s2, after the card moves to the designated position, the telescopic rod 102 shortens to drive the fixed frame 4 at the top to move downwards, the fixed frame 4 drives the mounting shell 5 and the rotary roller 502 at the inner side to descend, the rotary roller 502 moves downwards to the upper surface of the card, then, the motor 6 is controlled to operate to drive the rotating rod 601 at the output end to rotate, the rotating rod 601 rotates to drive the first rotating disc 602 at one end to rotate, the first rotating disc 602 rotates to drive the fixed clamping ring 603 and the movable clamping ring 606 to rotate, the fixed clamping ring 603 and the movable clamping ring 606 rotate to drive the second clamping piece 702 at the inner side to rotate, the second clamping piece 702 rotates to drive the winding rod 7 and the first clamping piece 701 to rotate, the first clamping piece 701 is installed at the inner sides of the second assembling seat 806 and the first assembling seat 801, the driven rod 8 is supported by the fixed frame 4, the stable rotation of the driven rod 8 is ensured, the second assembling seat 806 and the first assembling seat 801 can be ensured to rotate stably, and color coils are transmitted by matching the two groups of winding rods 7;
s3, the color roll moves under the guide of the guide rod 509 and the guide roller 507, the color roll is adhered to the lower surfaces of the rotating roller 502 and the semiconductor heating elements 5010, tens of thousands of semiconductor heating elements 5010 are mounted on the outer surface of the rotating roller 502, when the semiconductor heating elements 5010 are heated to a certain height, the solid pigment on the color roll is directly converted into gas, then the gas is sprayed on the upper surface of the card, the semiconductor heating element 5010 can adjust various temperatures, the printing effect is ensured by different stable adjustment of the proportion and the shade degree of the pigment, because the color roll is provided with three colors of yellow, red and blue which are not printed simultaneously, one color is used each time, so after one color is printed, the driving motor 106 reversely runs to drive the card to be in place, and three times of printing and coloring are carried out to finish printing;
s4, after coloring for three times, the driving motor 106 moves the card to the lower part of the fixed shell 3, the blower 303 on the fixed shell 3 operates to drive the air to move downwards, the wind power is dispersed by the wind dispersing net 301, the phenomenon that the paint is blown by the wind power too intensively is avoided, the paint is kept stable, and the quality of patterns is improved.
The working principle is as follows: a worker places a card to be printed on the upper surface of the transmission belt 105, the card is inserted into the bottom of the extrusion plate 202 at the same time, the extrusion plate 202 is extruded by the reset spring 201, the card at the bottom is clamped and fixed by the extrusion plate 202, the stability of the card is ensured, the situation that the card deviates in the card transmission process is avoided, the driving motor 106 operates to drive the rotating shaft 103 of the output end to rotate, the rotating shaft 103 rotates to drive the driving roller 104 at the outer side to rotate, the driving roller 104 rotates to drive the transmission belt 105 at the outer side to rotate, the transmission belt 105 rotates to drive the extrusion plate 202 on the fixed frame 2 to move, and simultaneously drives the card to move, in the moving process of the fixed frame 2, the infrared detector 402 passes below the infrared detector 402, the infrared detector 402 emits an infrared sensing line for detecting whether the fixed frame 2 passes through, after the card moves to a specified position, the telescopic rod 102 shortens the fixed frame 4 at the top to drive the fixed frame to move downwards, the fixing frame 4 drives the mounting shell 5 and the rotating roller 502 on the inner side to descend, the rotating roller 502 moves down to the upper surface of the card, then the motor 6 is controlled to operate to drive the rotating rod 601 at the output end to rotate, the rotating rod 601 rotates to drive the first rotating disc 602 at one end to rotate, the first rotating disc 602 rotates to drive the fixed snap ring 603 and the movable snap ring 606 to rotate, the fixed snap ring 603 and the movable snap ring 606 rotate to drive the second clamping piece 702 on the inner side to rotate, the second clamping piece 702 rotates to drive the winding rod 7 and the first clamping piece 701 to rotate, the first clamping piece 701 is mounted on the inner sides of the second assembling seat 806 and the first assembling seat 801, the driven rod 8 is supported by the fixing frame 4 to ensure that the driven rod 8 rotates stably, the second assembling seat 806 and the first assembling seat 801 can rotate stably, the color roll is transmitted by matching of the two winding rods 7, and the color roll moves under the guidance of the guide rod 509 and the guide roller 507, the color roll is pasted on the lower surfaces of the rotating roller 502 and the semiconductor heating element 5010, tens of thousands of semiconductor heating elements 5010 are installed on the outer surface of the rotating roller 502, when the semiconductor heating elements 5010 are heated to a certain height, the solid pigment on the color roll can be directly converted into gas, then the gas is sprayed on the upper surface of the card, the semiconductor heating element 5010 can adjust various temperatures, the printing effect is ensured by different stable adjustment of the proportion and the shade degree of the pigment, because the color roll is provided with three colors of yellow, red and blue, the three colors are not printed simultaneously, but one color is used each time, after one color is printed, the driving motor 106 reversely runs to drive the card to be in situ, the printing is finished by printing and coloring for three times, after the coloring for three times is finished, the driving motor 106 moves the card to the lower part of the fixed shell 3, the blower 303 on the fixed shell 3 runs, the air is driven to move downwards, the wind power is dispersed by the wind dispersing net 301, the paint is prevented from being blown by the wind power too intensively, the paint is ensured to be kept stable, and the quality of patterns is improved.
