The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the electric appliance box a is mounted on the top of the inner space of the cabinet 7.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the electric box a in fig. 1. The electrical box comprises a housing 1, wherein the housing 1 comprises an upper panel 13 at the top, a lower panel 14 at the bottom (as shown in fig. 3), a control panel 5 at the front side, and a heating mechanism 2, a disinfecting mechanism 3 and an illuminating mechanism 4 which are arranged inside.
The control board 5 is used for touch control operation, such as inputting instructions to control the heating temperature of the heating mechanism 2, control the brightness of the illuminating mechanism 4, and control the disinfection time of the disinfecting mechanism 3.
The heating mechanism 2 includes a fan 21 (see fig. 2, 4) and a heating member 22 (see fig. 3). The fan 21 and the heating member 22 are connected together, the fan 21 is used for inducing air, and the heating member 22 is used for heating air. The heating member 22 in this example is a PTC heating plate. As shown in fig. 3, the heating member 22 is formed in a grid shape to guide air. As shown in fig. 2, an air inlet 11 is formed in the upper panel 13; referring to fig. 3, an air outlet 12 is opened in the lower panel 14. The upper end and the lower end of the heating mechanism 2 are respectively connected with the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12. The heating element 22 of the embodiment is used for heating the air in the cabinet body 7 to 65-70 ℃ so as to rapidly dry the articles in the cabinet body 7.
Because the heating mechanism 2 is connected with the upper panel 13 and the lower panel 14, the opening in the upper panel 13 is used as an air inlet, and the opening in the lower panel 14 is used for making an air outlet, the thickness of the electrical box (i.e. the distance between the upper panel 13 and the lower panel 14) can be reduced to 40-50 mm, and thus, the electrical box does not occupy too much space inside the cabinet body 7.
As shown in fig. 4, a disinfection mechanism 3 is further disposed in the housing 1, and the disinfection mechanism 3 adopts an illumination disinfection member for performing illumination disinfection on air in the cabinet 7. The disinfection mechanism 3 of the embodiment adopts an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, and has the advantages of cleanness and no odor. As shown in fig. 3, a sterilization opening 141 is formed in the lower panel 14, and the sterilization mechanism 3 is embedded in the sterilization opening 141 and irradiates ultraviolet rays to the outside.
As shown in fig. 4, an illumination mechanism 4 is further disposed in the housing 1, and the illumination mechanism 4 is an LED lamp for illuminating the space in the cabinet 7 (see fig. 1). As shown in fig. 3, the lower panel 14 further has an illumination opening 142 formed therein, and the illumination opening 142 is used for light to pass through.
Although the illumination means 4 and the sterilization means 3 are provided inside the housing 1 in this example, the illumination means 4 and the sterilization means 3 may be provided outside the housing 1 because the illumination means 4 and the sterilization means 3 occupy little space.
Referring to fig. 4, a circuit board 6 is disposed in the housing 1, and the circuit board 6 is used for providing power and control commands for the sterilizing mechanism 3, the illuminating mechanism 4 and the heating mechanism 2. The output end of the circuit board 6 is electrically connected with the disinfection mechanism 3, the illumination mechanism 4 and the heating mechanism 2, and the input end of the circuit board 6 is electrically connected with the control board 5 to receive a control instruction.
