The clutch is used for engaging or disengaging transmission, and for the vertical anchor winch, the clutch is used for engaging and disengaging the anchor chain wheel and the mooring rope barrel, so that the working conditions of power anchor breaking and free anchor breaking are conveniently switched. The anchor winch with the manual anchor lifting function is also used for switching working conditions of manpower and power.
At present, mechanical transmission type clutches such as jaw clutches, rotary key clutches and tooth clutches are commonly used. The positioning spring seat 12 is arranged on the outer side of the control hand wheel 2, the positioning pin 13 is arranged in the positioning spring seat 12 through the spring 8 and abuts against the positioning spring seat 12 through the spring 8, positioning holes are respectively formed in the positions, corresponding to the positioning pin 13, of the driving part 1 in the engaging and disengaging states of the clutch, the positioning pin 13 is ejected out of the positioning spring seat 12 through the spring 8, the positioning pin 13 is inserted into the positioning holes to fix the control hand wheel 2, and therefore misoperation caused by the fact that the control hand wheel 2 rotates along with inertia is avoided.
When the operating hand wheel 2 is rotated anticlockwise, the pin shaft 10 drives the sliding block 4 to slide inwards to the sliding groove under the action of the spiral guide hole, the clutch is disengaged, the positioning pin 13 is pushed into the positioning hole by the spring 8, and the operating hand wheel 2 is prevented from rotating along with inertia. When the control hand wheel 2 is rotated clockwise, the spiral guide hole releases pressure, the pin shaft 10 moves outwards along the spiral guide hole under the action of the spring 8 and the long screw 9 to drive the sliding block 4 to slide outwards, the sliding block 4 is embedded into the opening along with the rotation of the driving part 1 to be aligned with the opening on the driven part 3, the clutch is connected, and the spring 8 pushes the positioning pin 13 into the positioning hole to prevent the control hand wheel 2 from rotating along with inertia.
