本发明涉及一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液及其制备方法,成分包括:氯溴异氰尿酸粉末、稳定剂、增稠剂、去离子水、pH调节剂。制备方法包括以下步骤:1)制作消毒液;2)加入稳定剂;3)调节pH。本发明优点在于:原料清晰,制备简单,制得的消毒液无毒性,能够杀死空气中或者家具表面的所有病菌,对环境不会造成二次污染,对人畜无害,对疫情防控和组断病毒痛菌传播源有很好的帮助。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒剂制备技术领域,具体是指一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
消毒液大致分为以下几种:氧化类、醛类、酚类、醇类、碱、盐类、卤素类、表面活性剂类。其中日常用得较多的要属氧化类、碱、盐类和表面活性剂类。氧化类:杀菌机理是释放出新生态原子氧、氧化菌体中的活性基团;杀菌特点是作用快而强,能杀死所有微生物,包括细菌芽抱、病毒。以表面消毒为主,如二氧化氯、双氧水、臭氧等,该类消毒剂为灭菌剂。碱、盐类:杀菌机理是使蛋白变性、沉淀或溶解;杀菌特点是能杀死细菌繁殖体,但不能杀死细菌芽抱、病毒和一些难杀死的微生物。杀菌作用弱,有强腐蚀性,如硝酸、火碱、食盐等。只能作为一般性预防消毒液。表面活性剂类:杀菌机理是改变细胞膜透性,使细胞质外漏,防碍呼吸或使蛋白酶变性。杀菌特点是能杀死细菌繁殖体,但对芽抱、真菌、病毒、结核病菌作用差。碱性、中性条件下效果好。
因此,一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液及其制备方法亟待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液,其包括以下重量份的成分:氯溴异氰尿酸粉末5-20份,稳定剂2-5份,增稠剂1-4份,去离子水20-80份,pH调节剂。
作为一种优选方案,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)制作消毒液:称取去离子水,在去离子水中加入氯溴异氰尿酸粉末,边缓慢加入边搅拌溶解,制备成消毒液备用;
2)加入稳定剂:在上述消毒液中加入稳定剂和增稠剂;
3)调节pH:在上述溶液中加入pH调节剂。
作为一种优选方案,所述步骤1)中搅拌速度为每min5-10转。
作为一种优选方案,所述步骤3)中调节的pH值为5.6~7.8。
本发明优点在于:原料清晰,制备简单,制得的消毒液无毒性,能够杀死空气中或者家具表面的所有病菌,对环境不会造成二次污染,对人畜无害,对疫情防控和组断病毒痛菌传播源有很好的帮助。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液,其包括以下重量份的成分:氯溴异氰尿酸粉末5份,稳定剂2份,增稠剂1份,去离子水80份,柠檬酸。
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)制作消毒液:称取去离子水,在去离子水中加入氯溴异氰尿酸粉末,边缓慢加入边搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为每min5转,制备成消毒液备用;
2)加入稳定剂:在上述消毒液中加入稳定剂和增稠剂;
3)调节pH:在上述溶液中加入pH调节剂,调节pH值至5.6。
实施例2
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液,其包括以下重量份的成分:氯溴异氰尿酸粉末20份,稳定剂5份,增稠剂4份,去离子水20份,柠檬酸。
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)制作消毒液:称取去离子水,在去离子水中加入氯溴异氰尿酸粉末,边缓慢加入边搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为每min10转,制备成消毒液备用;
2)加入稳定剂:在上述消毒液中加入稳定剂和增稠剂;
3)调节pH:在上述溶液中加入pH调节剂,调节pH值至7.8。
实施例3
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液,其包括以下重量份的成分:氯溴异氰尿酸粉末12份,稳定剂3份,增稠剂2份,去离子水50份,柠檬酸。
一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)制作消毒液:称取去离子水,在去离子水中加入氯溴异氰尿酸粉末,边缓慢加入边搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为每min8转,制备成消毒液备用;
2)加入稳定剂:在上述消毒液中加入稳定剂和增稠剂;
3)调节pH:在上述溶液中加入pH调节剂,调节pH值至6.8。
具体实施方式:其中氯溴异氰尿酸粉末为“星任牌”。准确称取去离子水20-80份,再准确称取“星任牌”氯溴异氰尿酸粉末5-20份粉末边缓缓搅拌边缓慢加入,搅拌速度为每min5-10转待完全溶解,制成无毒消毒液溶液,然后加2-5份的稳定剂和酸碱调节剂pH值为5.6至7.8,即制得一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液。
制得的消毒液无毒性,能够杀死空气中或者家具表面的所有病菌,对环境不会造成二次污染,对人畜无害,对疫情防控和组断病毒痛菌传播源有很好的帮助。

1.一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液,其特征在于,其包括以下重量份的成分:氯溴异氰尿酸粉末5-20份,稳定剂2-5份,增稠剂1-4份,去离子水20-80份,pH调节剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
3.一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)制作消毒液:称取去离子水,在去离子水中加入氯溴异氰尿酸粉末,边缓慢加入边搅拌溶解,制备成消毒液备用;
2)加入稳定剂:在上述消毒液中加入稳定剂和增稠剂;
3)调节pH:在上述溶液中加入pH调节剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中搅拌速度为每min5-10转。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种无毒无刺激环境毒消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中调节的pH值为5.6~7.8。
