As shown in fig. 3-7, the limiting component 4 comprises a sleeve 4-3, a limiter 4-1 and a abdicator 4-2, wherein the limiter 4-1 is arranged in the sleeve 4-3, the abdicator 4-2 is arranged on one side close to the locking nut 1, the abdicator 4-2 is arranged on one side of the tray 6, and the two components are connected in an embedded mode.
