Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the examples below do not represent all embodiments consistent with the application. Merely exemplary of systems and methods consistent with aspects of the application as set forth in the claims.
The electronic device in the embodiment of the application can be a device with a display unit, including but not limited to a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted device and the like. The display unit may be used to receive entered numeric or character information, generate signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the electronic device, and in particular, may be used to collect touch operations of a user on or near the display unit, such as clicking buttons, dragging scroll boxes, and the like. The display unit may also be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user, a graphical user interface (graphical user interface, GUI) of various menus of the electronic device, and the like. Specifically, the display unit may include a display screen disposed on the front surface of the electronic device. The electronic device can display a corresponding picture on the display screen based on the internal electric signal.
The display screens of electronic devices are generally divided into two types according to the bending degree of the screen edge, namely a straight display screen and a curved display screen. The curved display screen is made of flexible materials, and compared with a straight display screen, the curved display screen has the advantages of small thickness, good elasticity, light weight, low power consumption and the like, and is widely applied to electronic equipment.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a conventional curved screen mobile phone, and fig. 2 is a schematic sectional structural diagram of a conventional curved screen mobile phone. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the curved screen mobile phone may include a screen module 1 and a rear cover 2, where the screen module 1 and the rear cover 2 are fastened and connected. The screen module 1 includes a cover plate 3, and a display panel 4 disposed on a side of the cover plate 3 facing the rear cover 2. The edge of the cover plate 3 is bent towards the back cover 2 by a certain angle, for example, the angle can be smaller than 90 degrees as shown in fig. 3, so that the edge of the screen module 1 presents a small-curvature curved surface shape; the angle may be greater than 90 ° as shown in fig. 4, so that the edge of the screen module 1 may exhibit a curved shape with a large curvature. The edge of the rear cover 2 is bent to a certain angle in the direction of the cover plate 3 and is butted with the edge of the cover plate 3.
It should be noted that, the larger the bending angle of the edge of the cover plate 3 of the curved screen mobile phone with a small curvature form or the curved screen mobile phone with a large curvature form, the smaller the bending angle of the edge of the rear cover 2 should be in order to ensure the suitability of the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2, the smaller the supporting effect of the rear cover 2 on the cover plate 3 should be, so that the edge of the cover plate 3 is easy to be damaged, and in order not to expose the devices inside the curved screen mobile phone, the cover plate 3 is required to be in butt joint with the rear cover 2 to form a sealed cavity, so that the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2 are required to have high suitability, and the higher requirements are also put forward on the operation when the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2 are connected, so that the assembly efficiency is reduced.
In order to improve the adaptability of the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2, make the assembly structure of the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2 more reasonable, and improve the assembly efficiency, some embodiments of the present application provide an electronic device, and fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of the first electronic device, and as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device includes a screen module 1 and the rear cover 2, and the screen module 1 and the rear cover 2 are connected in a sealed manner. The screen module 1 is used for displaying images, videos and the like. The screen module 1 comprises a display panel 4 and a cover plate 3, wherein the display panel 4 is bendable, and the display panel 4 is attached to the surface of the cover plate 3, which is close to one side of the rear cover 2. The display panel may employ a liquid crystal display (liquid crystal display, LCD), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), an active-matrix organic light emitting diode or active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED), a flex light-emitting diode (FLED), a quantum dot light-emitting diode (quantum dot light emitting diodes, QLED), or the like. In some embodiments, the electronic device may include 1 or N display panels 4, N being a positive integer greater than 1. The cover plate 3 is made of transparent materials, such as tempered glass, acrylic (polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA) and the like, and is used for protecting the display panel 4.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 6, the edge of the cover plate 3 is provided with a first bending part 31, the first bending part 31 is bent toward the rear cover 2, and the edge of the display panel 4 is bent along with the first bending part 31, so that an image can be displayed in a region on the first bending part 31 where the display panel 4 is distributed; the edge of the first bending part 31 is provided with a first folded edge 32, and the first folded edge 32 extends a certain distance towards the center direction of the electronic equipment to form a first abutting surface 321 facing the rear cover 2; the edge of the rear cover 2 is provided with a second bending part 21, the second bending part 21 bends towards the cover plate 3, the edge of the second bending part 21 is provided with a second folded edge 22, the second folded edge 22 extends a certain distance towards the center direction of the electronic equipment to form a second butt joint surface 221 facing the first butt joint surface 321, the first butt joint surface 321 is in sealing connection with the second butt joint surface 221 to form a hollow cavity, a microphone, a loudspeaker, a battery, a processor, a memory and other devices can be contained in the cavity, and a plurality of supports can be contained in the cavity for fixing all the devices of the electronic equipment and supporting the screen module 1.
