Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of ship side pushing equipment, and discloses a method for installing a ship side pushing sealing cover, wherein a side pushing sealing cover device, a ship outer plate and a side pushing sealing cover cylinder are welded to form a sealing cover assembly; transporting the two sealing cover assemblies to the positions of the port and starboard close to the guide cover respectively; pushing the left and right side cover assemblies into the cabin respectively and temporarily suspending and fixing the left and right side cover assemblies; centering the cover assembly and the guide cover; measuring reserved cutting amounts of the left and right side cover cylinders; cutting the left and right side cover cylinders; centering the cover assembly and the guide cover again; welding the sealing cover cylinder body, the guide cover and the ship body; welding all butt welds according to the process sequence; and (5) back-installing the sealing cover blade and installing the half spacer bush. Technical Field

Background
Scientific research vessels are commonly equipped with a submarine detection system to obtain data of extremely high application value such as submarine sediment environments, submarine resources and the like. s8, welding and fixing the sealing cover cylinder body, the guide cover and the ship body;
s9, all butt welding seams are welded according to the process sequence;
s10, the cover blade is assembled, the half spacer bush is installed, and the cover blade is locked by screws.
