In some optional implementation manners of some embodiments, the execution main body may perform carousel display on the corpus information corresponding to the played audio in the information display column of the entry control through the following steps:
firstly, performing entry selection processing on the corpus information to obtain an entry set.
For example, the execution main body may extract a keyword in the corpus information as a term by using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation, document topic generation model), so as to obtain a term set.
And secondly, performing carousel display on each entry in the entry set in the information display column.
By way of example, the set of entries may be [90 square meters, two rooms and one living room, 10000 yuan/square meter ]. The execution main body may alternately play the respective entries [90 m/m ], [ two rooms and one living room ] and [10000 yuan/m ] in the entry set at a speed of 2 seconds/entry in the display field.

And secondly, based on the ratio, carrying out style processing on the module selection control to display the module selection control after the style processing.
As an example, the above ratio may be [3/10 ]. The execution body may render the [3/10] scale of the module selection control orange.
Through the step 505, the user can perceive the progress information of the audio in playing, and the user experience is improved.

In some embodiments, the executing agent may present second skip information on the touch-sensitive display screen in response to the received operation information of the opposite user. Wherein the second skip information may include countdown information. The countdown information may be information of a remaining duration of a house with a view page of the house source that displays the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user. For example, the second skip message may be "broker has switched on, and 5 seconds later, enter into watch". Therefore, scorching feeling of the user waiting can be reduced through the prompt of the second jump information, and therefore user experience and the stay time of the user are improved.
And step 508, displaying a house source area viewing page of the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user on the touch-sensitive display screen.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 508 and the technical effect thereof may refer to step 404 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 4, which are not described herein again.
As can be seen from fig. 5, compared with the description of some embodiments corresponding to fig. 4, the flow 500 of the room source information presentation method in some embodiments corresponding to fig. 5 embodies the steps of presenting the first skip information, the second skip information, and performing style processing on the module selection control corresponding to the played audio. Therefore, the attention of the user can be attracted, the scorching feeling of the user waiting is reduced, and the staying time of the user is prolonged.
With further reference to fig. 6, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present disclosure provides some embodiments of a house source information presentation apparatus, which correspond to those shown in fig. 4, and which can be applied in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 6, the house source information presentation apparatus 600 of some embodiments includes: an acquisition unit 601, a first presentation unit 602, a second presentation unit 603, and a third presentation unit 604. The obtaining unit 601 is configured to obtain a corpus information set of the house source information in response to a display duration of a call state control corresponding to the house source information meeting a predetermined condition, where the call state control is used to receive on operation information of an opposite end user; the first display unit 602 is configured to display, in response to the obtained corpus information set, an audio module switching panel on a touch-sensitive display screen, where the audio module switching panel includes an audio control, a vocabulary entry control, and at least one module selection control, where the audio control is configured to receive a selection operation of a user to control audio playing of corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control by the user in the corpus information set, and an information display column of the vocabulary entry control is configured to display corpus information corresponding to audio being played; the second presentation unit 603 is configured to present, on the touch-sensitive display screen, a preset page associated with a selection operation of the module selection control in response to the selection operation of the module selection control by a user; the third presenting unit 604 is configured to present a house-source-viewing page of the house source information controlled by the peer user on the touch-sensitive display screen in response to the received on operation information of the peer user.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, the obtaining unit 601 of the premises information presentation device 600 is further configured to: displaying first skip information on a touch-sensitive display screen; and acquiring a corpus information set of the house source information.
In an optional implementation of some embodiments, the first presentation unit 602 of the premises information presentation apparatus 600 is further configured to: a play unit, a carousel presentation unit, and a style processing unit (not shown in the figure). The playing unit is configured to play audio of the corpus information preset in the corpus information set or audio of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control by the user. The carousel display unit is configured to perform carousel display on the corpus information corresponding to the played audio in the information display column of the entry control. The style processing unit is configured to perform style processing on the module selection control corresponding to the played audio to show the style-processed module selection control.
