the lateral supporting seat is provided with a plurality of and respectively fixedly mounted on the longitudinal support, the lateral supporting seat on the longitudinal support is just opposite to the arrangement, the lateral supporting seat is just opposite to the arrangement of the lining template and is positioned at the outer side of the lining template, the pressing assembly is mounted on the lateral supporting seat, and the reference block is provided with a plurality of and respectively fixedly mounted at the lower end of the longitudinal support.
The transverse support and the longitudinal support, the lining template and the longitudinal support, the reference block and the longitudinal support, and the lateral support seat and the longitudinal support are all connected by welding.
And the transverse support and the longitudinal support are both hollow rectangular section steel.
The pressing assembly comprises a bolt hole arranged on the lateral support seat, and a fastening bolt is screwed in the bolt hole in a matched mode.

The transverse support and the longitudinal support, the lining template and the longitudinal support, the reference block and the longitudinal support, and the lateral support seat and the longitudinal support are all connected by welding.
And the transverse support and the longitudinal support are both hollow rectangular section steel.
The pressing assembly comprises a bolt hole arranged on the lateral support seat, and a fastening bolt 4 is screwed in the bolt hole in a matched mode.

After the transverse support 1, the reference block 2, the longitudinal support 3 and the lining template 6 are welded into a whole, one side of the reference block 2 is processed, the bottom of the reference block 2 is processed to form a reference surface, and therefore the lining template is guaranteed to have a fixed and uniform reference surface during processing. After the datum plane on the datum block 2 is machined, the lining template 6 is machined, and the shape of the lining template is mainly machined to be consistent with the shape of the inner cavity of the supporting framework 7, so that the lining template is convenient to install, weld and position.
After the machining is finished, the lateral supporting seats 5 are respectively welded and longitudinally supported on the two sides of the upper portion, the top pressing fixing effect of the side plates of the supporting framework 7 is achieved through the fastening of the fastening bolts 4, the welding positioning of all groups of welding pieces of the supporting framework 7 is guaranteed by the appearance of the lining template 6, and the positioning auxiliary welding of the supporting framework 7 is achieved.
The positioning welding auxiliary tool of the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in positioning in the assembling and welding process, no complicated positioning and checking process, high assembling and welding efficiency, capability of greatly improving the welding quality and same implementation effect on products of the same type. Compared with the welding of a long and thin component without adopting a positioning welding auxiliary tool, the welding device has the advantages that the irreversible component deformation risk caused by welding deformation can be reduced, the shape correction work caused by welding deformation is greatly reduced, the welding time is saved, the material loss and the economic loss risk are reduced, the welding device can be formed at one time, the repeated utilization is realized, and the welding device is more suitable for quick batch production.
