the additive homogenizing device is communicated with the mixing device and is used for homogenizing and mixing various additives from the mixing device;
the pre-distribution trough is used for receiving the homogenized additive and pulverized coal and softened water required by the preparation of the externally provided coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel, and mixing the pulverized coal and the softened water;
the nano processor is used for receiving the mixed material from the front distribution tank, performing nano processing and preparing the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel;
the cooling tank is used for receiving and cooling the prepared coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel;
a dispersant dispensing device for providing a dispersant;
the dispersing agent homogenizing device is used for receiving the cooled coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel and the dispersing agent and mixing the cooled coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel and the dispersing agent to obtain a finished coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel product;
the nano processor is a nano mill and is used for nano-processing a mixed material consisting of raw material coal powder with the average particle size of 150 microns and an additive to obtain the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel with the average particle size of 400-800 nanometers;
the additive dispensing device comprises a defoaming agent dispensing device, a grinding aid dispensing device and a wetting agent dispensing device; the additive dispensing device can be provided with a signal acquisition device and a controller, wherein the signal acquisition device comprises a medicine box liquid level, a medicine flow and a temperature;
when the additive in the dosing tank of the additive dispensing device is liquid, the stirrer arranged in the device is a straight blade type stirrer, and the rotating speed is 400-500r/min;
the stirrer arranged in the dispersing agent dispensing device is a pushing paddle type stirrer, and the rotating speed is 400-500r/min;
the inside of the additive homogenizing device, the preposed batching groove and the dispersing agent homogenizing device are all provided with stirrers with the rotating speed of 8000-10000r/min.

The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel preparation dosing system according to claim 1, characterized in that: when the additive of the additive dispensing device is liquid, the stirrer adopts a straight blade type stirring paddle; and/or the additive dispensing device is provided with a feeding pump connected with the additive dispensing device.
3. The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel preparation dosing system according to claim 2, characterized in that: the feeding pump is a metering pump.
4. The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel dispensing and dosing system according to claim 1, wherein: the mixing device is a mixing valve, and the mixing valve is respectively connected with the feeding pumps of the additives.
5. The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel dispensing and dosing system according to claim 4, wherein: the mixing valve is also provided with a valve regulator to control the opening and closing degree of the mixing valve.
6. The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel preparation dosing system according to claim 1, characterized in that: a discharge hole of the additive homogenizing device is connected with a metering pump; and/or the discharge hole of the front distribution groove is connected with a screw pump.

The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel preparation dosing system according to claim 1, characterized in that: and a stirrer is arranged in the cooling tank, and the prepared coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel is sent into the cooling tank for cooling through a screw pump connected with the nano processor.

The coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel preparation dosing system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the discharge hole of the dispersing agent dispensing device is also connected with a feed pump; and/or a discharge port of the dispersing agent homogenizing device is connected with an output screw pump.

1) Respectively preparing a wetting agent, a defoaming agent and a grinding aid by an additive dispensing device;
2) Adding the prepared wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the grinding aid into a mixing device according to a certain proportion, mixing, adding the mixture into an additive homogenizing device, and homogenizing and mixing under a stirring state;
3) Adding the homogeneous mixed additive obtained in the step 2) and pulverized coal and softened water required by the preparation of the externally provided coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel into a pre-preparation tank, and mixing;
4) Adding the mixture obtained in the step 3) into a nano processor, and carrying out nano processing treatment to prepare the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel;
5) Adding the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel prepared in the step 4) into a cooling tank for cooling;
6) A dispersing agent is prepared through a dispersing agent dispensing device, the dispersing agent and the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel cooled in the step 5) are added into a dispersing agent homogenizing device, and the mixture is homogenized and mixed under a stirring state, so that a finished coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel product is obtained;
wherein, the weight ratio of the wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the grinding aid added in the step 2) is 1-2.

The preparation method of the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel preparation dosing system according to claim 9, characterized in that: cooling the coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel to 40-50 ℃ in the step 5), and/or adding the dispersant in the step 6) in an amount of 0.5-1% of the weight of the nano hydrocarbon fuel; and/or, the stirring speed of the homogeneous mixing in the step 2) and the step 6) is 8000-10000r/min; and 3) the average grain diameter of the raw material coal powder is 150 microns, and the average grain diameter of the prepared coal-based nano hydrocarbon fuel is 400-800 nanometers.
