The object of the present invention is to solve the drawbacks of the prior art, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a rowing bike, comprising a bike body 1, a rowing mechanism and a seat rail 52; the bicycle body 1 is selected from a conventional bicycle having basic components of a conventional bicycle, and the rowing mechanism and the seat slide rail 52 of the present embodiment can be modified to a conventional bicycle, and can also be made to a customized bicycle. In the present embodiment, the bicycle body 1 is described as a common bicycle, and specifically, the bicycle body 1 includes a frame, wheels, a handle 61, a seat cushion 51 and a transmission system; the rowing advancing mechanism comprises a reciprocating rowing assembly, a power linkage assembly and a steering adjusting assembly; the reciprocating rowing component is in power linkage with the transmission system through a power linkage component, and the steering adjusting component is arranged on the frame and is directionally adjusted at the front wheel 12 of the wheel; the seat cushion 51 is reciprocally slidably mounted on the seat cushion slide rail 52. In the embodiment, the reciprocating rowing assembly of the rowing advancing mechanism outputs power linkage through the power linkage assembly and the transmission system, the traditional pedal type riding mode is changed into the rowing type riding mode, the seat cushion 51 is matched to be arranged on the seat cushion slide rail 52 in a reciprocating sliding mode to achieve the effect of rowing motion, and the upper limbs and the lower limbs can be exercised simultaneously. Can cooperate the back and forth slip of cushion slide rail 52 to drive the wrench movement of waist and carry out the exercise of going up limbs such as waist and back to the wrench movement of waist has also driven the flexible exercise of shank, and further hand cooperation rowing advancing mechanism makes the rowing action, can temper upper limbs hand and arm, thereby play and temper whole body's effect, compare in traditional bicycle and other modified bicycles, mainly can temper the back of the waist, make this scheme have very big difference and effect.
The power linkage assembly plays a role in power transmission, aims to transmit the energy generated by the reciprocating rowing assembly to a transmission system of the bicycle, and can be independent from the transmission system of the bicycle without influence. In this embodiment, the power linkage assembly is a gear box 7, the gear box 7 has a power input end 71 and a power output end 72, the power input end 71 is linked to the reciprocating rowing assembly, and the power output end 72 is linked to the transmission system. Furthermore, the principle of the power linkage assembly is a gear set, and axial rotations in different directions are mutually converted; the power input end 71 is an input shaft of the gear set, the power output end 72 is an output shaft of the gear set, and the input shaft and the output shaft are connected with each other through the gear set, it should be noted that the structure of the gear box 7 is a conventional product, which is not irreplaceable, and the gear box can also include other members capable of performing a transmission function, such as a bare gear set, which can perform an equivalent effect.
The rowing bike of the present embodiment has two modes, one is a rowing traveling mode, and the other is a normal riding mode. The present embodiment first describes the paddle travel mode.
The reciprocating paddle component is used as a power source of a bicycle in a paddle advancing mode, and the reciprocating paddle drives the bottom fulcrum of the reciprocating paddle component to rotate so as to generate rotating acting force on the input shaft. Specifically, reciprocal oar subassembly includes oar pole setting 2 at least, oar pole setting 2 one end rotate connect in the power input end 71 of gear box 7, oar pole setting 2 other end installation handle 61. Specifically, through the back and forth slip of oar pole setting 2, the continuous syntropy of oar pole setting 2 bottom fulcrum produces the moment of torsion to the input shaft and applys the effort, and its fundamental principle is the same with trampling of bicycle and applys the effort for exert the effort in the input shaft when oar pole setting 2 swings backward, and drive the input shaft when oar pole setting 2 resets forward, then swing backward again begins to exert the effort drive input shaft for the second time.
When reciprocating paddling is performed, the seat cushion 51 also reciprocates on the seat cushion slide rails 52, but waist twisting of different people and reciprocating intervals of the seat cushion 51 are different requirements, so that the reciprocating interval of the seat cushion 51 is required to be limited. Specifically, two ends of the seat cushion slide rail 52 are further provided with two limit keys 53 for limiting the reciprocating sliding interval of the seat cushion 51. Further, the seat slide rail 52 is provided with adjusting mounting holes at equal intervals for adjusting the relative distance between the two limit keys 53, thereby adjusting the size of the reciprocating interval.
