Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computer software, in particular to a description and processing technology of a user-defined variable domain, which is used for generating batch plan contents of a job planning system.
Background
In industrial production sequence planning, there are a large number of job sequences that need to be generated, including information such as time, machines, process descriptions, orders, and the like, as well as necessary production-related scenario information. Such as pre-post process, load distribution, etc. process details. In different industries and enterprises, the human operation needs to be determined by means of the scene information, so that the aim of smooth connection of human-computer operation is fulfilled. Such as ink loading, plate pressing, binding and other detailed process descriptions in the printing industry. Traditional operation planning systems, such as industrial scheduling software, cannot efficiently generate industry-oriented and scenario-oriented information if deep customization is not performed for specific industry fields.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the flexibility of an operation planning system and avoid the inconvenience of deep customization facing different industries and enterprises, the invention provides a technology based on a text variable domain, which can define personalized contents by a user and automatically output the personalized contents in planning to form a usable process plan.
The technical scheme of the invention comprises a variable domain mark grammar, a variable domain mark identification module, a keyword configuration module and a replacement module.
(one) variable field markup syntax
In order to complete the marking of the variable domain, a method for marking the variable domain needs to be defined. In the invention, the method for marking the variable field uses a plain text mode and exists in a text template of the operation plan instead of a clear data table mode. The specific syntax is as follows:
1) variable declaration: using paired punctuation marks (such as braces) and the content therein as variable names, embedding (inclusion)
In text templates, e.g.
Text 1 … text 1 name text 2 name text …
2) Default values for variables specify: default value definitions can be specified at the same time as variable name declarations, in the form of:
text 2 … text { variable 1 name ═ variable 1 default } text { variable 2 name ═ variable 2 default } text …
The information table can also be defined by a variable domain default information table with a strict format, and the format of the variable domain default information table is as the following table 1:
TABLE 1
After passing through the grammar convention and being assisted by the variable domain default value information table, the operation planning system can search and identify the variable domain in the text template, thereby further completing the replacement.
The text template may have new value-taking tables (in the same format as table 1) reassigned for each variable field therein before being implemented into a collection of plan entries, without limitation to using only default values.
(II) variable domain identification module
The variable identification module is used for identifying user-defined variable fields in the text template data and recording default values of the variables.
1. Given a text template search for user-defined variables, the flow chart is shown in FIG. 1, as follows:
process 1 variable domain identification process
1.1 flow initiation
1.2 search for pairs of punctuation marks (e.g. parenthesis pairs). Pairs of punctuation marks, such as "{" and "}", are searched down in the text template data.
1.3 determines whether a pair of punctuation marks is present. If the symbol pair does not exist or the paired punctuation mark pair is illegal, if the { "and" } "are not paired or have no content in the middle, turning to 1.4; if present and legally turn to 1.5.
1.4 the process ends.
1.5 extracting variable names. And extracting the content in the middle of the paired punctuation marks as a variable name. Like "{ leader }", the variable name "leader" is extracted. If the text 2 is in a form with equal signs, the text content before the equal signs needs to be extracted as variable names.
1.6 judge if the variable name already exists. The variable name extracted in 1.5 is retrieved from the variable value and variable list. If present, turn to 1.2; if there is no turn 1.7.
1.7 add variable value variable list. And inserting a current variable name into the table quantity value variable list, recording the starting position and the ending position, giving a variable domain number, and writing into a variable domain information list, wherein the variable domain information list is as shown in a table 2. Then turn to 1.2.
TABLE 2
Name of field | Data type | Value example | Means of |
Variable field numbering | Shaping machine | 101 | Number of variable field for uniquely determining the variable field |
Starting position | Shaping machine | 4 | Starting position of variable field in input text |
End position | Shaping machine | 9 | End position of variable field in input text |
Name of variable | Character string | Serial number of previous work | Text extracted from braces as variable names |
2. The default values of the variables are recorded. For a given variable name, the default value of its value is recorded. If the form is based on the table 1, directly recording the default value of each variable; if the text is in the form of text 2, the default value of the variable is determined by extracting the following part of words in paired punctuation marks (such as a brace pair). Table 1 is written.
(III) keyword Module
The keyword module is mainly used to define how text with special meaning is replaced. The module comprises a keyword description table structure and a keyword identification submodule.
1. Key descriptor table structure is shown in Table 3 below
TABLE 3
2. Keyword search replacement module
The keyword searching and replacing module is used for searching out keywords needing special processing in the text template according to the guidance of the keyword description table, calling the keyword replacing module and finishing the final replacement of the keywords.
Process 2 keyword search replacement
2.1 flow initiation
2.2 search down for the current text.
