if so, transferring out the resources from the common resource account to perform resource settlement processing of the resource settlement information;
if not, determining that the account participant corresponding to the participant identification does not have the settlement permission for the resource settlement request.

In addition, if the residual institution resources in the common resource account are smaller than the resource settlement amount carried in the resource settlement request, the resource settlement can be carried out from the credit granting settlement channel.
In order to facilitate the institution to reconcile consumed resources and improve convenience of checking bills by institution members, institution owners and account owners having bill checking authority, in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, a resource consumption bill corresponding to the resource settlement information is generated after resource settlement processing is performed; associating the resource consumption bill to the common resource account.
In a second optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the following manner is adopted to implement permission configuration of at least one permission dimension for the common resource account:
opening resource drawing permissions of the common resource account to the account participants;
based on the opening of the resource payment authority, carrying out resource drawing quota configuration, resource drawing type configuration and/or resource drawing cycle configuration on the account participant;
specifically, for organization members, organizations need to issue certain resources to organization members according to certain periods to encourage the organization members to work, in order to reduce personnel consumption caused by manually issuing resources to each organization member in each period, after an administrator invites account participants, resource acquisition permission of a common resource account is opened to the account participants.
For example, after the finance staff invites the staff s to become the account participant, the finance staff s opens the resource drawing authority of the staff s to the common resource account, and 10 # s of each month is set to issue wage m yuan to the staff s. The configured resource drawing limit is m yuan, the resource drawing type is a payroll type, and the resource drawing period is configured to be monthly.
Or the account participant needs to transfer accounts to other accounts, and in the process of resource allocation, the resource allocation type is allocated as a transfer type, the resource allocation period is empty, and the resource allocation limit is m-yuan.
In a third optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, in order to improve convenience of performing common resource account management of an organization on resources in a common resource account and improve reconciliation efficiency, in a process of performing authority configuration of at least one authority dimension on the common resource account, bill access authority configuration of a bill access dimension is performed on the common resource account.
Correspondingly, if the bill access request submitted by the institution owner or the account owner configured with the bill access authority is obtained, the resource bills associated with the common resource account are collected according to the bill access request submitted by the institution owner or the account owner configured with the bill access authority;
and returning the bill collection result to the institution owner or the account owner configured with the bill access authority so as to respond to the bill access request.
In particular, the institution owner and the account owner configuring the bill access privileges may submit a bill access request to query the resource bill of the common resource account within specified conditions. In addition, the organization member may be configured with bill access rights (e.g., financial member).
For example, partner p2 has configured bill access rights, obtains a bill access request of partner p2 to common resource account in xx month, and then collects and sends resource bills associated with common resource account in xx month to partner p 2.
As another example, a bill access request for a common resource account for a meal type bill in xx years by partner p2 is obtained, then the meal type resource bills in xx years associated with the common resource account are collected and sent to partner p 2.
In addition, when the account of the common resource account is cancelled, in order to ensure the rights and interests of the mechanism owner and the account owner, under the condition that the mechanism owner and the account owner agree with the account cancellation, the residual mechanism resources in the common resource account are distributed according to the ownership proportion, and the common resource account is cancelled after the distribution and roll-out; in an optional implementation manner provided by this embodiment, in a process of performing account logout, first, according to an account logout request submitted for the common resource account, remaining mechanism resources in the common resource account are determined, then, according to an ownership ratio of the common resource account, allocation of the remaining mechanism resources is performed, and resource transfer is performed, and after transfer is completed, the common resource account is logged out; wherein the account logout request is submitted by the institution owner and the account owner together, or after confirmation by the institution owner and the account owner.
The following further describes the resource account processing method provided in this embodiment by taking an application of the resource account processing method provided in this embodiment in a common resource account scenario as an example, referring to fig. 2, the resource account processing method applied in the common resource account scenario specifically includes steps S202 to S220.
Step S202, a common resource account is created according to an account opening request submitted by an organization owner.
Step S204, the institution member corresponding to the member identification submitted by the institution owner is determined as the account owner of the common resource account.