As shown in fig. 1, the electrical box a is mounted on the top of the cabinet 7. The top of the cabinet body 7 is also provided with a clapboard 9. The partition 9 is located above the appliance box a and the partition 9 gives way to an air inlet 11 in an upper panel 13 of the appliance box a (see fig. 2). The partition board 9 can be used as an attachment point of the electrical box A, that is, the electrical box A can be connected to the partition board 9, and the partition board 9 also leaves a certain space above the electrical box A, so that sufficient space is reserved above the air inlet 11, and air can conveniently and smoothly enter the air inlet 11. The electrical box of this example occupies the entire width of the space within the cabinet 7. As shown in fig. 1, when the heating mechanism in the electrical box is turned on, the air in the cabinet 7 passes through the electrical box from the rear side of the electrical box (i.e. the side close to the power supply mechanism 8) upwards, enters the upper side of the electrical box, immediately enters the air inlet 11 (see fig. 2), and is blown out downwards from the air outlet 12 (see fig. 3), so that the air in the cabinet 7 forms a circulating flow, and the air passes through the heating mechanism 2 for multiple times in the flowing process until the air is heated to a predetermined temperature (65-70 ℃), so that the moisture on the surface of the articles in the cabinet 7 is dried quickly.
Through the top with the electrical apparatus box setting in the cupboard, set up heating mechanism 2, disinfection mechanism 3 and lighting mechanism 4 in the electrical apparatus box, realize drying, disinfecting, the illumination in the cabinet body 7, richened the function of cupboard.
As shown in fig. 1, a power supply mechanism 8 is further disposed in the cabinet 7, and the power supply mechanism 8 supplies power to the electrical box a. The power supply mechanism 8 includes a power supply line 81, a casing 82, and an electric wire provided inside the casing 82. As shown in fig. 6, the casing 82 is a tubular body having an inner cavity provided at both ends with a female connector 83 and a male connector 84. As shown in fig. 7, a sliding groove 821 is formed in the casing 82, and both the female connector 83 and the male connector 84 are slidably disposed in the sliding groove 821. In this way, the female connector 83 and the male connector 84 can be retracted into the casing 82. Although the sliding groove 821 in this example extends the entire length of the casing 82, the sliding groove 821 may be a small segment provided at each end of the casing 82.
As shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a sectional view B-B of fig. 6, and the inside of the female connector 83 is connected to the connection plate 88. The connecting plate 88 is an L-shaped plate having two arms, one arm of the connecting plate 88 is connected to the female connector 83, the other arm is attached to the bottom wall of the casing 82, the adjusting bolt 85 passes through the sliding groove 821 from bottom to top and is in threaded connection with the connecting plate 88, the connecting plate 88 can be fixed on the casing 82 by tightening the adjusting bolt 85, and the connecting plate 88 cannot slide in the sliding groove 821. Two rib plates 89 are further provided on the bottom wall of the casing 82, and the rib plates 89 stand on the bottom wall and extend along the sliding grooves 821. Two gusset 89 set up parallelly, form the guide way between gusset 89, and connecting plate 88 slides in this guide way, because the spacing of both sides gusset 89, connecting plate 88 can not take place rotatoryly at the in-process that slides. The rib plates 89 may also improve the strength of the bottom wall of the casing 82.
As shown in fig. 8, a wire (located in the spring 87) is connected between the female connector 83 and the male connector 84. An output connector 86 is provided on the front side wall of the casing 82, and the output connector 86 is electrically connected to an electric wire. The female connector 83 is connected to the power cord 81 (see fig. 1) and directs electricity to the male connector 84 and the output connector 86. As shown in fig. 1, the output connector 86 supplies power to the electrical box a after being connected to the electrical box a. Referring to fig. 5, the male connector 84 is adapted to be connected to the female connector 83 of the adjacent power supply mechanism 8 so that a plurality of power supply mechanisms 8 are connected in series, sharing one power supply line 81.
A spring 87 is connected between the female connector 83 and the male connector 84, and the spring 87 urges the female connector 83 and the male connector 84 to extend outward. Although one spring 87 is provided in this example, two springs may be provided inside the female connector 83 and the male connector 84, respectively.
In the power supply mechanism of this embodiment, the electric wire is incorporated in the casing 82, and the appearance is neat and beautiful. And a plurality of cabinets 7 can be allowed to be placed in parallel, when the cabinets are placed in parallel, adjacent power supply mechanisms can be connected, and at this time, one power line 81 is used for supplying power to all the cabinets 7.
