S3、将混合胶液呈蜂窝状喷射于蜂窝里层的蜂窝面上,接着将蜂窝面层铺设于混合胶液上,在蜂窝面层与混合胶液贴合后,混合胶液粘接于蜂窝面层和蜂窝里层之间,再向上拉起蜂窝面层,混合胶液拉伸并经干燥后得到蜂窝胶网,完成面料制备。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤S1中,玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维先采用网络机进行三合一网络复合,接着采用络丝机、倍捻机加工形成网络复合加捻纱,最后采用三维纺织机纺织得到带有蜂窝面的蜂窝面层和蜂窝里层。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤S3中,混合胶液喷射于蜂窝面上的喷射厚度为0.5-1mm,蜂窝面层向上拉伸高度为0.1-1mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明通过在蜂窝面层和蜂窝里层之间设置蜂窝胶网,形成立体的蜂窝孔,在配合蜂窝胶网内含有的碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉材料,能够大大提高面料的蓄热能力;
2)本发明蜂窝胶网中含有的氨纶弹性纤维能够提高拉伸效果,使得蜂窝胶网具有很好的弹性,有助于后续拉伸成型不断裂,蜂窝胶网只需要先喷涂再拉伸,干燥后即可形成弹性好的蜂窝状结构,制造工艺简单,蓄热能力大大增强;
3)本发明当蜂窝面层和蜂窝里层的蜂窝面通过蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起卡接时,整体面料较薄,由蜂窝胶网形成较薄的立体蜂窝蓄热空间,适用于超薄羽绒服使用;
4)本发明当蜂窝面层和蜂窝里层的蜂窝面对称设置,蜂窝槽对称形成更大的立体蜂窝蓄热空间,蓄热效果和透气效果都得到提升,整体面料稍厚,适用于稍厚的羽绒服使用;
5)本发明蜂窝面层、蜂窝里层均由玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维纺织制成,玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维均具有许多微细的孔隙,纤维间形成微气室,毛细效应增大,疏导水汽性能良好,具有高透气性,不会影响羽绒服的透气透湿性,避免闷汗导致不适,也避免细菌繁殖,Xw-ele导电纤维具有抗静电功能。

如图1所示,一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料,包括蜂窝面层1、蜂窝里层2、粘接于蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2之间的蜂窝胶网3。其中,
所述蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2相互靠近的一侧表面均为蜂窝面,相互远离的一侧表面为平面,所述蜂窝面包括蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起。所述蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2的蜂窝面通过蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起卡接,蜂窝胶网3粘接于蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起之间。所述蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2均由玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维纺织制成。
所述蜂窝胶网3包括氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶,所述氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶的质量比为0.5:0.3:0.1:8.1。
一种本实施例提供的羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维复合纺织,得到蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2;其中,玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维先采用网络机进行三合一网络复合,接着采用络丝机、倍捻机加工形成网络复合加捻纱,最后采用三维纺织机纺织得到带有蜂窝面的蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2;
S2、按照比例将氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶混合搅拌,得到混合胶液;
S3、将混合胶液呈蜂窝状喷射于蜂窝里层2的蜂窝面上,喷射厚度为0.5mm,接着将蜂窝面层1铺设于混合胶液上,在蜂窝面层1与混合胶液贴合后,混合胶液粘接于蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2之间,再向上拉起蜂窝面层1,拉伸高度为0.1mm,混合胶液拉伸并经干燥后得到蜂窝胶网3,完成面料制备。
实施例2
如图2所示,该实施例提供一种具有蜂窝蓄热结构的银膜复合布料及其制备方法,其银膜复合布料及其制备步骤与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别在于:所述蜂窝面层1和蜂窝里层2的蜂窝面对称设置,蜂窝胶网3粘接于相互对称的蜂窝凸起之间。
实施例3
该实施例提供一种具有蜂窝蓄热结构的银膜复合布料及其制备方法,其银膜复合布料及其制备步骤与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别在于:所述氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶的质量比为0.75:0.25:0.15:8.85;混合胶液喷射于蜂窝面上的喷射厚度为0.7mm,蜂窝面层11斜向上拉伸的垂直高度为0.5mm。
实施例4
该实施例提供一种具有蜂窝蓄热结构的银膜复合布料及其制备方法,其银膜复合布料及其制备步骤与实施例1基本相同,唯一区别在于:所述氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶的质量比为1:0.2:0.2:8.6;混合胶液喷射于蜂窝面上的喷射厚度为1mm,蜂窝面层11斜向上拉伸的垂直高度为1mm。
对比例1
该对比例提供一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料及其制备方法,其蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料及其制备步骤与实施例3基本相同,唯一区别在于:蜂窝胶网3中未添加纳米陶瓷粉。
对比例2
该对比例提供一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料及其制备方法,其蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料及其制备步骤与实施例3基本相同,唯一区别在于:蜂窝胶网3中未添加碳纳米管纤维。
将实施例1-3制得的羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料进行性能测试,实验结果如下表所示:
从上表可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制得的羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料在合适高度蜂窝胶网的支撑下以及碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉的组合添加下,形成三维立体蓄热空间,所制得面料表现出良好的蓄热抗寒效果和透气透湿效果。

Claims (4)
1.一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法用于制备一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料,该面料包括蜂窝面层(1)、蜂窝里层(2)、粘接于蜂窝面层(1)和蜂窝里层(2)之间的蜂窝胶网(3);
所述蜂窝面层(1)和蜂窝里层(2)相互靠近的一侧表面均为蜂窝面,相互远离的一侧表面为平面,所述蜂窝面包括蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起;
所述蜂窝面层(1)和蜂窝里层(2)的蜂窝面通过蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起卡接,蜂窝胶网(3)粘接于蜂窝槽和蜂窝凸起之间;
该方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维复合纺织,得到蜂窝面层(1)和蜂窝里层(2);
S2、按照比例将氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶混合搅拌,得到混合胶液;
S3、将混合胶液呈蜂窝状喷射于蜂窝里层(2)的蜂窝面上,接着将蜂窝面层(1)铺设于混合胶液上,在蜂窝面层(1)与混合胶液贴合后,混合胶液粘接于蜂窝面层(1)和蜂窝里层(2)之间,再向上拉起蜂窝面层(1),混合胶液拉伸并经干燥后得到蜂窝胶网(3),完成面料制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料的制备方法,所述蜂窝胶网(3)包括氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶,所述氨纶弹性纤维、碳纳米管纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、聚合物乳胶的质量比为0.5-1:0.2-0.3:0.1-0.2:8-9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,玉米生物基纤维、中空聚酯纤维、Xw-ele导电纤维先采用网络机进行三合一网络复合,接着采用络丝机、倍捻机加工形成网络复合加捻纱,最后采用三维纺织机纺织得到带有蜂窝面的蜂窝面层(1)和蜂窝里层(2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种羽绒服的蜂窝3D热能蓄热面料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中,混合胶液喷射于蜂窝面上的喷射厚度为0.5-1mm,蜂窝面层(1)向上拉伸高度为0.1-1mm。
