream grooming scheme and people stream grooming schemes not employed for implementation may be the second people stream grooming scheme.
In this embodiment, the grooming policy includes one or more solution implementation descriptions, where the solution implementation descriptions include one or more preset regional grooming quantization indexes. The grooming strategy can be proposed and carried in the scheme update instruction by the first people stream monitoring terminal, and the cloud platform matches the selected second people stream grooming scheme according to the scheme update instruction.
Step S32, determining index data configured for each region dispersion quantization index of the scheme implementation description.
In this embodiment, for example, the area grooming quantization index may include a traffic congestion index corresponding to a monitored area to be groomed currently, traffic per unit time, a grooming target to be achieved, and so on. The index data corresponds to the specific index value of the index corresponding to the corresponding quantization index.
And step S33, updating a people stream dispersion rule file, and adding people stream dispersion information into the people stream dispersion rule file to obtain the second people stream dispersion scheme for carrying out people stream dispersion on the monitoring area in the target monitoring scene.
And step S34, the second people stream guiding scheme is adjusted from a standby scheme to a main scheme and is sent to each unmanned aerial vehicle, so that people stream guiding is carried out on the corresponding monitoring area through each unmanned aerial vehicle by implementing the main scheme.
The people stream grooming information comprises grooming strategy information of the second people stream grooming scheme and the index data, and the grooming strategy information comprises rule content of the grooming strategy.
In addition, the people stream dispersion rule file may be a dispersion rule description file with a specific format, which is included in a corresponding people stream dispersion scheme, and is used for recording a corresponding dispersion rule description, and may be decoded and obtained by a corresponding people stream monitoring terminal and/or an unmanned aerial vehicle according to a corresponding protocol, so as to execute the corresponding dispersion scheme.
The rule content may be, for example, characteristic information of rules respectively corresponding to the corresponding grooming policies, for example, rule information about each grooming policy may correspond to a restriction, such as a certain people stream grooming policy about a certain scenic spot, and the corresponding restriction rule may include a restriction rule about how much people flow of a road or entrance of the certain scenic spot cannot exceed.
In another possible implementation manner, after the alternative second people stream diversion scheme is determined, before implementation, model simulation of people stream diversion can be performed according to current monitoring data and actual conditions of each monitoring area through a pre-established simulation model, and when the simulation passes, implementation is performed again, so that implementation of the corresponding people stream diversion scheme can meet current actual requirements. Based on this, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can further include the following.
(1) And acquiring people flow limit indexes of different people flow nodes in the monitoring area in the people flow monitoring system, wherein the people flow limit indexes comprise the maximum people flow quantity of the different people flow nodes.
The people flow node may be an important people flow node set in the monitoring area, such as an intersection or a road section.
(2) And acquiring the information of the people flow monitored in the set period in the people flow monitoring system. For example, people flow information monitored over the past 15 minutes is acquired.
(3) According to implementation description of a scheme included in the dispersion strategy, carrying out dispersion simulation on the monitored area in the stream monitoring system through a stream dispersion simulation model according to implementation description of the scheme of stream information monitored in the set period, and obtaining the simulated stream quantity of different stream nodes in the monitored area obtained by stream dispersion simulation. The artificial intelligence model may be an artificial intelligence model obtained in advance according to big data analysis based on the actual situation of the monitored target range, and the obtaining mode or training method of the artificial intelligence model in this embodiment is not described in detail.
(4) And according to the simulated people stream number of the different people stream nodes and the maximum people stream number of the different people stream nodes, confirming whether the scheme update indicates that the dispersion strategy of the represented alternative people stream dispersion scheme accords with a set rule.
(5) If the second people stream dredging scheme meets the set rule, the second people stream dredging scheme is adjusted to be a main scheme so as to apply the second people stream dredging scheme; if the rule is not met, the incomplete prompt information of scheme update is sent to the monitoring area corresponding to the first workflow monitoring terminal, so that the first workflow monitoring terminal feeds back scheme update instructions about a workflow dispersion scheme again according to the prompt information to update the dispersion strategy.
In detail, in one possible example, when the quotient of the number of simulated people streams of at least one people stream node and the maximum number of people streams of the people stream node is greater than a set quotient threshold, it may be confirmed that the alternative people stream grooming scheme represented by the scheme update instruction does not conform to the set rule, and if the quotient of the number of simulated people streams of all people stream nodes and the maximum number of people streams of the people stream node is less than the set quotient threshold, it is confirmed that the grooming strategy of the alternative people stream grooming scheme represented by the scheme update instruction conforms to the set rule.