Step S206, according to the resource investment ratios of the institution owner and the account owner to the common resource account, determining the ownership ratios of the institution owner and the account owner to the common resource account.
Step S208, the organization member designated by the organization owner is determined as the manager of the common resource account, and the account management authority of the common resource account is opened to the manager.
Step S210, determining the organization member corresponding to the member identifier submitted by the administrator as an account participant of the common resource account.
Step S212, opening the resource consumption authority of the common resource account aiming at the account participant, and configuring the consumption constraint condition of the resource consumption authority aiming at the account participant.
In step S214, an account identification code of the common resource account for the account participant is generated based on the participant identification of the account participant and the consumption constraint condition of the resource consumption right of the account participant.
Step S216, obtaining participant identification and resource settlement information carried in the resource settlement request submitted by the service party after scanning the account identification code.
Step S218, verifying whether the resource settlement information meets the consumption constraint condition of the resource consumption authority of the account participant corresponding to the participant identification;
if yes, go to step S220;
if not, returning a settlement failure prompt to the account participant.
In step S220, resource transfer is performed from the common resource account to perform resource settlement processing of the resource settlement information.
In summary, according to the resource account processing method provided in this embodiment, a common resource account is opened according to an account opening request of an organization owner, a manager of the common resource account is determined, then an organization member corresponding to a member identifier submitted by the manager is determined as an account participant of the common resource account, finally, permission configuration of at least one permission dimension is performed on the common resource account, an account identifier opened by the common resource account for the account participant is generated, so that resource circulation of the common resource account is performed through the account identifier, thereby realizing common management, common consumption and common query of the organization owner, the account owner and the account participant on the common resource account, and improving the trust degree of the organization member on the organization resource management.

Claims (17)

1. A resource account processing method, comprising:
opening a common resource account according to an account opening request of an organization owner, and determining a manager of the common resource account;
determining the member identifier submitted by the manager as an account participant of the common resource account, wherein the member identifier corresponds to the mechanism member;
and configuring the authority of at least one authority dimension for the common resource account, and generating an account identification code of the common resource account, which is opened for the account participant, so as to perform resource circulation of the common resource account through the account identification code.
2. The resource account processing method according to claim 1, wherein opening a common resource account according to an account opening request of an institution owner comprises:
creating the common resource account according to the account opening request submitted by the mechanism owner;
determining the member identifier submitted by the mechanism owner as a corresponding mechanism member as an account owner of the common resource account;
determining ownership dominance of the institution owner and the account owner for the common resource account.
3. The resource account processing method of claim 2, the ownership duty determined according to at least one of:
resource proportions of the institution owner and the account owner for the common resource account, a mode of ownership proportion selected by the institution owner, a resource proportion specified by the institution owner for each account owner;
wherein the ownership duty mode comprises an average duty mode.
4. The resource account processing method of claim 3, the institution owner having ownership, profit rights, and account access rights of institution resources in the common resource account;
the account owner shares ownership and profit rights of the institution resources in the common resource account according to ownership proportion, and has account access rights of the common resource account according to the designation of the institution owner.
5. The resource account processing method of claim 1, the determining a manager of the common resource account, comprising:
determining an organization member designated by the organization owner as the manager, and opening account management authority of the common resource account to the manager;
wherein the account management authority comprises: the control authority of mechanism resources in the common resource account and the management authority of account participants of the common resource account.
6. The resource account processing method according to claim 1, after the step of opening the common resource account according to the account opening request of the institution owner and determining the administrator of the common resource account is executed, further comprising:
performing resource transfer configuration of the common resource account according to a resource transfer configuration request submitted by the manager;
the resource transfer-in configuration comprises resource transfer-in channel configuration, resource transfer-in quota configuration and/or resource transfer-in period configuration.
7. The resource account processing method of claim 1, wherein the configuring of permissions for the common resource account for at least one permission dimension comprises:
opening the resource consumption authority of the common resource account for the account participant, and configuring the consumption constraint condition of the resource consumption authority for the account participant;
wherein the consumption constraint configuration comprises at least one of: resource consumption object configuration, resource consumption quota configuration, resource consumption type configuration, resource consumption time configuration and resource consumption place configuration.
