An elevator car self-locking device convenient to maintain comprises an elevator shaft (1), a limiting block (2), a car (3), a suspension bracket (4) and a suspension steel wire rope (5), wherein the limiting block (2) is sequentially arranged on the left side and the right side of the elevator shaft (1) from top to bottom; the car (3) is arranged on the inner side of the elevator shaft (1); the suspension bracket (4) is arranged at the middle upper part of the lift car (3); the suspension steel wire rope (5) is arranged at the upper part of the suspension bracket (4), and is characterized in that a ventilation pipe (6) is embedded at the four corners of the middle upper part of the cage (3); a top reinforcing frame structure (8) is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the car (3); the left side and the right side of the inside of the top reinforcing frame structure (8) are provided with limiting buffer frame structures (9); the upper part of the limiting buffer frame structure (9) is provided with an automatic positioning frame structure (10); a ventilating maintenance frame structure (11) convenient to disassemble is arranged on the lower side of the top reinforcing frame structure (8); a mounting frame (13) is mounted on the inner wall of the car (3) through screws; a processor (14) is installed on the inner side of the installation frame (13) through screws; an alarm switch (15) is arranged on the outer side of the mounting frame (13); the limiting buffer frame structure (9) comprises a fixed inserting frame (91), and a transverse limiting frame (92) is inserted into the left side of the inside of the fixed inserting frame (91); a limiting clamping groove (93) is formed in the right side of the upper part of the transverse limiting frame (92); a fixing plate (94) is installed on the right bolt of the fixing insertion frame (91); a pushing cylinder (95) is mounted on a middle bolt of the fixing plate (94), and a piston rod of the pushing cylinder (95) is connected with one side of the transverse limiting frame (92) through a bolt; positioning rods (96) are welded at four corners of the upper part of the fixed inserting frame (91).

The self-locking device of an elevator car for facilitating maintenance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top reinforcing frame structure (8) comprises a lateral frame (81), the lateral frame (81) being bolt-mounted on an upper inner side of the car (3); the four corners of the left upper side of the transverse frame (81) and the four corners of the right upper side of the transverse frame (81) are respectively provided with an upper side positioning hole (82); i-shaped reinforcing frames (83) are mounted on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the transverse frame (81) through bolts; bottom positioning pipes (84) are arranged at the four corners of the lower part of the I-shaped reinforcing frame (83); the middle lower part of the I-shaped reinforcing frame (83) is embedded with a movable frame (85), and the movable frame (85) is embedded at the upper part of the transverse frame (81).

The self-locking device of an elevator car convenient for maintenance of claim 1, characterized in that the automatic positioning frame structure (10) comprises a positioning frame (101), and a positioning ring (102) is welded at the lower part of the inner side of the positioning frame (101); a T-shaped limiting rod (103) is inserted into the inner side of the positioning ring (102); the upper part of the T-shaped limiting rod (103) is provided with a jacking spring (104), and the jacking spring (104) is arranged on the inner side of the positioning frame (101).

The self-locking device of an elevator car for facilitating maintenance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the easy-to-detach ventilating maintenance frame structure (11) comprises a maintenance frame (111), the maintenance frame (111) is embedded in the middle lower part of the transverse frame (81); the lower part of the inner side of the maintenance frame (111) is provided with an installation plate (112); a fan frame (113) is embedded in the middle of the mounting plate (112); the upper part of the inner side of the fan frame (113) is provided with a mounting rod (114) by a screw; a blower (115) is mounted on the lower portion of the mounting rod (114) through a screw, and meanwhile, the blower (115) is arranged on the inner side of the blower frame (113); the bottom part of the inner side of the fan frame (113) is provided with a bottom protecting net (116) by a screw.
5. The self-locking device of an elevator car convenient for maintenance of claim 2, wherein the buffer spring (97) is sleeved on the lower part of the outer side of the positioning rod (96), and the buffer spring (97) is arranged on the inner side of the transverse frame (81).
6. The self-locking apparatus for an elevator car for facilitating maintenance as set forth in claim 4, wherein the mounting plate (112) is provided at the lower left and right ends thereof with protruding lug plates.
7. The self-locking apparatus for an elevator car for facilitating maintenance as set forth in claim 3, wherein the positioning frame (101) is embedded in an upper middle portion of the fixing insertion frame (91).
8. The self-locking device of an elevator car for facilitating maintenance as claimed in claim 2, wherein the i-shaped reinforcing frame (83) is bolted to the top of the car (3).
9. The self-locking device of an elevator car convenient for maintenance as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper ends of the positioning rods (96) respectively penetrate through the upper positioning holes (82) and are inserted into the inner sides of the bottom positioning pipes (84).
10. The self-locking device of an elevator car convenient for maintenance of claim 3, wherein a T-shaped pull rod (105) is inserted into the middle upper part of the positioning frame (101), and the lower part of the T-shaped pull rod (105) is connected with the upper part of the T-shaped limiting rod (103) through a screw.
