The VR technology based sports training system and method of claim 1, wherein: the sports demand processing module (10) is used for analyzing the matched confrontation type sports games from the information storage module (7) according to the sports demand information, analyzing the matching degree between the confrontation type sports games and the house parameter information, if the matching degree is not smaller than a proper threshold value of the matching degree, generating game loading information for loading the confrontation type sports games to the VR device (6), and then loading and running the confrontation type sports games to the VR device (6) according to the game loading information and the information storage module (7) to construct virtual sports scenes and virtual confrontation opponents.

The VR technology based sports training system and method of claim 1, wherein: the game interaction processing module (11) is used for guiding the game posture information of the user collected through the camera (4) and the operating handle (5) into a virtual motion scene to interact with a virtual opponent in action.

The VR technology based sports training system and method of claim 1, wherein: the administrator editing module (12) can edit and design the development layer of the system after entering through an administrator key, and adjust codes of all modules and modules of the system and linked plug-ins according to needs.
8. The VR technology based sports training system and method of claim 1, wherein: the physical training comprises the following steps:

step five, game interaction processing: the game posture information of the user collected by the camera (4) and the operating handle (5) is imported into the virtual motion scene to perform action interaction with the virtual opponent.
