Meanwhile, the friction plate abrasion automatic compensation mechanisms of the two driven plates, the friction working surfaces of the friction plates are 2 x 4 surfaces, when a certain abrasion loss occurs to the 4 friction plates, the abrasion thickness value can be dynamically collected through the abrasion automatic compensation mechanisms, the initial position of the diaphragm spring is timely recovered, the distance between the separation finger end of the clutch diaphragm spring and an engine flywheel can be guaranteed to be always kept unchanged in the use process, the position of the separation finger end of the clutch diaphragm spring and the position of the separation bearing acting surface driven by the clutch actuator are guaranteed to be always kept the same as the position of the initial installation state, the defect of inaccurate clutch position control is overcome, the corresponding speed of AMT system control is conveniently improved, and the clutch and gear shifting are stable and quick.
As a preferred structure, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 6, 12, 13, 15, and 16, the connecting assembly includes a claw-shaped support ring 4, a positioning buckle 5, and a pre-tightening piece 3, the claw-shaped support ring 4 coincides with a central axis of the diaphragm spring 2, a through hole for passing through a plurality of claws inside the claw-shaped support ring 4 is provided on an inner end surface of the cover 1, a gap between every two adjacent claws of the claw-shaped support ring 4 is for passing through a separation finger root of the diaphragm spring 2, an elliptical hole 41 matched with the claws is provided on the diaphragm spring 2, a plurality of claws are provided at intervals between the plurality of claws of the claw-shaped support ring 4 and have mounting holes, the positioning buckle 5 is matched with the mounting holes, and the positioning buckle 5 is radially disposed in the elliptical hole 41 of the diaphragm spring 2; the pre-tightening piece 3 is a plurality of arc-shaped pieces which are uniformly distributed at intervals, and the pre-tightening piece 3 is arranged between the clamping jaw and the outer surface of the cover 1. the front tips of 6 positioning buckles 5 correspondingly penetrate 6 claw convex tongues with mounting holes of a claw-shaped support ring 4, then 6 positioning buckles 5 are embedded into 6 elliptical holes of a diaphragm spring 2, the large end of the diaphragm spring 2 and 4 inner sides of a cover 1 form an annular convex rib to lean against, 24 claws of the claw-shaped support ring 4 are stringed out of 24 elliptical holes of the diaphragm spring 2, 24 flat through holes of the cover and 6 pre-tightening piece 3 flat holes arranged on the periphery of the edge end face of the cover, and then 24 claws of the claw-shaped support ring 4 are subjected to clearance elimination and bending riveting together through the pre-tightening pieces.
The diaphragm spring 2 has a lever driving effect of providing a clutch working pressing force and clutch separation combination, and the disc-shaped large end area of the diaphragm spring 2 respectively and coaxially abuts against an annular convex rib on the inner side of the cover 1 and an arc end surface of an adjusting ring 13 supported on the main pressure plate 9 to provide the working pressing force; 24 separation finger ends of the diaphragm spring are used as lever drive, the support of the diaphragm spring takes a convex cambered surface of a claw-shaped support ring 4 as an annular lever support and moves in the direction of the axis of the clutch cover, and the 24 separation finger rings are uniformly distributed around the axis, so that the stress is more uniform, and the separation and combination of the clutch are more facilitated; meanwhile, the circumferential edge of the concave area of the diaphragm spring and the arc edge of the concave area of the root of each separation finger are designed into small round corners, so that the stress is smaller, and the clutch is durable and has long service life.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 4, 6, and 17, the thickness calibration assembly includes a wear acquisition hook 6 and a support pillar 7, the wear acquisition hook 6 is disposed at a notch on a side wall of the cap 1, the support pillar 7 is disposed through the connection ring 11, an axis of the support pillar 7 is parallel to a central axis of the connection ring 11, an inner end surface of the support pillar 7 abuts against one end of the wear acquisition hook 6, and the other end of the wear acquisition hook 6 abuts against a pressing piece 24 of the wear automatic compensation mechanism. The limit screw 8 is used for stringing long round holes on the abrasion acquisition hook 6 to fasten the abrasion acquisition hook 6 at the opening at the edge of the cover 1, and the abrasion acquisition hook 6 can move relative to the cover 1; after the excircle at the bottom end of the cover 1 is coaxially assembled with the seam allowance at the upper end of the connecting ring 11, the folded edge at one end of the abrasion acquisition hook 6 is abutted against the top column 7 on the connecting ring 11, and the plane of the acquisition hook at the other end of the abrasion acquisition hook 6 is abutted against the elbow of the pressing sheet 24, so that the relative total axial thickness of the two outer driven discs 38, the inner driven disc 39, the main pressure plate 9 and the middle pressure plate 12 in the working state can be calibrated when an engine flywheel is installed on a clutch.