In an alternative implementation of some embodiments, the carousel presentation unit of the first presentation unit 602 of the premises information presentation device 600 is further configured to: performing entry selection processing on the corpus information to obtain an entry set; and performing carousel display on each entry in the entry set in the information display column.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, the style processing unit of the first presentation unit 602 of the house source information presentation apparatus 600 is further configured to: determining the ratio of the playing time length of the audio to the total time length of the audio; and based on the ratio, carrying out style processing on the module selection control so as to display the module selection control after the style processing.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, the third presentation unit 604 of the premises information presentation apparatus 600 is further configured to: responding to the received operation information of the opposite-end user, and displaying second skipping information on the touch-sensitive display screen; and displaying a house source area viewing page of the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user on the touch-sensitive display screen.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, before the obtaining unit 601 of the premises information presentation apparatus 600, in response to detecting a selection operation of a user on a premises tape view control presented on a detail page of the premises information on the touch-sensitive display screen, the premises information presentation apparatus 600 may present the call state control on the touch-sensitive display screen.
In an optional implementation manner of some embodiments, before the obtaining unit 601 of the premises information presentation apparatus 600, in response to detecting a selection operation of a user on a premises belt-viewing control presented on a three-dimensional space page of the premises information on the touch-sensitive display screen, the premises information presentation apparatus 600 may present the call state control on the touch-sensitive display screen.
It will be understood that the elements described in the apparatus 600 correspond to various steps in the method described with reference to fig. 4. Thus, the operations, features and resulting advantages described above with respect to the method are also applicable to the apparatus 600 and the units included therein, and are not described herein again.
Referring now to fig. 7, a block diagram of an electronic device (e.g., the terminal device of fig. 1) 700 suitable for use in implementing some embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The electronic device in some embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle-mounted terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, electronic device 700 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 701 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from storage 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 700 are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 705: input devices 706 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 707 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; and a communication device 709. The communication means 709 may allow the electronic device 700 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 7 illustrates an electronic device 700 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided. Each block shown in fig. 7 may represent one device or may represent multiple devices as desired.
In particular, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, some embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In some such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via communications means 709, or may be installed from storage 708, or may be installed from ROM 702. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of some embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium described in some embodiments of the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In some embodiments of the disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some embodiments, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network Protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol), and may interconnect with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communications network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: responding to that the display duration of a calling state control corresponding to the house source information meets a preset condition, and acquiring a corpus information set of the house source information, wherein the calling state control is used for receiving connection operation information of an opposite-end user; responding to the obtained corpus information set, displaying an audio module switching panel on a touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the audio module switching panel comprises an audio control, a vocabulary entry control and at least one module selection control, the audio control is used for receiving selection operation of a user to control audio playing of corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the user on the module selection control in the corpus information set, and an information display column of the vocabulary entry control is used for displaying corpus information corresponding to audio in playing; responding to the selection operation of the user on the module selection control, and displaying a preset page related to the selection operation of the module selection control on the touch-sensitive display screen; and in response to the received on operation information of the opposite-end user, displaying a house source watching page of the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user on the touch-sensitive display screen.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in some embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software, and may also be implemented by hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes an acquisition unit, a first presentation unit, a second presentation unit, and a third presentation unit. For example, the second presentation unit may be described as "a unit that presents a preset page associated with the selection operation of the module selection control on the touch-sensitive display screen in response to the selection operation of the module selection control by the user".
The functions described herein above may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), systems on a chip (SOCs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), and the like.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is made without departing from the inventive concept as defined above. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) technical features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.