For example, alternatively, when the quotient of the number of simulated people streams of at least one people stream node and the number of people streams of the maximum number of people stream of the people stream node is greater than the setting Shang Yuzhi (for example, 90% or 95%), the scheme update is confirmed to indicate that the grooming strategy of the represented alternative people stream grooming scheme does not accord with the setting rule, and if the quotient of the number of simulated people streams of all people stream nodes and the number of people streams of the maximum number of people stream node is less than the threshold of the setting quotient, the scheme update is confirmed to indicate that the grooming strategy of the represented alternative people stream grooming scheme accords with the setting rule.
Further, in one possible implementation manner, the grooming strategies may be planned by a preset scheme planning personnel and uploaded to the cloud platform, wherein the cloud platform stores a plurality of grooming strategies, and each grooming strategy carries unique grooming strategy identification information. Based on this, as shown in fig. 4, regarding the step S31, determining a grooming strategy of an alternative second people stream grooming scheme may include the following contents of steps S311-S313, which are exemplarily described below.
Step S311, receiving the grooming policy identification information sent by the first workflow monitoring terminal when feeding back the scheme update instruction.
Step S312, according to the dispersion policy identification information, searching the rule content of the dispersion policy corresponding to the dispersion policy identification information from the rule content library of the cloud platform.
Step S313, writing the rule content into a preset people stream grooming rule file to obtain a grooming strategy of an alternative second people stream grooming scheme.
In addition, in this embodiment, the obtained second people stream guiding scheme may also have special cases that do not match the actual situations of other monitoring areas, so that the second people stream guiding scheme is implemented in order to avoid such situations. Based on this, in one possible implementation, regarding the above step S33, the following sub-steps S331 and S332 may be included, as exemplarily described below.
Step S331, sending the second traffic guiding scheme to a monitoring area corresponding to a second traffic monitoring terminal other than the first traffic monitoring terminal, and acquiring scheme feedback information about the second traffic guiding scheme from the monitoring area corresponding to the second traffic monitoring terminal. In this embodiment, the scheme feedback information characterizes whether the corresponding people stream monitoring terminal considers that the people stream dispersion policy corresponding to the second people stream dispersion scheme is reasonable.
Step S332, if it is determined that the second traffic monitoring terminal agrees with the traffic dispersion policy corresponding to the second traffic dispersion scheme according to the obtained scheme feedback information, the second traffic dispersion scheme in step S34 is then executed to adjust the second traffic dispersion scheme from the standby scheme to the active scheme, and the adjusted second traffic dispersion scheme is sent to each unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the active scheme is implemented by each unmanned aerial vehicle to perform traffic dispersion on the corresponding monitoring area.
Thus, based on the query mode, whether the people stream monitoring terminals corresponding to other monitoring areas collide with the second people stream guiding scheme to be implemented is judged.
Further, in another possible embodiment, regarding the above step S33, the following steps S333-S337 may be implemented, which is exemplarily described below.
Step S333, before the second people stream dispersion scheme is applied, a scheme feedback opinion is obtained, where the scheme feedback opinion is opinion information that any people stream monitoring terminal confirms and notifies to reply according to the scheme described by the scheme implementation, or a feedback opinion returned by the cloud platform according to a feedback indication about the scheme feedback opinion. The acquired scheme feedback opinion has a first information identifier.
Step S334, if the solution feedback opinion is obtained from the any people stream monitoring terminal, the solution feedback opinion is sent to a second people stream monitoring terminal other than the first people stream monitoring terminal, feedback information of the second people stream monitoring terminal about the solution feedback opinion is received, whether the solution feedback opinion is authorized to identify the second people stream dispersion solution is determined according to the received feedback information, and if the second people stream dispersion solution is authorized, the obtained solution feedback opinion is adjusted from the first information identifier to the second information identifier.
Step S335, if the solution feedback opinion is obtained from the cloud platform, the solution feedback opinion is sent to each people stream monitoring terminal in the people stream monitoring system, and if opinion feedback about the solution feedback opinion fed back by each people stream monitoring terminal is not obtained in a set time period, the obtained solution feedback opinion is adjusted from the first information identifier to the second information identifier.
Step S336, if the scheme feedback opinion is determined not to agree with the second people stream grooming scheme according to the received feedback information, then a confirmation instruction for confirming the scheme feedback opinion again is sent to the cloud platform according to a set time interval, and a confirmation result of the scheme feedback opinion is obtained from the cloud platform; and when the confirmation result characterizes the scheme feedback opinion to agree with the second people stream diversion scheme, the information identification of the scheme feedback opinion is adjusted to be a second information identification.
Therefore, after a certain time is delayed, the confirmation of the diversion scheme is carried out once again after the condition is changed, and the second people stream diversion scheme is implemented after the confirmation, so that the implementation of people stream diversion can be more intelligent and more matched with the actual condition.
And step S337, when the information identifier of the scheme feedback opinion is adjusted to be a second information identifier, the second people stream grooming scheme is adjusted to be a main scheme for application.
In this embodiment, when conducting a diversion based on the designed people stream diversion scheme, there may be a situation that a specific diversion policy needs to be added to meet the current actual situation during the actual application. Based on this, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention can further include the following.
Firstly, when a strategy implantation instruction of implanting a target mediation strategy into the second traffic monitoring terminals is received, which is sent by the first traffic monitoring terminals, the strategy implantation instruction, the target mediation strategy and index data configured for regional mediation quantization indexes in the target mediation strategy are used as strategy implantation sending information to all the second traffic monitoring terminals except the first traffic monitoring terminals, and feedback information of the second traffic monitoring terminals is obtained.
When confirming that each second people stream monitoring terminal agrees to implant the target diversion strategy according to the feedback information, adding the target people stream diversion information into the people stream diversion rule file to obtain a people stream diversion scheme after strategy implantation.
In this embodiment, the target people stream mediation information may include target mediation policy information, and index data configured for an area mediation quantization index in the target mediation policy, where the target mediation policy information includes rule contents of the target mediation policy. Further, the target people stream grooming information may be grooming information corresponding to the target grooming policy, such as specific people stream grooming information required for a specific road segment.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the second traffic grooming scheme is applied, when an indication indicating that the second traffic grooming scheme is ended sent by the first traffic monitoring terminal is received, the following method may be further executed to restart the previous first traffic grooming scheme. Because the second people stream grooming scheme is only temporarily used for emergency use, it may also be desirable to restore the previously used first people stream grooming scheme. Several possible embodiments may be exemplarily presented as follows.
And the first, directly adjusting the second people stream diversion scheme to be a standby scheme, and adjusting the first people stream diversion scheme to be a main scheme so as to restart the first people stream diversion scheme.
Or, the second method sends a scheme restarting notice to each people stream monitoring terminal in the monitoring area in the people stream monitoring system, and when a scheme restarting confirmation instruction fed back by each people stream monitoring terminal in the monitoring area is received, the second people stream dredging scheme is adjusted to be a standby scheme, and the first people stream dredging scheme is adjusted to be a main scheme so as to restart the first people stream dredging scheme.
Or, third, collecting first people stream monitoring information in the monitoring area when implementing the first people stream guiding scheme from people stream monitoring terminals in each monitoring area, and obtaining second people stream monitoring information in the monitoring area when implementing the second people stream guiding scheme;
then, confirming whether a condition for restarting a first people stream mediation scheme is satisfied according to the first people stream monitoring information and the second people stream monitoring information; when the condition of restarting the first people stream dispersion scheme is met, the second people stream dispersion scheme is adjusted to be a standby scheme, and the first people stream dispersion scheme is adjusted to be a main scheme so as to restart the first people stream dispersion scheme.
In one possible manner, when the first people stream density distribution obtained by analyzing according to the first people stream monitoring information is better than the second people stream density distribution obtained by analyzing according to the second people stream monitoring information, the condition of restarting the first people stream dredging scheme is met; the first people stream density distribution includes a first people stream congestion index for all monitoring areas within the people stream monitoring system; the second people stream density profile includes a second people stream congestion index for all monitoring areas within the people stream monitoring system. In this embodiment, the first people stream density distribution and the second people stream density distribution may be differences between people stream densities of each monitoring area in all the monitoring areas and preset people stream densities or people stream density average values of each area, and according to the differences, the optimization degree of the people stream density distribution may be determined. For example, the people stream density of each monitoring area fluctuates around the preset people stream density or the average value of the people stream densities and is smaller, so that the people stream density distribution is better. In contrast, if the people stream density of each monitoring area is larger than the preset people stream density or the fluctuation rate near the average value of the people stream densities, the people stream density distribution is poorer.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the architecture of the cloud platform 11 for implementing the method according to the embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the cloud platform 11 may include a people stream monitoring apparatus 110, a machine-readable storage medium 120, and a processor 130.
In this embodiment, the machine-readable storage medium and the processor may be located in the cloud platform 11 and separately provided. The machine-readable storage medium 120 may also be independent of the cloud platform 11 and accessed by the processor 130. People stream monitoring apparatus 110 may include a plurality of functional modules stored on a machine readable storage medium, such as the software functional modules included in people stream monitoring apparatus 110. When the processor executes the software functional modules in the workflow monitoring device 110, the blockchain big data processing method provided by the foregoing method embodiment is implemented.