More specifically, the first abutting surface 321 and the second abutting surface 221 are both planar, and can be directly connected by bonding, welding, clamping and other technological methods. Compared with the conventional manner of connecting the edges of the first curved portion 31 and the second curved portion 21, the embodiment of the application increases the contact area of the connection portion between the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2 through the connection of the first abutting surface 321 and the second abutting surface 221, so that the connection between the cover plate 3 and the rear cover 2 is more stable. In addition, since the arrangement of the first flange 32 and the second flange 22 is not affected by the bending radians of the first bending portion 31 and the second bending portion 21, the bending angle of the screen module 1 of the electronic device with the flange structure can be set in the range of 90 ° to 180 ° according to actual needs, and the problem that the electronic device is difficult to assemble with the rear cover when the bending angle of the screen module 1 exceeds 90 ° in the prior art is solved. In addition, the electronic equipment with the bending angle of the screen module 1 smaller than 90 degrees can also adopt the flanging structure, so that the connection area of the connection part of the screen module 1 and the rear cover 2 can be increased, and the connection between the screen module 1 and the rear cover 2 is more stable and reliable.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first abutting surface 321 is a concave surface, the second abutting surface 221 is a plane surface, a groove portion 33 is formed in a recess of the first abutting surface 321, an adhesive 6 is disposed in the groove portion 33, and the first abutting surface 321 and the second abutting surface 221 are connected in a sealing manner through the adhesive 6 in the groove portion 33.
In one implementation, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the second abutting surface 221 is a concave surface, the first abutting surface 321 is a plane surface, a groove portion 33 is formed in a recess of the second abutting surface 221, an adhesive 6 is disposed in the groove portion 33, and the first abutting surface 321 and the second abutting surface 221 are connected in a sealing manner through the adhesive 6 in the groove portion 33.
In one implementation, the first docking surface 321 and the second docking surface 221 are both concave, and in particular, reference may be made to the above two implementations in which only the first docking surface 321 is concave and only the second docking surface 221 is concave, so that no further description is given.
It should be noted that, the implementation manner that only the first abutting surface 321 is a concave surface, only the second abutting surface 221 is a concave surface, and both the first abutting surface 321 and the second abutting surface 221 are concave surfaces may make the electronic device lighter and thinner, and form a smooth transition at the junction of the first bending portion 31 and the second bending portion 21, so as to improve the aesthetic appearance and the use feel of the electronic device.
Fig. 11 and fig. 12 are detailed views of a second structure of an electronic device and a bonding portion thereof according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, in one implementation manner, the electronic device may further include an intermediate layer 5, where the intermediate layer 5 may be made of a rigid material such as a metal sheet or plastic by a numerical control (computerized numerical control, CNC) process or an injection molding process, and the intermediate layer 5 is in a plate structure, and is located between the screen module 1 and the rear cover 2, and an edge of the intermediate layer 5 extends between the first abutting surface 321 and the second abutting surface 221 to form a first connecting surface 51 facing the first abutting surface 321 and a second connecting surface 52 facing the second abutting surface 221, where the first connecting surface 51 is in sealing connection with the first abutting surface 321, and the second connecting surface 52 is in sealing connection with the second abutting surface 221. The surface of the middle interlayer 5 near the display panel 4 is also provided with a limiting column 55 for limiting the position of the middle interlayer 5.
Specifically, the first connection surface 51 and the first butt surface 321 may be connected in a sealing manner by a process method such as bonding, welding, or clamping, and the second connection surface 52 and the second butt surface 221 may be connected in a sealing manner by a process method such as bonding, welding, or clamping. The intermediate layer 5 thus divides the cavity inside the electronic device into a first space 53 and a second space 54 for isolating certain components inside the electronic device. For example, an antenna is usually disposed in the electronic device, during the operation of the electronic device, the antenna generates electromagnetic waves, and if the antenna and some devices are located in the same narrow space, the antenna will cause electromagnetic wave interference to the devices, so that the operation performance of the devices is reduced, therefore, the antenna and the devices that are not easily interfered by the antenna may be disposed in the first space 53, and other devices that are easily interfered by the antenna may be disposed in the second space 54.

More specifically, the sealing ring 7 can be made of rubber material, and because the rubber material has elasticity, the sealing ring 7 made of rubber material can be better attached to the adjacent rubber line, so that the tightness between the rubber line and the sealing ring 7 is improved.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 18 and 19, the first abutment surface 321 is concave, forming a recess 33, and the recess 33 on the first abutment surface 321 has a depth in a direction away from the second abutment surface 221.
