Abstract
The invention discloses a clamp for milling thin-wall disc type workpieces which are axially overlapped and distributed, which comprises a clamp main body and an annular sealing strip, wherein the clamp main body is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves; the clamp main body comprises a working table plate, a circular positioning groove and an open groove are formed in the working table plate, the circular positioning groove is formed by sinking of the end face of the working table plate, the open groove extends linearly from the circle center of the circular positioning groove to the edge, the open groove penetrates through the working table plate along the thickness direction of the working table plate, and a sealing groove for placing the annular sealing strip is formed in the circular positioning groove; the invention has simple structure, safety and reliability; aiming at the characteristic of poor rigidity of a thin workpiece, the clamping device realizes plain, solid and reliable clamping, and effectively meets the design requirements of the workpiece such as axial dimension precision and the like; the device can realize the quick installation of the thin ring workpiece, improves the processing efficiency, and has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of milling, clamping and positioning, in particular to a fixture for milling thin-wall disc workpieces which are distributed in an axially overlapped mode.
Background
In the numerical control milling process, thin-wall disc type parts are common machining types. However, in some thin-wall disk type parts, the thin-wall disks are distributed in an axially overlapped manner. When the parts are milled, a platform type mode is often adopted, and the pressing plates are additionally arranged on the periphery for fixing. The disadvantages are that: clamping is complicated, and the time for fastening a press plate screw is long; when the end surface is processed, the processing requirement is difficult to ensure because the plate material is too thin; if each clamping point around the part can not obtain uniform pressure, namely pressing force, cutting force is concentrated on a plurality of clamping points during cutting processing, so that the part is deformed after being processed, and the part is processed and scrapped.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the inventors of the present invention have finally obtained the present invention through a long period of research and practice.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical defects, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the fixture for milling the thin-wall disc type workpieces which are axially overlapped and distributed comprises a fixture main body and an annular sealing strip; the fixture body comprises a working table plate, wherein a circular positioning groove and an open groove are formed in the working table plate, the end face of the working table plate is sunk to form the circular positioning groove, the open groove extends from the circle center of the circular positioning groove to the edge in a straight line mode, the open groove penetrates through the working table plate in the thickness direction of the working table plate, and a sealing groove used for containing the annular sealing strip is formed in the circular positioning groove.

Preferably, a threaded hole and a unthreaded hole are formed in the working table plate, one end of the threaded hole is formed in the side end face of the working table plate, the other end of the threaded hole is communicated with the unthreaded hole, one end of the unthreaded hole is communicated with the sealed air passage, and the other end of the unthreaded hole is communicated with the threaded hole.

The opening groove 3 extends from the circle center of the circular positioning groove 4 to the edge in a straight line, the opening groove 3 penetrates through the workbench plate along the thickness direction of the workbench plate, and the opening groove 3 is used for avoiding a central circular shaft of a disc part.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a structural view of the annular sealing strip; be provided with in circular constant head tank 4 and be used for placing annular sealing strip 2's seal groove 5, seal groove 5 includes major arc section, small circle arc section and straightway, the major arc section is followed circular constant head tank 4 circular arc edge sets up, small circle arc section is in 4 centre of a circle positions of circular constant head tank are followed 5 circular arc tip edges of open slot set up, the straightway is followed 3 sharp extended edges of open slot set up, the both ends of major arc section are respectively through one the straightway with the both ends of small circle arc section are connected.

And a sealing air passage 6 is arranged in the sealing groove 5, and the sealing air passage 6 is used for forming a sealed vacuum space with a part plane to generate negative pressure so as to obtain the clamping adsorption force of the part.

A threaded hole 8 and a unthreaded hole 7 are formed in the working table plate, one end of the threaded hole 8 is arranged on the side end face of the working table plate, the other end of the threaded hole 8 is communicated with the unthreaded hole 7, one end of the unthreaded hole 7 is communicated with the sealed air passage 6, and the other end of the unthreaded hole is communicated with the threaded hole 8.

A clamp for milling thin-wall disc type workpieces which are distributed in an axially overlapped mode is characterized by comprising a clamp body and an annular sealing strip; the fixture body comprises a working table plate, wherein a circular positioning groove and an open groove are formed in the working table plate, the end face of the working table plate is sunk to form the circular positioning groove, the open groove extends from the circle center of the circular positioning groove to the edge in a straight line mode, the open groove penetrates through the working table plate in the thickness direction of the working table plate, and a sealing groove used for containing the annular sealing strip is formed in the circular positioning groove.