8. The resource account processing method according to claim 7, wherein in the process of generating the account identification code opened by the common resource account for the account participant, the encoded data of the account identification code includes the participant identification of the account participant and the consumption constraint condition of the resource consumption right of the account participant.
9. The resource account processing method according to claim 8, wherein after the configuring of the permission for the common resource account for at least one permission dimension and the generating of the account identifier code opened by the common resource account for the account participant so as to perform the resource circulation step of the common resource account through the account identifier code, the method further comprises:
acquiring participant identification and resource settlement information carried in a resource settlement request submitted by a service provider after scanning the account identification code;
verifying whether the resource settlement information meets the consumption constraint condition of the resource consumption authority of the account participant corresponding to the participant identification;
and if so, transferring out the resources from the common resource account to perform resource settlement processing of the resource settlement information.
10. The resource account processing method according to claim 9, further comprising, after the step of performing resource settlement processing for transferring the resource from the common resource account to the resource settlement information is performed:
generating a resource consumption bill corresponding to the resource settlement information after the resource settlement processing;
associating the resource consumption bill to the common resource account.
11. The resource account processing method of claim 1, wherein the configuring of permissions for the common resource account for at least one permission dimension comprises:
opening resource drawing permissions of the common resource account to the account participants;
based on the opening of the resource payment authority, carrying out resource drawing quota configuration, resource drawing type configuration and/or resource drawing cycle configuration on the account participant;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and configuring bill access authority of a bill access dimension aiming at the common resource account.
12. The resource account processing method of claim 11, further comprising:
collecting the resource bills associated with the common resource account according to bill access requests submitted by an organization owner or an account owner configured with bill access authority;
and returning the bill collection result to the institution owner or the account owner configured with the bill access authority so as to respond to the bill access request.
13. The resource account processing method of claim 2, the ownership proportion being recorded in a common account agreement signed by the institution owner and the account owner;
and if a change request aiming at the protocol content in the common account protocol is detected, sending a change confirmation request to the mechanism owner and the account participant, and after the confirmation response of the mechanism owner and the account participant aiming at the change confirmation request is detected, carrying out change processing on the protocol content.
14. The resource account processing method of claim 2, further comprising:
determining the residual mechanism resources in the common resource account according to an account logout request submitted aiming at the common resource account;
distributing the residual mechanism resources according to the ownership ratio of the common resource account, transferring out the resources, and logging off the common resource account after the transfer-out is completed;
wherein the account logout request is submitted by the institution owner and the account owner together, or after confirmation by the institution owner and the account owner.
15. A resource account processing apparatus, comprising:
the administrator determining module is configured to open a common resource account according to an account opening request of an organization owner and determine an administrator of the common resource account;
the account participant determining module is configured to determine the member identification submitted by the administrator as the corresponding organization member as the account participant of the common resource account;
and the authority configuration module is configured to perform authority configuration of at least one authority dimension on the common resource account, and generate an account identification code of the common resource account, which is opened for the account participant, so as to perform resource circulation of the common resource account through the account identification code.
16. A resource account processing device, comprising:
a processor; and a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
opening a common resource account according to an account opening request of an organization owner, and determining a manager of the common resource account;
determining the member identifier submitted by the manager as an account participant of the common resource account, wherein the member identifier corresponds to the mechanism member;
and configuring the authority of at least one authority dimension for the common resource account, and generating an account identification code of the common resource account, which is opened for the account participant, so as to perform resource circulation of the common resource account through the account identification code.
17. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor implement the following:
opening a common resource account according to an account opening request of an organization owner, and determining a manager of the common resource account;
determining the member identifier submitted by the manager as an account participant of the common resource account, wherein the member identifier corresponds to the mechanism member;
and configuring the authority of at least one authority dimension for the common resource account, and generating an account identification code of the common resource account, which is opened for the account participant, so as to perform resource circulation of the common resource account through the account identification code.