Claims (10)

1. A house source information display method comprises the following steps:
responding to that the display duration of a call state control corresponding to the house source information meets a preset condition, and acquiring a corpus information set of the house source information, wherein the call state control is used for receiving connection operation information of an opposite-end user;
in response to the obtained corpus information set, hiding a previously displayed call state control, and displaying an audio module switching panel on a touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the audio module switching panel comprises an audio control, a vocabulary entry control and at least one module selection control, different module selection controls correspond to different corpus information in the corpus information set, the audio control is used for receiving selection operation of a user to control audio playing of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control by the user in the corpus information set, and an information display column of the vocabulary entry control is used for displaying the corpus information corresponding to the audio in playing;
responding to the selection operation of the user on the module selection control, displaying a preset page related to the selection operation of the module selection control on the touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the preset page is a preset image or video page of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control, and is automatically adjusted along with the playing process of the played audio, so that the user can automatically explain and browse intuitive image or video pages along with the played audio;
in response to the received on operation information of the opposite-end user, the touch-sensitive display screen automatically jumps from a preset page containing the audio module switching panel to a house source watching page of the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one module selection control comprises a perimeter companion module selection control and a custom resolution module selection control; the peripheral matching module selection control corresponds to the peripheral matching information in the corpus information set, and the family type analysis module selection control corresponds to the family type information in the corpus information set;
responding to the selection operation of the user on the module selection control, displaying a preset page related to the selection operation of the module selection control on the touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the preset page comprises:
and responding to the selection operation of the user on the peripheral matching module selection control, and displaying the room source peripheral map information of the peripheral matching information corresponding to the selection operation of the peripheral matching module selection control on the touch-sensitive display screen.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and arranging the preset page on the bottom layer of the audio module switching panel for display, arranging the audio module switching panel on one end of the preset page for display, and displaying the image or video page of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control on the other end of the preset page.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the received connection operation information of the opposite terminal user, displaying content on the terminal equipment of the opposite terminal user: "the other party has heard: and text information "of a module selection control corresponding to the played audio on the touch-sensitive display screen is used for enabling the touch-sensitive display screen to automatically jump from a preset page containing an audio module switching panel to a house source area viewing page of the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the process of obtaining the corpus information set of the house source information, the method further comprises: displaying matching information, calling duration information and an interrupt control on the calling state control;
the matching information comprises house source broker information for issuing the house source information and/or the number of house source brokers for issuing the house source information; the call duration information is the waiting duration for the user to initiate a call; the interrupt control is used for receiving selection operation of a user to interrupt the call state.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein the information display field of the entry control is specifically configured to: and displaying the text information of the corpus information corresponding to the audio in the playing in a sliding manner.
7. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein said presenting an audio module toggle panel on a touch-sensitive display screen comprises:
playing the audio frequency of the preset corpus information in the corpus information set or the audio frequency of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control by the user;
performing carousel display on the corpus information corresponding to the played audio in the information display column of the entry control;
and carrying out style processing on the module selection control corresponding to the played audio to show the module selection control after the style processing.
8. A house source information presentation device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is configured to respond that the display duration of a call state control corresponding to house source information meets a preset condition, and acquire a corpus information set of the house source information, wherein the call state control is used for receiving the connection operation information of an opposite-end user;
the first display unit is configured to hide a previously displayed call state control in response to the acquired corpus information set, and then display an audio module switching panel on a touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the audio module switching panel comprises an audio control, a vocabulary entry control and at least one module selection control, the different module selection controls correspond to different corpus information in the corpus information set, the audio control is used for receiving selection operation of a user to control audio playing of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control by the user in the corpus information set, and an information display column of the vocabulary entry control is used for displaying corpus information corresponding to audio in playing;
the second display unit is configured to respond to the selection operation of the user on the module selection control, display a preset page related to the selection operation of the module selection control on the touch-sensitive display screen, wherein the preset page is a preset image or video page of the corpus information corresponding to the selection operation of the module selection control, and is automatically adjusted along with the playing progress of the played audio, so that the user can automatically explain and browse intuitive image or video pages along with the played audio;
a third presentation unit configured to, in response to the received on operation information of the opposite-end user, automatically jump the touch-sensitive display screen from a preset page containing the audio module switching panel to a house source zone view page of the house source information controlled by the opposite-end user.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1-7.
