Background
With the increasing sophistication and popularization of automatic driving, the whole vehicle also puts higher requirements on the safety of a power supply network for realizing the safety function in an automatic mode. In order to avoid accidents caused by the fact that a vehicle brake system cannot work normally when a power supply network fails, an isolating controller module of a power supply needs to be added to a whole vehicle power supply framework. Wherein, NTC temperature sampling resistor 3 corresponds different resistance under the different temperatures, second MCU5 can obtain different voltage value after with pull-up resistance 2 partial pressure, and the resistance is linear relation with voltage value, and then can calculate corresponding temperature value, carry out temperature detection to isolator controller easily heating's region through NTC temperature sampling resistor 3, be convenient for carry out temperature control to isolator controller, ensure that the inside electronic components of controller can work in normal operating temperature scope, current-limiting series resistance 4 is used for limiting the electric current size that flows into second MCU5, prevent that the current of pouring is too big, damage second MCU 5.
In one embodiment, the detection circuit includes 7 paths, 1 path of the detection circuit is installed near the first MCU6 and near the buck converter circuit 7, and 5 paths of the detection circuit are installed near the current conducting path 8. when the temperature value of more than one group of detection circuits exceeds 150 ℃, the isolation controller is disconnected, and the detection circuits continue to sample and monitor the temperature of the controller;
when the temperature of the detection circuit with the temperature value exceeding 150 ℃ is recovered to be below 120 ℃, the isolation controller is recovered.
By the detection method, the isolating controller can be timely disconnected when the internal temperature of the controller exceeds 150 ℃, so that electronic components in the controller can work within the normal working temperature range, and the correctness of the internal control logic of the isolating controller is ensured.
According to the above embodiment, a method for detecting a fault of a detection circuit is provided, which includes the following steps:
collecting the temperature value of the (7-x) circuit detection circuit to obtain a sampling temperature value;
calibrating the compensation temperature difference value, and removing the maximum value and the minimum value of the sampling temperature value to obtain the temperature average value of the (7-x) circuit detection circuit; because the temperatures of the first MCU6, the buck converter circuit 7 and the plurality of sets of current conducting paths 8 are different, the temperature difference value needs to be compensated according to the calibration result;
judging the temperature abnormal condition of the x-path detection circuit according to the sampling temperature value and the temperature average value, and obtaining a corresponding fault type according to the temperature abnormal condition;
counting the number of the x-path detection circuits, and closing the isolation controller when x is greater than 3;

when the temperature sampling value of the detection circuit is less than minus 40 ℃, the pull-up resistor 2 of the detection circuit is judged to have open-circuit fault;
when the temperature sampling value of the detection circuit is more than 150 ℃, the NTC temperature sampling resistor 3 of the detection circuit is judged to have open circuit fault;
when the temperature sampling value of the detection circuit is an invalid value, judging that the series current-limiting resistor of the detection circuit has an open-circuit fault;
when the difference between the temperature sampling value of the detection circuit and the temperature average value is 10 ℃, the resistance drift fault of the NTC temperature sampling resistor 3 of the detection circuit is judged.
By the fault diagnosis method, which one of the 7 temperature detection circuits fails can be judged, which electronic component in the detection circuit fails can be judged, the fault coverage rate of the isolating controller is greatly improved, and if three temperature detection circuits fail, the isolating controller needs to be closed, so that a passenger can replace the management switch controller, and danger caused by overhigh temperature is avoided.