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 6, 10, and 11, the limiting structure includes a plurality of arc-shaped inclined table surfaces disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the main pressure plate 9, the inner end surface of the adjusting ring 13 is provided with an arc-shaped inclined surface 130 matched with the arc-shaped inclined table surfaces, and the outer circumferential surface of the arc-shaped inclined table surfaces is in coaxial clearance fit with the inner circumferential surface of the adjusting ring 13. In this embodiment, the outer side of the end surface of the main pressure plate 9 is provided with six arc-shaped inclined table surfaces on the circumference thereof, and the six arc-shaped inclined surfaces are in fit contact with the six arc-shaped inclined surfaces on the end surface of the adjusting ring 13. After assembly, the inner diameter of the adjusting ring is in coaxial clearance fit with the outer diameter of the side face of the main pressure plate, and the arc-shaped inclined plane of the inner end face of the adjusting ring is attached to the arc-shaped inclined table face on the main pressure plate and can rotate relatively.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9, the automatic wear compensation mechanism includes a tension spring assembly, a tooth block 10, an arc-shaped tooth piece 26, a pressing piece 24, and a steering assembly for controlling a unidirectional rotation of the adjusting ring 13, the adjusting ring 13 is connected to the main pressure plate 9 through the tension spring assembly, the tooth block 10 is embedded on an outer end surface of the main pressure plate 9, a tooth form engaged with the tooth block 10 is provided on an inner side end surface of the arc-shaped tooth piece 26, and the arc-shaped tooth piece 26 is pressed on the tooth block 10 through the pressing piece 24; the arc-shaped tooth piece 26 is sheet-shaped and is radially arranged in the mounting groove on the outer end face of the main pressure plate 9, one end of the arc-shaped tooth piece 26 is provided with a hook 260 connected with the small tension spring 23 of the tension spring assembly, and the other side of the hook is provided with a convex block 263 which extends and penetrates through the side wall of the main pressure plate, so that the arc-shaped tooth piece is ensured to be stably mounted; the rear part of the hook 260 is a wedge-shaped inclined surface 261, the tail part of the wedge-shaped inclined surface 261 is provided with a limiting step 262, and the arc length between the limiting step 262 and the hook 260 is consistent with the adjusting rotation radian of the adjusting ring 13; one end of the pressing piece 24 is pressed against the wedge-shaped inclined surface 261 of the arc-shaped tooth piece 26, the tail end of the pressing piece extends through the side wall of the installation groove and then is abutted against the other end of the abrasion acquisition hook 6, and the other end of the pressing piece 24 is fixedly connected to the main pressure plate 9 through a fixing screw 25. As shown in fig. 14, the steering assembly includes a pawl 16 and a one-way ratchet piece 14, one end of the pawl 16 fixes the inner side surface of the adjusting ring 13, the one-way ratchet piece 14 is fixed on the outer end surface of the main pressure plate 9, the free end of the pawl 16 is bent toward the one-way ratchet piece 14 and is engaged with the ratchet of the one-way ratchet piece 14, so that the adjusting ring can only rotate in one direction relative to the main pressure plate.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the tension spring assembly components include a large tension spring 18 and a small tension spring 23, one end of the large tension spring 18 is connected with the main pressure plate 9 through a large tension spring pin 21, the large tension spring 18 is connected with the adjusting ring 13 and the small tension spring 23 through a connecting hook 22, one end of the connecting hook 22 is connected with the large tension spring 18, and the other end is connected with the adjusting ring 13; the adjusting ring 13 drives the pawl 16 to rotate together under the action of the tension spring assembly, and the pawl 16 rotates along the one-way ratchet piece 14 in one way; the other end of the small tension spring 23 is connected with one end of the arc-shaped tooth piece 26. In this embodiment, the assembly process of the wear automatic compensation mechanism is as follows:
two small holes on the side surface of the adjusting ring 13 are connected with a pawl 16 through two hollow rivets 17, the pawl 16 is meshed with ratchet teeth on a one-way ratchet piece 14, and the one-way ratchet piece 14 is fixed on the main pressure plate 9 through two positioning pins 15, so that the adjusting ring 13 can only rotate clockwise but not anticlockwise relative to the main pressure plate 9 along the axial direction towards the flywheel surface. The circular end face of the adjusting ring 13 is supported at the large end of the diaphragm spring along the axis, one end of the connecting hook 22 is connected with the large tension spring 18, the tip part of the other end of the connecting hook is connected with the small hole in the side face of the adjusting ring 13, and the tip part of the connecting hook 22 is provided with a downward bent arc part for connecting the small tension spring 23; the other end of the small tension spring 23 is connected with a small hook at the front end of an arc-shaped tooth sheet 26, the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 is attached to the outer end face of the edge of the main pressure plate 9, a plurality of small teeth are arranged at the lower end of the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 and can be meshed with a tooth block 10 embedded in the end face of the main pressure plate 9 in a pressing mode, the wedge-shaped inclined surface 261 of the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 is pressed by the rear end of an elbow of the pressing sheet 24, the tail of the pressing sheet 24 is fixedly connected into a groove in the edge of the end face of the main pressure plate 9 through a fixing screw 25, the front end of the elbow of the pressing sheet 24 is pressed at the front end of the elbow of the abrasion acquisition hook 6, and the arc length from a limiting step 262 at the tail of the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 to the rear end of the elbow of the pressing sheet 24 is equal to the rotation adjustment compensation range of the adjusting ring 13; the other end of the large tension spring 18 is provided with two connecting rings, one of the connecting rings is pulled to be sleeved on the large tension spring pin 21, the large tension spring 18 is sleeved with the silicone tube 20, the outer side of the silicone tube 20 is provided with a protective edge 19, the protective edge 19 has elasticity, the outer side of the protective edge is tightly attached to the inner side face of the circular groove at the rear end of the main pressure plate 9, and the large tension spring is prevented dust by means of the silicone tube and the protective edge, so that the protective effect is achieved.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, 12 and 13, the torque transmission assembly comprises a plurality of sets of transmission straps 28 arranged in pairs, two transmission straps 28 of each set being arranged side by side, a first set of transmission straps 28 being arranged between the main pressure plate 9 and the cover 1, and a second set of transmission straps 28 being arranged between the intermediate pressure plate 12 and the connecting ring 11; the edges of the main pressure plate 9 and the middle pressure plate 12 are provided with lugs 41 used for being connected with the transmission sheet 28; the multiple sets of transmission sheets 28 are uniformly distributed along the periphery of the cover 1 and the connecting ring 11. In the embodiment, four sets of transmission pieces 28 are uniformly distributed on the peripheral edges of the cover 1 and the connecting ring 11, one end of the right transmission piece 28 is fixedly connected with a lug 41 of the main pressure plate through a gasket 32 and a pressure plate rivet 33, and the other end of the right transmission piece 28 is fixedly connected with the cover 1 through a locking piece 30 and a transmission piece rivet 34; one end of the left driving strap 28 is connected and fixed with the lug of the middle pressure plate 12 through a washer 32 and a driving strap rivet 34, and the other end is connected and fixed with the connecting ring 11 through a locking strap and a screw. Here, the locking piece and the washer play a role in loosening and cushioning the driving piece 28, and the two ends of the driving piece are not limited to be installed by using screws and rivets, the washer and the locking piece, and other connecting pieces can be used for connection. The torque transfer capacity of the clutch can be increased by four sets of drive plates.
