The electromagnetic attraction device 3 utilizes an electromagnetic principle, and the internal coil is electrified to generate magnetic force after being electrified, and the lower steel casing 102 contacting the surface is tightly attracted by the magnetic conduction panel on the electromagnetic attraction device; and after the power is cut off, the internal coil is cut off, so that the magnetic force in the electromagnetic attraction device 3 disappears to realize demagnetization, and the connection with the lower steel casing 102 is disconnected.
The invention also provides a control system for the separable recycled steel casing, which comprises the separable recycled steel casing and a remote controller, wherein the remote controller is used for controlling the connection and the separation of the lower section of steel casing and the connecting device. As shown in fig. 6, the positioner 1, the positioner 2 and the positioner 3 are respectively installed inside the electromagnetic attraction device 1, the electromagnetic attraction device 2 and the electromagnetic attraction device 3, the positioner 1, the positioner 2 and the positioner 3 are respectively arranged at the position corresponding to the ground pile position central point and are transmitted to the wireless remote controller, and a worker can monitor the sinking condition of the steel casing on the ground in real time. The positioning information of the positioner 1, the positioner 2 and the positioner 3 is determined by adopting a three-dimensional coordinate network mode and can be transmitted to the remote controller end in real time, and the remote controller end respectively displays the coordinate information of an x axis, a y axis and a z axis. The remote controller adopts a wireless remote controller, and a control switch for controlling the electromagnetic attraction device 3 is arranged on the wireless remote controller. After the electromagnetic attraction device 3 is electrically connected with a ground power supply through a cable, a control switch on a wireless remote controller is turned on, an internal coil of the electromagnetic attraction device 3 generates magnetic force due to electrification, and the electromagnetic attraction surface 4 is tightly attracted to the outer surface of the lower steel casing 102 through a magnetic conduction panel on the electromagnetic attraction device, and the steel casing is used for pile foundation construction; after a control switch on the wireless remote controller is turned off, the internal coil of the electromagnetic attraction device 3 is powered off, namely the coil does not generate magnetic force any more, the original magnetic force disappears to realize demagnetization, the electromagnetic attraction surface 4 of each electromagnetic attraction device 3 is separated from the outer surface of the lower steel casing 102, so that the electromagnetic attraction device 3 is disconnected from the lower steel casing 102.
The specific implementation mode of the separable recycled steel casing is as follows:
in the actual construction process, the upper steel casing 101, the lower steel casing 102, the connecting device and the fixing device components are prefabricated and processed in a factory in advance, the position, the depth and other information of the underground karst cave are determined according to a geotechnical investigation report, and the lengths required by the lower steel casing 102 and the upper steel casing 101 are calculated respectively. Before pile foundation construction is carried out, a pile position central point is determined, position information of all the locators is calibrated by taking the pile position central point as an original point, and after calibration is completed, the three locators are located in a three-dimensional coordinate axis xy plane together to form an equilateral triangle with the pile position central point as an inner center. For example, in the sinking process, attention is paid to z-axis coordinate information of each positioner at any moment, and when the difference between three positioners is large, the fact that the steel casing is inclined in the sinking process can be known, and correction is required to be performed in time. The correction result can be reconstructed into an equilateral triangle which is removed from the z-axis coordinate and takes the pile position central point as the center in the xy-axis plane by using the coordinate information of the three locators. The specific situation is judged according to the specific position information received during construction. During pile foundation construction, the upper section of steel casing 101 is downwards inserted and driven through the vibration hammer, and the lower section of steel casing 102 is leaked to ensure that the electromagnetic attraction device 3 can be normally connected. When an external power supply access is opened, the internal coil of the electromagnetic suction device 3 is electrified to generate magnetic force, the lower steel casing 102 contacting the surface is tightly sucked through the magnetic conduction panel, after pile foundation construction is completed, power can be cut off through the wireless remote controller, at the moment, the magnetic force disappears to realize demagnetization through the coil power cut-off, and therefore connection with the lower steel casing 102 is disconnected. The upper section steel casing 101 and the lower section steel casing 102 are separated, and the electromagnetic suction device 3 and the upper section steel casing 101 can be recycled.