In this embodiment, the cloud platform 11 may include one or more processors. The processor may process information and/or data related to the service request to perform one or more of the functions described in the present invention. In some embodiments, the processor may include one or more processing engines (e.g., a single-core processor or a multi-core processor). In some embodiments, a machine-readable storage medium may store data and/or instructions for execution or use by the cloud platform 11, which may be executed or used by the cloud platform 11 to implement the example methods described herein. In some embodiments, the machine readable storage medium may include mass storage, removable storage, volatile read-write memory, read-only memory ROM, or the like, or any combination of the preceding examples. Exemplary mass storage devices may include magnetic disks, optical disks, solid state disks, and the like. Exemplary removable memory may include flash drives, floppy disks, optical disks, memory cards, compact disks, tape, and the like. Exemplary volatile read-write memory can include random access memory RAM. Exemplary random access memory may include dynamic RAM, double rate synchronous dynamic RAM, static RAM, thyristor RAM, zero capacitance RAM, and the like. The people stream monitoring apparatus 110 included in the cloud platform 11 may include one or more software functional modules. The software functional modules may be stored as programs, instructions on the machine-readable storage medium for implementing the methods described above when executed by the corresponding processor, for example, for implementing the method steps performed by the drone when executed by the processor of the drone, or for implementing the method steps performed by the cloud platform when executed by the cloud platform.
As shown in fig. 6, the people stream monitoring apparatus 110 may include a people stream data monitoring module 1101, a monitoring data analyzing module 1102, and a people stream grooming module 1103.
The people stream data monitoring module 1101 is configured to obtain people stream monitoring data corresponding to each monitoring area, which is obtained by performing people stream monitoring on the corresponding monitoring area by each unmanned aerial vehicle, from each people stream monitoring terminal;
the monitoring data analysis module 1102 is configured to perform data analysis according to the people stream monitoring data corresponding to each monitoring area, and determine whether any monitoring area meets a preset people stream diversion triggering condition according to a result of the data analysis;
The people stream dispersion module 1103 is configured to obtain a corresponding people stream dispersion scheme when any monitoring area satisfying a preset people stream dispersion trigger condition exists, determine people stream dispersion indication information for each unmanned aerial vehicle according to the people stream dispersion scheme, and send the people stream dispersion indication information to each unmanned aerial vehicle, so as to control each unmanned aerial vehicle to perform people stream dispersion of the corresponding monitoring area according to the corresponding people stream dispersion indication information.
The people stream monitoring data are obtained by carrying out people stream analysis on people stream image information shot by each unmanned aerial vehicle according to a pre-established image analysis model by each people stream monitoring terminal, or are obtained by carrying out analysis on the people stream image information by the image analysis model pre-loaded on the unmanned aerial vehicle and are fed back to the corresponding people stream monitoring terminal, the people stream dredging scheme is one of two or more than two pre-designed and stored people stream dredging instructions, and the people stream dredging instruction information comprises people stream dredging actions and people stream dredging strategy contents which are respectively required to be executed by each unmanned aerial vehicle.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned people stream data monitoring module 1101, monitoring data analyzing module 1102, and people stream grooming module 1103 can be used to perform the steps of steps S11-S13 shown in fig. 1, respectively, and for more details of these modules, reference may be made to the details of these steps, which are not repeated herein.
Further, in this embodiment, the people stream monitoring apparatus 110 may further include a grooming scheme adjustment module for:

In summary, according to the people stream monitoring method, system and cloud platform based on city management provided by the embodiments of the present invention, people stream monitoring data corresponding to each monitoring area obtained by performing people stream monitoring on the corresponding monitoring area by each unmanned aerial vehicle is firstly obtained from each people stream monitoring terminal, then data analysis is performed according to the people stream monitoring data corresponding to each monitoring area, whether any monitoring area meets a preset people stream mediation triggering condition is confirmed according to a result of the data analysis, finally when any monitoring area meeting the preset people stream mediation triggering condition is present, a corresponding people stream mediation scheme is obtained, people stream mediation indication information for each unmanned aerial vehicle is determined according to the people stream mediation scheme, and the people stream mediation indication information is sent to each unmanned aerial vehicle so as to control each unmanned aerial vehicle to conduct people stream mediation of the corresponding monitoring area according to the corresponding people stream mediation indication information. Therefore, an effective mechanism is provided for people stream monitoring and guiding, and the intelligent degree and level of intelligent city management are further improved.
In addition, when the people stream monitoring terminal in a certain monitoring area finds that the current dispersion scheme conflicts with the current sudden situation according to the current actual situation, a change request of the dispersion scheme can be timely provided, and the cloud platform adjusts the corresponding dispersion scheme according to the change request, so that people stream monitoring and dispersion implementation can be more matched with the actual application situation.
