The wood-plastic profile main body is prepared from PVC, calcium carbonate, bamboo/wood powder, a stabilizer, a foaming regulator, PE wax, stearic acid, an AC foaming agent, a lead-free magnesium-aluminum composite flame retardant and a pigment, wherein the lead-free magnesium-aluminum composite flame retardant additive greatly enhances the flame retardant property of the wood-plastic profile main body; the hardness and rigidity of the wood-plastic section main body are improved by adding the micron calcium carbonate, and the wood-plastic section main body has the performances of high flame retardance, high strength, durability, weather resistance and the like by combining with other anti-aging additives.

70-100 parts of PVC, 20-30 parts of calcium carbonate, 30-40 parts of bamboo/wood powder, 5-10 parts of ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, 1-3 parts of 2, 4-dihydroxy benzophenone, 1-3 parts of peroxide-2-ethylhexyl tert-amyl carbonate, 3-5 parts of alkali-free glass fiber, 1-3 parts of 2- (2H-benzotriazole-2-yl) p-cresol, 1-2 parts of trinonyl phenyl phosphite ester, 1-3 parts of methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane, 1-2 parts of stabilizer, 3-5 parts of foaming regulator, 0.5-1 part of PE wax, 3-4 parts of OPE wax and 0.5-1 part of OB fluorescent brightener; 0.5 to 1 portion of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 0.5 to 1 portion of stearic acid, 0.5 to 1 portion of AC foaming agent, 1.0 to 2 portions of magnesium hydroxide/aluminum oxide and 0.5 to 2 portions of pigment,
step two, mixing the raw materials:
sequentially adding the raw materials in the step one into a high-speed mixer for mixing, wherein the mixing temperature is 100-110 ℃, and the mixing time is 20-30 min, so as to obtain a mixture;
step three, granulation:
adding the mixture obtained in the step two into a granulator for granulation at the temperature of 140-160 ℃ to obtain granules;
step four, extrusion forming:
adding the granules obtained in the third step into a wood-plastic profile extruder, enabling an extrusion forming die to be consistent with the structure of the wood-plastic profile main body 1, selecting extrusion forming bulges corresponding to the current date of production year and month according to the current production date, arranging the extrusion forming bulges in the extrusion forming die, enabling the extrusion forming bulges to be matched with the date separation groove 01, the date value identification groove A02 and the date value identification groove B03 in structure, and then extruding to obtain the formed flame-retardant high-strength wood-plastic profile main body 1;
step five, processing:
the inclined groove 104, the transverse groove 105, the accommodating groove 109, the threaded through hole 1010, the shaft hole 1011 and the through display opening 1012 are processed by processing equipment, then the transparent piece 103, the rotating shaft A106, the transmission piece A107, the rotation auxiliary piece A108, the rotation auxiliary piece B1013 and the rotation auxiliary piece C1014 are correspondingly installed, and then the matching installation of the display piece 2 and the transmission piece C3 is completed.
When in use:
