Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 4 to 16, in this embodiment, an integrated side defrosting duct includes two side defrosting ducts which are symmetrically integrated on the instrument panel, the side defrosting duct is formed by combining an upper body frame 4-1 of the instrument panel and a decorative panel 5 of the instrument panel, one end of the side defrosting duct located on the left side is connected with the left end of a front defrosting duct 6-1 assembled in the middle of the instrument panel, the other end of the side defrosting duct located on the left side is connected with a side defrosting air port installed on the left side of the instrument panel, one end of the side defrosting duct located on the right side is connected with the right end of the front defrosting duct 6-1, and the other end of the side defrosting duct located on the right side is connected with a side defrosting air port installed on the right side of the instrument panel.
As shown in fig. 6 and 12, in this embodiment, the left and right sides of the body frame 4-1 of the instrument panel each have a concave cavity 12 (see the area a in fig. 6) in the area between the front defroster duct 6-1 and the side defroster air port, and the concave cavity 12 constitutes the first portion of the side defroster duct; the left and right sides of the instrument panel decoration panel 5 constitute a second portion of the side defrost duct at a portion corresponding to the recessed cavity 12 (see region B in fig. 12), and the side defrost duct is formed by abutting the first portion with the second portion.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the body skeleton 4-1 on the dashboard is provided with welding ribs 4-4 on both the left and right sides of the recessed cavity 12, and the body skeleton 4-1 on the dashboard is welded to the dashboard decorative panel 5 by the welding ribs 4-4. The welding ribs 4-4 play a role in sealing the outside of the air pipe, and the leakage of air quantity when the air conditioner is started is avoided.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a sealing strip 3 is disposed at the port of the side defrosting air duct, and the sealing strip 3 is adhered to the body skeleton 4-1 on the instrument panel.
As shown in fig. 7 and 13, in this embodiment, the front surface (i.e., the front surface) of the instrument panel decoration panel 5 is provided with an instrument panel soft skin 4-2. The soft surface skin 4-2 of the instrument panel can prevent the contact between the ambient air and the instrument panel decorative panel 5, and can prevent the generation of condensed water.
As shown in fig. 4 to 16, in the present embodiment, a defrosting duct includes a front defrosting duct 6-1 installed in the middle of the front side of the instrument panel and two side defrosting air openings provided on the left and right sides of the instrument panel, respectively, and further includes an integrated side defrosting duct as described in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in this embodiment, the front defrosting air duct 6-1 is provided with a plurality of first screw mounting holes 6-2, the body frame 4-1 on the instrument panel is provided with a plurality of first BOSS posts 7, and the plurality of first screw mounting holes 6-2 are connected to the plurality of first BOSS posts 7 one by screws. The outside of preceding defrosting tuber pipe 6-1 is equipped with preceding defrosting apron 4-3, be equipped with a plurality of second BOSS posts 9 on the preceding defrosting apron 4-3, be equipped with a plurality of second screw mounting holes 10 on the instrument board decoration board 5, a plurality of second BOSS posts 9 pass through the screw one-to-one with a plurality of second screw mounting holes 10. The front defrosting cover plate 4-3 is provided with a plurality of mounting hooks 8, the instrument panel decoration panel 5 is provided with a plurality of clamping holes 11, and the mounting hooks 8 are respectively clamped with the clamping holes 11 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
As shown in fig. 13, for the portion of the instrument panel decoration panel 5 not covered by the instrument panel soft skin 4-2, the left and right front sides of the instrument panel decoration panel 5 are provided with a boss 13 (see region C in fig. 12) extending forward, and the portion of the boss 13 corresponding to the front defrost cover plate 4-3 (see region D in fig. 11) constitutes a closed cavity 14 for accommodating condensed water that may be generated (because the duct wall is cold when the air conditioner is cooling, if it contacts with hot air, water vapor in the air may condense into condensed water).
As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the side defrosting air duct is integrated onto the body frame 4-1 on the instrument panel as a part of the body frame 4-1 on the instrument panel, and is produced in a common mode with the body frame 4-1 on the instrument panel, so that not only is a set of special dies for the traditional side defrosting air duct reduced, but also the assembly link of the traditional side defrosting air duct and the body frame 4-1 on the instrument panel is eliminated, and the assembly process is simplified, thereby reducing the overall manufacturing cost of the instrument panel system.
As shown in fig. 14 to 16, in the present embodiment, the size of the port position (see region E of fig. 14) of the front defrost air duct 6-1 is larger than the port (see region F of fig. 15) of the side defrost air duct. The thickness of the sealing tape 3 is greater than the dimensional difference between the area E and the area F (see fig. 16). After being assembled in place, the side defrosting air pipe sealing strips 3 are in a compressed state, so that the sealing of the lap joint of the front defrosting air pipe 6-1 and the side defrosting air pipe is ensured.
In this embodiment, a complete side defrosting air duct is formed by combining the body skeleton 4-1 on the instrument panel with the instrument panel decoration panel 5. By adopting the structure, on the premise of realizing the positive defrosting function, the number of parts and dies is reduced, an assembly process is also reduced, and the comprehensive manufacturing cost of the parts is reduced.
