Abstract
The invention discloses a quick positioning fixture for machining arc surfaces of a plurality of workpieces, which comprises an installation part, wherein the installation part is provided with a plurality of clamping parts around the same circumference of a set center, and the clamping parts are used for clamping the workpieces and enabling the ends to be machined of the workpieces to face the set center. The invention adopting the structure can install the workpieces by utilizing the clamping part, and the workpieces are distributed around the set center, only the installation part needs to be fixed on the rotating shaft of the lathe, so that the turning tool is aligned with the set center, and then the arc surface processing can be simultaneously carried out on the end parts of a plurality of workpieces by matching with the rotation of the rotating shaft and the feeding of the turning tool. Therefore, the invention can clamp a plurality of workpieces to be applied to the lathe for processing the arc surface at the same time, can effectively improve the production efficiency and solves the defects of the traditional structure or process.

Technical Field

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a rapid positioning fixture for processing a plurality of arc surfaces of a workpiece, including a mounting portion 100, the mounting portion 100 being provided with a plurality of clamping portions 200 around a set center on the same circumference, the clamping portions 200 being used for clamping the workpiece and making an end of the workpiece to be processed face the set center.
According to the invention with the structure, the clamping part 200 can be used for mounting the workpieces, the workpieces are distributed around the set center, the mounting part 100 is only required to be fixed on the rotating shaft of the lathe, so that the turning tool is aligned to the set center, and the arc surfaces of the end parts of the workpieces can be simultaneously machined by matching with the rotation of the rotating shaft and the feeding of the turning tool. Therefore, the invention can clamp a plurality of workpieces to be applied to the lathe for processing the arc surface at the same time, can effectively improve the production efficiency and solves the defects of the traditional structure or process.
In practical applications, the mounting portion 100 may be clamped by a three-jaw chuck on a lathe directly to be mounted on the lathe, or the mounting portion 100 may be provided with a connecting portion 300 coaxial with a set center, and the connecting portion 300 may be connected to a corresponding structure of the lathe, or the structure may be designed according to the lathe in practical applications, and is not limited thereto.
In order to accommodate different sizes of workpieces in view of their different dimensions, in some embodiments of the present invention, the clamping portion 200 is detachably disposed on the mounting portion 100 to facilitate replacement of the adapted clamping portion 200 according to the dimensions of the workpieces.
In order to improve the mounting accuracy of the clamping portion 200 and to improve the replacement efficiency, in some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting portion 100 is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves 101 along a radial direction with a set center as a center, and the clamping portion 200 is provided with a positioning protrusion engaged with the positioning grooves 101. When the replacement is carried out, the pre-positioning can be realized through the matching of the positioning groove 101 and the positioning convex part, and the installation efficiency is improved. This allows the workpiece to be quickly picked up and put down by opening and closing the pressure-bonding section 201.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the crimping portion 201 is rotatably connected to one side of the opening, and the other end is fixed to the other side of the opening by a locking portion 203 capable of being unlocked. Therefore, the opening can be quickly opened and closed only by controlling the locking part 203, and the workpiece can be taken and placed. The locking portion 203 may be implemented by a screw or other known structure in the art.
Because the workpiece is pressed outwards during turning, workpieces of the same size may have different length specifications, in some embodiments of the present invention, the clamping portion 200 is provided with an abutting portion at an end of the workpiece away from the setting center, the abutting portion is configured to abut against an end of the workpiece away from the setting center, and the abutting portion can be adjusted to move in a direction away from the setting center. The abutting part can be used for supporting the workpiece, so that the stability of the workpiece is ensured, and the situation that the workpiece is clamped unstably only under the compression fixation of the crimping part 201 is avoided. Meanwhile, the abutting part can be moved to adapt to workpieces with different length specifications, so that the application range is widened.
It is understood that the clip 200 can be directly replaced when the length is different and the outer diameter is different.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the clamping portion 200 is provided with a supporting seat, one end of the supporting seat near the set center is provided with a supporting plate, one end of the supporting seat far from the set center is provided with a butting plate 202, the butting portion includes a butting bolt 204 penetrating the butting plate 202, the installation cavity penetrates through the supporting plate, and the crimping portion 201 is installed on the supporting plate.
