The contact mechanism 15 comprises a second sliding sleeve 151, a third sliding rod 152, a fifth spring 153, a fourth sliding rod 154, sliding blocks 155, a sixth spring 156, a second stay 157, rotating blocks 158 and seventh springs 159, wherein the second sliding sleeve 151 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the outer wall of the material containing frame 6, the third sliding rods 152 are slidably arranged in the two second sliding sleeves 151, the fifth spring 153 is wound on the third sliding rod 152 and connected between the third sliding rod 152 and the second sliding sleeve 151, the fourth sliding rods 154 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper portion of the material containing frame 2, the sliding blocks 155 are respectively slidably arranged on the two fourth sliding rods 154, the sixth spring 156 is wound on the fourth sliding rod 154 and connected between the sliding blocks 155 and the material containing frame 2, the second stay 157 is connected between the fifth bracket 141 on the same side and the third sliding rod 152, the rotating blocks 158 are respectively rotatably arranged on the inner sides of the two sliding blocks 155, the seventh springs 159 are respectively wound on the front side and the rear side of the rotating blocks 158, the seventh springs are connected between the sliding blocks 155 and the rotating blocks 158 on the same side, and the third sliding blocks 158 are matched with the rotating blocks on the same side.

When the fluidity of the sterilizing water needs to be quickened, a worker rotates the third rotating shaft 162, the third rotating shaft 162 drives the second cone gear set 164 to rotate, so that the stirring rod 163 is driven to rotate, the stirring rod 163 rotates to drive the sterilizing water to rotate, the fluidity of the sterilizing water is quickened, the quick sterilizing work of the instrument is realized, and when the fluidity of the sterilizing water does not need to be quickened, the worker stops rotating the third rotating shaft 162.

a screw cap (10), wherein the screw cap (10) is arranged on the discharging pipe (9) in a screw manner;
the pushing mechanism (11) is connected between the lower parts of the material storage frame (2) and the material containing frame (6), and the pushing mechanism (11) is arranged between the material storage frame and the material containing frame;
the pulling mechanism (12) is connected between the upper parts of the storage frame (2) and the material containing frame (6), and the pulling mechanism (12) is matched with the pushing mechanism (11);
the pushing mechanism (11) comprises:
the lower part of the storage frame (2) is provided with a first bracket (111);
a motor (112), the motor (112) being mounted on the first bracket (111);
a first rotating shaft (113), wherein the output shaft of the motor (112) is provided with the first rotating shaft (113);
a cam (114), wherein the cam (114) is arranged at the lower part of the first rotating shaft (113);
the pushing block (115) is arranged at the lower side of the storage frame (2) in a sliding way, the pushing block (115) is matched with the cam (114), and the pushing block (115) is connected with the material containing frame (6);
the third spring (116) is wound on the pushing block (115), and the third spring (116) is connected between the storage frame (2) and the pushing block (115);
the pulling mechanism (12) comprises:
the second brackets (121) are arranged at the two parts of the upper side of the storage frame (2);
the fixing blocks (122) are arranged at the two parts of the upper side of the material containing frame (6);
the third brackets (123) are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the middle part of the material storage frame (2);
the rotating seat (124) is arranged at the upper part of the middle part of the material storage frame (2);
a rotating block (125), wherein the rotating block (125) is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat (124);
the upper parts of the two third brackets (123) are respectively provided with a second rotating shaft (126) in a rotating way;
the first bevel gear group (127) is connected between the inner sides of the two second rotating shafts (126) and the top of the rotating block (125);
the upper parts of the two second brackets (121) are respectively provided with a first reel (128) in a rotating way;
the second reel (129) is arranged outside the two second rotating shafts (126);
a first stay rope (1210) is connected between the second reel (129) on the same side and the fixed block (122) on the same side, and the first stay rope (1210) on the same side bypasses the first reel (128) on the same side;
the wedge block (1211), the upper portion of the rotary block (125) is slidably provided with the wedge block (1211);
and a fourth spring (1212), wherein the fourth spring (1212) is connected between the wedge block (1211) and the rotating block (125), and the wedge block (1211) is matched with the first rotating shaft (113).

the fifth support (141) is rotatably arranged on the two second sliding rods (5);
the torsion spring (142) is wound on the second sliding rod (5), and the torsion spring (142) is connected between the second sliding rod (5) and the fifth bracket (141);
the sponge blocks (143) are arranged on the upper parts of the inner sides of the two fifth brackets (141).
