A disinfecting device applied to oral cavity dental pulp nursing comprises a box body (1), a box cover (2) and a clapboard (3); the box body (1) is of a hollow structure with an opening at the upper side, a box cover (2) is rotatably arranged at the opening end at the upper side of the box body (1) through a hinge, and the other side of the box cover (2) is fixedly connected with the right side wall of the box body (1) through a hasp; the interior of the box body (1) is sequentially provided with two clapboards (3) from top to bottom, and the interior of the box body (1) is divided into a containing cavity (4), a liquid storage cavity (5) and a processing cavity (6) through the two clapboards (3);
it is characterized in that it also comprises:
the collecting tank (7) is of a hollow structure with an opening at the upper side, movably penetrates through the front side wall of the tank body (1) and then is inserted into the processing cavity (6);
the first water pump (8), the first water pump (8) is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom surface of the liquid storage cavity (5) through a bracket; the first water pump (8) is connected with an external power supply, and the output end of the first water pump (8) is fixedly connected with a liquid guide hose (9);
the second water pump (10), the second water pump (10) is fixedly arranged on the inner top surface of the liquid storage cavity (5) through a bracket; the second water pump (10) is connected with an external power supply, a liquid outlet pipe (11) is fixedly connected to the output end of the second water pump (10), and the lower end of the liquid outlet pipe (11) penetrates through the partition plate (3) on the lower side and then extends to the opening end on the upper side of the collecting tank (7); the input end of the second water pump (10) is fixedly connected with a liquid inlet pipe (12);
the liquid inlet (13) is fixedly arranged on the partition plate (3) positioned on the upper side; the middle part of the liquid inlet (13) is rotatably provided with a sealing plug (14) through threads;
the head fixing mechanism (15), the said head fixing mechanism (15) is set up in one side of the container body (1);
the dental pulp disinfection mechanism (17) is arranged in the middle of the head fixing mechanism (15) and is connected with the end parts of the liquid guide hose (9) and the liquid inlet pipe (12);
the head fixing mechanism (15) comprises:
the middle part of the arc-shaped fixing plate (15-1) is provided with an adjusting groove (15-2);
the number of the connecting rings (15-3) is two, and the two connecting rings (15-3) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the arc-shaped fixing plate (15-1);
one end of the first binding belt (15-4) is fixedly connected with the connecting ring (15-3) positioned at the rear side, and the other end of the first binding belt (15-4) is fixedly connected with the connecting piece (15-5);
one end of the second bandage (15-6) is fixedly connected with the connecting ring (15-3) positioned on the front side, and the other end of the second bandage (15-6) is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the second bandage through a magic tape after penetrating through the connecting piece (15-5);
the chin rest groove (15-7) is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the arc-shaped fixing plate (15-1);
arranging an arc-shaped fixing plate (15-1) at the mouth of a patient, placing the chin of the patient in a chin placing groove (15-7), winding a first binding belt (15-4) and a second binding belt (15-6) on the head of the patient, and adjusting the tightness between the first binding belt (15-4) and the second binding belt (15-6) and the head of the patient by adjusting the position of the second binding belt (15-6) penetrating through a connecting piece (15-5);
ear hoops (16) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upper side surface of the connecting piece (15-5) in the front-back direction; the ear hoop (16) is hooked on the ear of a patient to further fix the head fixing mechanism (15);
the endodontic disinfecting mechanism (17) includes:
the outer side wall of the left end of the adjusting pipe (17-1) is fixedly sleeved with an adjusting handle (17-2), and the right end of the adjusting pipe (17-1) penetrates through the adjusting groove (15-2) and then extends to the inner side of the arc-shaped fixing plate (15-1); the left end of the adjusting pipe (17-1) is fixedly connected with the output end of the liquid guide hose (9); the adjusting pipe (17-1) is a metal hard pipe;
the liquid guide device comprises an arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3), wherein a liquid guide cavity (17-4) is formed in the middle of the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3), the right end of an adjusting pipe (17-1) is fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3), and the middle of the adjusting pipe (17-1) is communicated with the inside of the liquid guide cavity (17-4); tooth placing grooves (17-5) are symmetrically formed on the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3); a plurality of liquid guide holes (17-6) are formed in the inner side wall of the tooth placing groove (17-5) and the inner side wall of the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3), and the liquid guide holes (17-6) are communicated with the inside of the liquid guide cavity (17-4);
the liquid suction nozzles (17-7) are provided with a plurality of liquid suction nozzles (17-7) which are all fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the right end of the liquid inlet pipe (12), and the right end of the liquid inlet pipe (12) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner side wall of the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3) through a pipe clamp;
when oral cavity disinfection is carried out, the upper and lower teeth of a patient are embedded in the tooth placing groove (17-5), the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3) is bitten, disinfection liquid is conveyed to the inside of the liquid guide cavity (17-4) through the liquid guide hose (9), then the disinfection liquid enters the gums and the inside of the oral cavity through the liquid guide hole (17-6), the adjusting pipe (17-1) is driven to reciprocate in the adjusting groove (15-2) through the adjusting handle (17-2), the position of the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3) on the teeth is further adjusted, teeth at different positions are carefully cleaned, and in the disinfection process, the disinfection liquid in the oral cavity is sucked out through the liquid suction nozzle (17-7) to avoid splashing to the face of the patient;
the adjusting pipe (17-1) in the middle of the adjusting groove (15-2) is rotatably provided with a guide wheel (18) through a bearing, the guide wheel (18) is embedded in the adjusting groove (15-2) in a rolling manner, the guide wheel (18) prevents the adjusting pipe (17-1) from moving leftwards and rightwards in the adjusting groove (15-2), and meanwhile, the movement of the adjusting pipe (17-1) is guided; cleaning cloth (19) is arranged on the inner side wall of the tooth placing groove (17-5); when the arc-shaped elastic disinfection strip (17-3) moves on the teeth, the cleaning cloth (19) cleans the surfaces of the teeth;
when the device is transferred, the head fixing mechanism (15) and the dental pulp disinfection mechanism (17) are placed in the containing cavity (4) and are sealed by the box cover (2) for storage; when a patient uses the dental pulp disinfecting device, the sealing plug (14) is opened, disinfecting liquid is injected into the liquid storage cavity (5), then the sealing plug (14) is screwed, the patient installs the dental pulp disinfecting mechanism (17) in the oral cavity part through the head fixing mechanism (15), the first water pump (8) pumps the disinfecting liquid in the liquid storage cavity (5) to the inside of the dental pulp disinfecting mechanism (17) through the liquid guide hose (9), and the second water pump (10) pumps the disinfecting liquid in the oral cavity to the inside of the collecting tank (7) through the liquid inlet pipe (12) and the liquid outlet pipe (11) for collection and discharge.