2.3 judge if there is a legal middle bracket pair in the text. If there is no turn 2.6; if there is a turn 2.4.
2.4 Call the alternate function library. The middle bracket is a key word, and the function name corresponding to the key word is searched by reading a key word description table, such as the function of "Replace leader (1)" in table 3.
2.5 alternative function library execution. And calling the corresponding replacing function in a replacing function library in a reflection mode through the function name to finish the replacement of the text. Turn to 2.2.
2.6 the process ends.
(IV) variable field replacement module
The variable domain replacement module replaces the original variable domain with specific content in the operation planning process, so that batch output is realized, and the differentiation requirement of each operation plan is met. The method comprises the following steps:
flow 3 variable domain replacement flow
3.1 flow initiation
3.2 determining the alternative location. And sequentially taking one piece from the variable field information table, and determining the next text position to be determined according to the starting position and the ending position, wherein the text position comprises the starting position and the ending position.
3.3 judging whether the key words exist in the replacing content. If no key exists, go to 3.4. If the keyword is the keyword, turning to the flow 2, and using a keyword replacement module to perform search replacement.
3.4 is replaced with normal content. And replacing the content to be replaced with the specified common text content in the variable list, and outputting the content to the result text. Turn to 3.5.
3.5 the process ends.
For each content that needs to be replaced, the process is as per flow 3, where the call process of flow 2 may be nested until the end of the text. So far, all variable fields in the text to be processed are replaced by specific contents.
The invention has the following effects:
the user of the operation planning system can define the text variable field according to the industry and scene. The definition of the variable domain is flexibly embedded into the content, and a system variable domain information table does not need to be filled.
And (II) the variable field can be automatically replaced by the content meeting the requirements of the user in a batch mode in combination with the service, so that batch operation is realized, and the replacement in each plan entry can be replaced by the content related to the current entry, so that the content multi-state is realized.
And (III) after the job planning system is released, the deep customization capability of the planning content output by the job planning system is reserved.

Detailed Description
According to the present invention, two embodiments of user variable domain processing are provided, which are two specific implementations of the present invention, and it is not intended that the scope of the present invention is limited to these two cases.
[ example 1 ]
The job planning system user inputs a text template to be processed for the "job description" field of the scheduling plan:
text 3 checks the { previous process } output workpiece, after { this process } processing, shifts to { subsequent process }
The client fills the following variable domain default information table according to the variable domain default table automatically generated by the software, as shown in the following table 4:
TABLE 4
Variable domain name | Default value of variable field |
Preceding Process | [ leader Process number][ name of leading Process] |
This procedure | Finish grinding |
Post-process | [ subsequent Process No. 2][ names of subsequent Processes] |
The variable field identification module starts searching the text 3, identifies the following variable fields, writes into the variable field information list, as shown in table 5 below:
TABLE 5
Variable field numbering | Starting position | End position | Name of variable | Default value |
1 | 2 | 6 | Preceding Process | [ leader Process number]- [ name of leading Process] |
2 | 12 | 16 | This procedure | Finish grinding |
3 | 24 | 28 | Post-process | [ subsequent Process No. 2]- [ name of subsequent Process] |
Next, the customer operates the scheduling operation planning system to apply text 3 to all "refine finish" plans. The job planning system applies the template text 3 to all "fine grinding" plan events, and invokes the flow 3 and the flow 2 to replace the original content, resulting in the job results as shown in the following table 6:
TABLE 6
All the 'refining' plan items of the embodiment are sleeved with the text templates, and the specific content of each part is not completely the same, but the 'operation description' is sufficiently targeted according to the specific content of the front and the back processes.
[ example 2 ]
The operation planning system user inputs a text template to be processed:
the document 4 checks the output workpiece (the former process [ the former process serial number ] [ the former process name ] }, and after processing (the present process fine grinding), the output workpiece is transferred to the latter process [ the latter process serial number ] [ the latter process name ] }
The operation planning system records the variable domain information of the template and extracts the default value of the variable domain. When the production plan item is implemented to a batch of 'fine grinding' production plan items, the value of the variable domain is re-designated by the user, and the value taking table of the variable domain is shown in the following table 7:
TABLE 7
Variable domain name | Value of variable field |
Preceding Process | [ name of leading Process] |
This procedure | High grade finish grinding |
Post-process | [ names of subsequent Processes] |
Apply to the entire plan. The operation planning system also identifies the template, records the variable domain information, and performs batch replacement to form a variable domain value taking table with the result shown in the following table 8:
TABLE 8
In the embodiment, the default value-taking table is covered with the new variable domain value-taking table, so that flexible customization of the variable domain is realized, the same template can be flexibly adjusted in different operation planning scenes, and the polymorphism of the content is realized.