To improve the overall stability of the body in the rowing mode of travel, a footrest 13 is fixed to the front wheel 12 strut of the frame. At this time, the power source is no longer the pedal mode of the conventional bicycle, so the feet are placed on the footrest 13 to use the body smoothly and forcefully.
Preferably, the strut of the front wheel 12 is a diagonal rod, and the footrest 13 is arranged on the diagonal rod in a position-adjustable manner. Specifically, the combination that the footrest 13 moved on the horizontal shaft and the vertical shaft due to the movement on the diagonal rods can conveniently adjust the height of the footrest and the telescopic space of the legs, so that the leg rest is suitable for different height crowds.
In order to combine the handle 61 and the paddle reciprocating assembly, the reciprocating paddle assembly further comprises a paddle cross rod 6, the paddle cross rod 6 is arranged at the top of the paddle vertical rod 2, and the handle 61 is rotatably arranged on the paddle cross rod 6. In practice, the handle 61 is rotatably mounted on the rowing beam 6 but is not unstable because of the balanced force in front and back during rowing.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to flexibly control the traveling direction of the bicycle, the steering adjustment assembly includes a left steering rope 91, a right steering rope 93, a left fixed tube 92 and a right fixed tube; the left fixing pipe 92 and the right fixing pipe are respectively installed and fixed on two sides of the frame; the left steering pull rope 91 is arranged in the left fixed pipe 92 in a penetrating manner, one end of the left steering pull rope 91 is connected with the left side of the handle 61, and the other end of the left steering pull rope 91 is connected with the left front fork of the bicycle body 1; the right steering rope 93 is inserted into the right fixing tube 94, one end of the right steering rope 93 is connected to the right side of the handle 61, and the other end of the right steering rope 93 is connected to the right front fork of the bicycle body 1. The fixed tube is used for fixing the left and right steering pull ropes continuously, so that the left and right steering pull ropes are straight integrally and are arranged along the fixed route of the fixed tube conveniently. The bicycle front fork is the existing structure of the bicycle body 1, and the bicycle front fork and the front wheel 12 of the bicycle rotate synchronously, so that the rotation of the bicycle front fork can be driven to drive the rotation of the bicycle front wheel 12.
Therefore, the pull ropes are respectively arranged on two sides of the bicycle body 1, namely two handles 61 of the bicycle, and the left handle 61 and the right handle 61 are correspondingly connected with the left front fork and the right front fork, so that when the handles 61 turn left, the left steering pull rope 91 pulls the left front fork to turn left, thereby driving the bicycle wheel to turn left to realize steering, and the same principle is also the same for turning right.
It is noted that the front wheel 12 is mounted to the bicycle frame via a bicycle fork that is flexible for steering, which is well known in the art and to bicycles.
It should be explained that the left fixed tube 92 is installed on the left paddle vertical rod, and the position elevation of the bottom end is consistent with the rotation point (i.e. the power input end) of the paddle vertical rod, that is, the rotation fulcrum of the bottom of the left fixed tube 92 and the paddle vertical rod when the paddle advances is the same position, the rotation point of the further left steering pull rope 91 is the same as the rotation point of the paddle vertical rod, so, in the process of advancing the paddle, the stretching of the left steering pull rope 91 can not be influenced by the paddle action, thereby the direction of the bicycle is influenced, and the stretching of the left steering pull rope 91 can be influenced only when the handle rotates. The right stationary tube 94 is mounted in the same manner.
The following describes a normal riding mode in which the bicycle body 1 itself has a transmission mechanism for riding.