Further optimizing the technical scheme, as shown in fig. 5, 12 and 13, a first set of transmission straps 28 are sleeved with transmission strap clamping plates 29, inner grooves for accommodating the transmission straps 28 are formed in the transmission strap clamping plates 29, and the transmission straps 28 and the transmission strap clamping plates 29 are in clearance fit; the middle part of the transmission piece clamping plate 29 is abutted against the tail end of the adjusting block 35, the other end of the adjusting block 35 is fixed in a groove in the outer edge of the middle pressure plate 12, and the outer driven plate 38 and the inner driven plate 39 obtain equal free gaps when being separated through the plurality of adjusting blocks 35 which are uniformly distributed. In this embodiment, a groove is formed on one side of four lugs uniformly distributed around the middle pressure plate 12, and the adjusting block 35 is fastened at the groove by screws. In particular, during installation, the adjustment block 35 is fixed to the intermediate pressure plate 12 by an adjustment block washer 36 and an adjustment block fixing screw 37. The working process of the invention is as follows:

during the separation process, the separation finger end of the diaphragm spring 2 is pushed along the axis towards the flywheel direction, the large end of the disc area of the diaphragm spring 2 releases the pressing force on the adjusting ring 13 and the main pressure plate 9, the adjusting ring 13 and the main pressure plate 9 are unloaded, and the main pressure plate 9 moves along the axis towards the gearbox direction under the action of the resilience force of the four groups of transmission sheets 28 connected to the four lugs of the cover 1 and the main pressure plate 9, for example:
assuming that the back displacement of the main pressure plate 9 is 1, the inner driven plate 39 moves backwards, and the intermediate pressure plate 12 also moves towards the direction of the gearbox under the action of the resilient force of the four sets of transmission straps 28 connected to the four lugs of the connecting ring 11 and the intermediate pressure plate, because the four adjusting blocks 35 fixed at the four grooves uniformly distributed around the intermediate pressure plate 12 abut against the middle positions of the corresponding transmission strap 29, and the back displacement distance of the intermediate pressure plate 12 is 1/2 of the main pressure plate 9, the gap between the main pressure plate 9 and the intermediate pressure plate 12 is 1-1/2-1/2, and the free gaps obtained by the inner driven plate 39 and the outer driven plate 38 are always equal. At this time, the outer driven disk 38 is disengaged from the engine flywheel surface with the backward movement, and the engine power is not transmitted, thereby completing the complete separation function.
During the engagement process, the main pressure plate 9 moves along the axis in the direction of the engine flywheel, and then the inner driven plate 39, the intermediate pressure plate 12 and the outer driven plate 39 move in the direction of the engine flywheel until the engagement is completed. When the friction plates of the outer driven plate 38 and the inner driven plate 39 are not abraded during the process of transmitting the torque, the abrasion automatic adjusting and compensating mechanism does not perform compensation adjustment. When the friction plates of the outer driven plate 38 and the inner driven plate 39 are worn during the process of combining and transmitting the torque, the main pressure plate 9 and the intermediate pressure plate 12 move towards the flywheel surface along the axis, and the moving distance is the total wear thickness of the friction plates.
Because the front end of the elbow of the pressing piece 24 fixed on the main pressure plate 9 is always pressed on the head measuring part of the abrasion acquisition hook 6, and the distance of the abrasion acquisition hook 6 relative to the flywheel surface is a fixed value, when the pressing piece 24 moves along the axis along the main pressure plate 9 to the flywheel surface, the back end of the elbow of the pressing piece 24 and the arc inclined plane at the upper end of the arc-shaped tooth piece 26 generate a gap. When the clutch is separated, the large end of the diaphragm spring 2 releases the pressing force applied to the adjusting ring 13 and the main pressure plate 9, the adjusting ring 13 and the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 respectively rotate clockwise and slightly by an angle relative to the main pressure plate 9 along the axial direction towards the flywheel surface under the action of the tension of the large tension spring 21 and the small tension spring, a plurality of small teeth at the lower end of the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 are meshed after relatively moving by a tooth pitch relative to the teeth of the tooth block 10 embedded on the rear end surface of the main pressure plate 9, namely, the gap between the elbow rear end of the pressing sheet 24 and the arc-shaped inclined surface at the upper end of the arc-shaped tooth sheet 26 is eliminated, and one-time compensation is completed. When the clutch is reunited, the diaphragm spring 2 is restored to the initial position, and the abrasion adjustment compensation is always realized in the dynamic process from the clutch separation to the clutch reunion.

1. the invention can ensure that the working position of the diaphragm spring 2 and the distance between the separation finger end and the flywheel working surface are kept unchanged, the axial size is not increased, and the working position of the diaphragm spring 2 and the distance between the separation finger end and the flywheel working surface are increased along with the abrasion of the friction plate after the friction plate of the ordinary push-type clutch is abraded, so that the axial size is increased.
2. The invention can keep the diaphragm spring 2 at the initial installation position in the whole using process, thereby ensuring that the working pressing force of the clutch is not changed, solving the difficulty of pneumatic control of the heavy AMT clutch, and ensuring the position control precision of the clutch and the stability of the torque transmission of the clutch.
3. The diaphragm spring 2 in the invention keeps the initial installation position in the whole service life, namely the working pressing force of the clutch is not changed after the friction plate is worn, so the thickness design of the friction plate can be increased, the service life is prolonged, and the service life can reach more than three times of that of the common clutch.
4. In the invention, the diaphragm spring 2 is kept at the initial installation position in the whole service life, namely the working pressing force of the clutch is not changed after the friction plate is worn, so the separating force is not changed, and the advantage is very good compared with the advantage that the separating force needs to be increased after the common diaphragm spring clutch is worn, so that the stress of the clutch control mechanism is relatively small, and the rigidity is easy to ensure.

The dual plate self adjusting clutch of claim 5 for AMT vehicle, wherein: the tension spring assembly comprises a large tension spring and a small tension spring, one end of the large tension spring is connected with the main pressure plate through a large tension spring pin, the large tension spring is connected with the adjusting ring and the small tension spring through a connecting hook, the adjusting ring drives the pawl to rotate together under the action of the tension spring assembly, and the pawl rotates along the one-way ratchet sheet in the one direction; the other end of the small tension spring is connected with one end of an arc-shaped tooth sheet of the abrasion automatic compensation mechanism.

The dual plate self adjusting clutch of claim 2 for AMT vehicle, wherein: the torque transmission assembly comprises a plurality of groups of transmission pieces which are arranged in pairs, two transmission pieces in each group are arranged in parallel, a first set of transmission pieces is arranged between the main pressure plate and the cover, and a second set of transmission pieces is arranged between the middle pressure plate and the connecting ring; the edges of the main pressure plate and the middle pressure plate are provided with lugs for connecting with the transmission sheet; the multiple groups of transmission sheets are uniformly distributed along the periphery of the cover and the connecting ring.

The dual plate self adjusting clutch for AMT vehicle according to claim 8, wherein: the transmission piece is sleeved with a transmission piece clamping plate, an inner groove for containing the transmission piece is formed in the transmission piece clamping plate, and the transmission piece is in clearance fit with the transmission piece clamping plate; the middle part of transmission piece splint and the terminal butt of regulating block, on the other end of regulating block was fixed in the outer wall of middle pressure disk, a plurality of regulating blocks through the equipartition setting made outer driven plate and interior driven plate obtain equal free gap.
