Background

On the other hand, the coating mortar has thinner thickness, and has the advantages of light weight, reduction of load of a wall heat-insulating system and the like compared with the ceramic tile. The decorative material is widely applied to wall decoration in developed countries such as Europe instead of paint, ceramic tiles and the like. Compared with the foreign countries, the research on the facing mortar is relatively late in China, and the traditional cement-based cementing material is easy to cause the problems of whitening, color difference and the like, so that the attractiveness of the building wall is seriously affected, and the popularization and the application cannot be realized.
The efflorescence phenomenon is one of the problems that cement-based materials are common and difficult to avoid, and is caused by the fact that soluble salts are generated in the hydration process of cement and raw materials, and white substance deposition is formed on the surface of the facing mortar through water migration inside the facing mortar and surface water evaporation. The main factors for forming the whiskering are: (1) the presence of soluble salts; (2) a large number of communicating holes are present; (3) evaporating water in the mortar; (4) alternating temperature and humidity of the external environment. In the practical application process, the controllable degree of the latter two efflorescence factors is low, so that the efflorescence phenomenon of the cement-based material is frequent.