Firstly, to ensure the stability of the handle 61, when the rowing is in the advancing mode, the handle 61 reciprocates and further comprises a vertical rod self-locking mechanism, and the vertical rod self-locking mechanism comprises: a locking rope 81, a pawl 83, a torsion spring 82 and a fixing buckle 64; specifically, the fixed ratchet 84 is mounted on the power input end 71 of the gear box 7 and is linked with the power input end 71; the pawl 83 is mounted on the rowing upright rod 2 through a torsion spring 82, and a first end of the pawl 83 is clamped on the ratchet of the fixed ratchet 84; one end of the locking rope 81 passes through the hand brake 62 and then is connected to the handle 61, and the other end is connected to the second end of the pawl 83; the fixing buckle 64 is arranged on the locking rope 81 and is positioned between the handle 61 and the hand brake 62 and close to the hand brake 62.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the position of the vertical rowing bar 2 is locked by the mutual locking of the pawl 83 and the fixed ratchet 84, at this time, the vertical rowing bar 2 serves as a part of the frame of the bicycle and is used for mounting and fixing the handle 61, so that the whole handle 61 is fixed, at this time, the foot is not placed on the footrest 13, and the transmission mechanism of the bicycle body 1 itself is directly stepped on to form a normal riding. It is worth mentioning that the mutual locking of the pawl 83 and the fixed ratchet 84 can be adjusted by the position of the pawl 83 on the ratchet teeth, and further the position of the handle 61 can be adjusted, so as to be adapted to the crowd again.
It should be explained that, when the self-locking of the vertical rod is realized, the hand brake 62 of the handle 61 is gripped, the hand brake 62 pulls the fixing buckle 64 to lift one end of the pawl 83, and the other end of the pawl 83, which takes the central position of the pawl 83 as the connecting point of the torsion spring 82, descends to clamp the fixing ratchet 84, so that the self-locking of the vertical rod is realized. The principle of the pawl 83 is similar to the lever principle. It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the direct understanding of the structural features by those skilled in the art, the description is continued by taking the pawl 83 and the fixed ratchet 84 as examples, the principle thereof is clear from the above description, and other results that can achieve equivalent effects should also be included.
Because the existence of torsional spring 82, when handbrake 62 loosened, pawl 83 still can reset and lead and fixed ratchet 84 separately, so for this state of convenience stability, do not influence the brake effect of bicycle body 1, conveniently ride, pole setting self-locking mechanism still includes a auto-lock swiveling wheel 63, auto-lock swiveling wheel 63 locates on the handle 61, the one end of lock rope 81 connect in auto-lock swiveling wheel 63, lock after auto-lock swiveling wheel 63 receipts rope lock rope 81. Specifically, the self-locking rotation wheel 63 is locked after being stored in the locking rope 81 with a certain length, and unless the self-locking rotation wheel is in contact locking, the state is maintained, and then the torsion spring 82 cannot return to pull back the length of the locking rope 81 originally stored in the self-locking rotation wheel 63, that is, the pawl 83 and the fixed ratchet 84 are kept in a mutually locked state for a long time, and the hand brake 62 can be released. When entering the rowing mode again, the self-locking rotating wheel 63 is unlocked to take up the rope, the length of the lock rope 81 is restored and pulled back by the torsion spring 82, the pawl 83 and the fixed ratchet 84 are unlocked, and the rowing is continued.
For convenience of description, the following description is continued on the travel mechanism and the rowing travel assembly of the bicycle body 1:
when the traveling mechanism is driven by the transmission gear 31 and the transmission chain 32 to drive the rear wheel continuously, the rowing traveling component is driven by the power linkage gear 41 and the power linkage chain 42 to link the gear box 7 and the traveling mechanism, and then the transmission chain 32 in the traveling mechanism drives the rear wheel to drive.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
this application through oar advancing mechanism's reciprocal oar subassembly pass through the power linkage subassembly with transmission system carries out power linkage output, changes traditional foot-operated riding into oar formula of rowing the riding, cooperates the cushion can install with reciprocating sliding in reach the effect of a oar motion on the cushion slide rail, can temper the effect of upper limbs and low limbs simultaneously.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the embodiments thereof as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein. Therefore, certain details of the embodiments are not to be interpreted as limiting, and the scope of the invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
