The refrigerator further comprises a door body pre-opening device 200, wherein the door body pre-opening device 200 is used for enabling the door body 12 to be opened by a preset angle when a user manually opens the door body in a front driving mode. The preset angle referred to in the present invention generally has a small value, and for example, the preset angle may be set in the range of 5 to 10 °.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the door pre-opening device 200 includes a push rod 21 located at the rear side of the door 12 and moving back and forth in the direction of the door, a top block 23 connected to one end of the push rod 21 facing the door 12, and an adsorption block 24 connected to the door 12 and cooperating with the top block 23 to keep the door 12 abutting against the top block 23 when the top block 23 pushes the door 12 open. The top block 23 and the adsorption block 24 both include ferromagnetic bodies, and at least one of the two is a permanent magnet. As shown in fig. 5, the top block 23 includes a first ferromagnetic body 230, and the adsorption block 24 includes a second ferromagnetic body.
It is understood that in the present invention, the ferromagnetic body is made of a ferromagnetic material, which may be a permanent magnet, or other ferromagnetic materials (e.g., iron block, etc.) that can be attracted by the permanent magnet.
In an embodiment of the refrigerator of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the refrigerator body 11 has an inner container 110 forming a refrigerating compartment thereof, and the door pre-opening device 200 is disposed at an outer side of a top portion of the inner container 110. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the door pre-opening device 200 may be disposed at other positions where the door can be opened by a predetermined angle, and is not limited to the position shown in fig. 2.
Based on the structure of the refrigerator provided by the invention, in a specific use scene of opening the door body 12 of the refrigerator, when the door body pre-opening device 200 pre-opens the door body 12, the matching between the top block 23 and the adsorption block 24 can ensure that the speed of opening the door body 24 is consistent with the moving speed of the ejector rod 21, thereby effectively avoiding the situations of quick bouncing-open and unstable operation of the door body in the prior art; in addition, when the door body 12 is pushed open due to misoperation, the retraction action of the ejector rod 21 can realize the reclosing of the door body, so that the problem of large-amount leakage of the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator due to misoperation is avoided.
One specific construction of the door pre-opening device 200 is further developed as follows:
the refrigerator according to the present invention has a first suction force for keeping the door 12 closed to the cabinet 11 when the door 12 is closed and a second suction force for keeping the door 12 in contact with the top block 23 when the top block 23 pushes the door 12 to a predetermined angle. Generally, the first suction force is provided by a suction member between the cabinet 11 and the edge of the door 12, which is a key factor for ensuring the door 12 is tightly sealed; the second suction force is generated by the mutual attraction between the top block 23 and the suction block 24, and the door body 12 can be brought into contact with the top block 23 based on the second suction force. In the present invention, as a preferred embodiment, the first adsorption force referred to above is greater than the second adsorption force, so that after the door 12 is pre-opened to a preset angle by the door pre-opening device 200, the user can open the door 12 further to the full opening by applying a relatively small pulling force on the door 12.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the door pre-opening device 200 of the present invention further includes a first driving mechanism 22 fixed to the box 11 for driving the lift rod 21 to move, wherein the moving direction of the lift rod 21 is the same as the length direction thereof. In a specific implementation process, the first driving mechanism is a motor.
As further preferred, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top block 23 is rotatably connected to one end of the top bar 21 facing the door body 12 along a vertical rotating shaft O-O'. Generally, the top block 23 has an abutment surface for directly abutting against the rear side surface of the door body 12. When the door body 12 is pushed open, the plane of the rear side surface of the door body 12 gradually deviates, and the top block 23 is rotatably connected to the top rod 21 along a vertical rotating shaft O-O', so that the maximum contact area is kept between the rear side surface of the door body 12 and the abutting surface, and the rear side surface of the door body 12 is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge local pressure.
More specifically, the top block 23 according to the embodiment includes a housing case 231 rotatably connected to the top rod 21 along the vertical rotation axis O-O', the corresponding first ferromagnetic member 230 is housed in the housing case 231, the housing case 231 has a cover plate 232 covering one side of the first ferromagnetic member 230 facing the door body 12, and the cover plate 232 constitutes an abutting surface abutting against the rear surface of the door body 12. Based on the arrangement of the cover plate 232, the first ferromagnetic body 230 may be prevented from directly contacting the door body 12, and the first ferromagnetic body 230 may be prevented from scratching the inner side surface of the door body 12. Typically, the cover plate 232 may be made of a relatively low durometer plastic material or the like.
In the specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a through hole is further formed on the front side surface of the box 11 for the ejector rod 21 to extend out so that the ejector block 23 abuts against the rear side surface of the door body 12.
As a further preferred feature of the present invention, in some embodiments, the top block 23 further has rollers or balls (not shown) disposed on the cover plate 232 for rolling contact with the door body 12. The jacking block 23 and the door body 12 can generate relative displacement in the jacking process of the door body 12, and the rolling and abutting arrangement mode can further avoid the problem that the door body 12 is scratched by the jacking block 23.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the door pre-opening device 200 further has a second driving mechanism (not shown) fixed to the door 12 to drive the adsorption block 24 away from the top block 23 when the door 12 is opened by a predetermined angle. Based on this setting, when the door body 12 is opened and is predetermineeing the angle, because the second actuating mechanism drive adsorbs the piece 24 and keeps away from kicking block 23, can be so that adsorb the adsorption affinity between piece 24 and the kicking block 23 and diminish, and then exert the external force on the door body 12 when the user opens the door body 12 completely littleer to it is easier to make the door body open, can greatly reduce the door body 12 and open the unstability of in-process completely.
It is understood that the refrigerator according to the present invention may further have a signal receiver, a data processor, and a controller. The specific door opening mode of the refrigerator is that the signal receiver is used for receiving a signal which is sent by a user and needs to open a door, the signal is processed by the data processor and then transmitted to the controller, the controller controls the door body pre-opening device 200 to move to realize small-angle opening (namely, opening a preset angle), and then the user can manually pull the door to complete the door opening action. In a specific implementation process, the signal receiver may be a voice receiver for receiving voice of a user, or may be a device capable of receiving signals and transmitting the received signals to the data processor, such as a pressure sensor for receiving touch operation or press operation of the user, a camera, or the like.
Usually, a door pre-opening device operation control program can be preset in the controller, and the operation control program comprises the following steps: the door body pre-opening device is started, and the ejector rod 21 moves towards the direction of the door body 12 at a set speed for a set distance; locking the current position of the ejector rod 21 to set time; the jack 21 retreats from the current position. In a specific implementation process, the set time range of the locking of the ejector rod 21 can be 3s-10 s. Based on the control program, when the door body 12 is pushed open due to an erroneous operation, the door body 12 can be retracted synchronously with the push rod 21 until being closed based on the attraction force between the attraction block 24 and the push block 23 when the push rod 21 retreats from the current position.
It will be appreciated that in a particular refrigerator application scenario, the relative motion of the motor and the second drive mechanism are controlled by the controller.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
