Background
The automobile steering column is used for connecting a steering wheel and a steering gear to realize a steering function, and along with the improvement of automobile safety and intellectualization, more and more vehicles need to fix electric parts such as an air bag control box on a steering column support. In order to install and fix such parts, a special hole site is arranged on the steering column support for connection and fixation. The existing steering column support and electric appliance parts are screwed and connected by adopting a hexagon flange bolt and a hexagon flange nut. And fastening by adopting a plurality of groups of bolts and nuts according to the mounting point positions and the number of the electric appliance parts. The weight of the electric parts fixed on the steering column is not large, so that the electric parts can be fixed reliably and cannot fall off. In a large environment with higher and higher requirements on production efficiency, cost control and light weight of the whole automobile in an automobile host factory, design redundancy exists by adopting nut connection, and various disadvantages exist. On the one hand, the time and cost for assembling the bolt and nut on the production line are increased, and on the other hand, the weight of the vehicle is increased due to the use of the bolt and nut.
Therefore, how to provide a combined plastic buckle which can improve the production operation efficiency and reduce the system cost and weight to a certain extent on the premise of reliable installation and fixation of electric appliance parts becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
According to the drawings of fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a combined type plastic buckle for a steering column, which comprises a first buckle 1 and a second buckle 2, wherein the first buckle 1 is provided with a first flange surface 11, one end of the first flange surface 11 is convexly provided with at least two claws 13, and a guide gap 14 is arranged between every two adjacent claws 13; the first flange surface 11 is provided with through holes 12, and the claws 13 are distributed around the through holes 12.
The second buckle 2 is provided with a second flange surface 21, one end of the second flange surface 21 is convexly provided with a buckling column 22, the outer side wall of the buckling column 22 is provided with a guide boss 23, one side of the guide boss 23, which is far away from the second flange surface 21, is an inclined plane, and the buckling column 22 can penetrate through the through hole 12, so that the second buckle 2 is embedded into the first buckle 1, and the guide boss 23 slides along the guide gap 14; the tip of buckling post 22 still is equipped with inflation boss 24, and the inside wall of jack catch 13 all contracts towards the inboard, and when second flange face 21 laminated first flange face 11 gradually, inflation boss 24 can strut jack catch 13 and expand towards all around to make first buckle 1 treat that the connecting piece is fixed with two.
In the implementation process, the combined plastic buckle replaces the existing bolt and nut connection. The production efficiency can be improved on the premise that the reliable installation and fixation of the electric appliance parts are realized. The electric appliance part is connected with the steering column through the first buckle 1, then the buckling column 22 of the second buckle 2 is inserted into the through hole 12 of the first buckle 1, so that the clamping jaw 13 is opened towards the periphery by the expansion boss 24 at the end part of the buckling column 22, the first buckle 1 is expanded in the fixing hole of the steering column, and the effect of connecting the electric appliance part with the steering column can be achieved. In addition, when the buckling column 22 gradually extends into the first buckle 1, the inclined surface of the guide boss 23 first contacts with the inner side wall provided by the through hole 12, the guide boss 23 is easier to pass through the inclined surface, and the guide gap 14 can also limit the guide boss 23, so that the second buckle 2 is prevented from rotating in the first buckle 1.
Further, the inner side wall of the end of the claw 13 is arc-shaped, and the outer diameter of the buckling column 22 is larger than the inner diameter of the claw 13. The jack catch 13 inside wall of arc structure makes the state that inflation boss 24 strutted jack catch 13 outwards possess the preface, avoids jack catch 13 to strut suddenly and the easy cracked problem that leads to.
Further, the tip of jack catch 13 still is equipped with the barb (not marking in the figure), and the barb is located jack catch 13's inside wall, and the barb is used for restricting outside expansion boss 24 roll-off jack catch 13, carries out effective spacing to expansion boss 24 through the barb, avoids outside its roll-off jack catch 13 and makes the problem that the card pricks can't be strutted.
Further, the number of the claws 13 is four, and the claws are annularly arrayed on the first flange surface 11 centering on the center of the through hole 12. Four claws 13, each claw 13 has a small area and is also easier to be spread, but the number of claws 13 is not too large, so that the problem of easy breakage is avoided.
Still further, the number of the guide bosses 23 is the same as that of the guide gaps 14, and is four.
Furthermore, at least one pair of limiting bosses 25 are further arranged on the outer side wall of the buckling column 22, one side of each limiting boss 25, which is far away from the second flange surface 21, is an inclined surface, and the limiting bosses 25 and the guide bosses 23 both slide along the guide gaps 14. The inclined plane of the limiting boss 25 is also used for enabling the limiting boss to easily pass through the through hole 12 of the first buckle 1, the other plane of the limiting boss 25 opposite to the inclined plane is abutted to the first flange surface 11, and the distance between the limiting boss 25 and the first flange surface 11 is the thickness of the fixing hole of the steering column, so that the position of the first buckle 1 is fixed.
Further, the other end of the first flange surface 11 is provided with at least two boss surfaces 15, and a dismounting gap 3 is reserved between the adjacent boss surfaces 15. The middle part of the second flange surface 21 just forms a dismounting gap 3 with the first flange surface 11, so that the disassembly is convenient, and the disassembly of the combined plastic buckle can be completed only by slightly buckling the second buckle 2 from the dismounting gap 3 by hands.
Furthermore, the positions of the boss surfaces 15 correspond to the positions of the claws 13 one by one, and the positions of the dismounting gaps 3 correspond to the positions of the guide gaps 14 one by one; or the positions of the boss surfaces 15 correspond to the positions of the claws 13 one by one, and the positions of the dismounting gaps 3 correspond to the positions of the guide gaps 14 one by one, so that the integral aesthetic property of the invention is improved.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
